You've obviously never had to repair either a diesel motor or diesel pump. :P Fun science fact: diesel is so oily that it doesn't evaporate. That's why the area around a diesel pump always looks dirty, and Shell (at least in Canada) has started colouring those pumps mostly black.

I don't want to leave them hanging, but I've never really enjoyed training combat. Of course, it's been so long since I did it outside of DG perhaps my opinion of it will change. But not for at least the next couple of weeks. TFS is having a Smithing competition, and that's right up my alley! :grin: I probably won't win, but it's all in good fun. Over the weekend I got another Magic level and reached combat level 75! \:D/ [spoiler=83 Magic and 75 Combat] I'm less than 100k from another Smithing level as well. Hopefully I'll get that later tonight. Superheating Rune bars is not only lots of xp, but lots of gp as well. I've made over 10M in profit so far. Of course, it helps that I still had tons of coal and nats left over. ;)

I've been called worse things. :lol: As for the proposed influx of pmods, I think they really need to rework the support system currently in place (which sounds like it hasn't been modified since the program was first implemented) before they add five times as many people to it. Are there really that many active players in the game that they need so many player mods? Will they be given more responsibilities or power? Or is it just a promotional stunt to try and keep paying members? On the plus side, it increases my chances of becoming one. :P

As the title says, can we list the daily birthdays by most recent active date instead of join date? I ask because as someone who likes to wish the people I know/recognize/want to kiss up to a happy birthday, I've noticed that the handful of people listed on the main forum page are mostly inactive, not having been on in several months and even years. It's generally the people who joined more recently that are still active, so why not list their birthdays first?

Hobgoblin Mine is definitely the best xp/hr for iron. But if you want to keep it for sale or later use, then the Dwarven Mine near the resource dungeon deposit box is the way to go. With urns I could get 40k/hr there if I really focused, and maintain 35k/hr easily. Even without urns, I don't think it's possible to drop below 30k/hr there.

No. Foreign worlds are definitely the best place to mine. The Mining Guild is practically empty every time I go there.

You can keep all your progress. All you have to do is copy the prof.sav file from the old PC to the new one. It's in: my documents>my games>fasterthanlight

Mining or Prayer would be good choices. Both are exceedingly slow in F2P. Perhaps Crafting or even Dungeoneering if you're still solo'ing and trying to unlock new floors.
