    Marvel = RIP?

    I think alot of people are over-reacting. Most of the 90's cartoons are owned by disney and have been long before this deal - I know the 90's spiderman show was owned by disney. Maybe we can now get dvd sets. I'm concerned about what Disney will do with Marvel Max (Mature reading) titles with characters like punisher. Disney owns or did own ABC and let them keep creative freedom so I dont see them mucking about with marvel too much.
  2. I agree. Homemade tacos have always been much tastier. But my point is that the quality, although it is not that good to begin with, has been declining to something even worse. What's so wrong about making this observation? Taste - it's not a quantifiable variable. It's objective and varies greatly based on factors. You may of been more hungry when you enjoyed them. It's a mental observation that cannot be mathematically proven and is strictly someones view. And it's fast food - could of been left out longer - prefixed or could of been expired - never know. I dont know about you - but you can go to a fastfood restaurant on day X and get worse food the NEXT DAY.
  3. I never said I didn't like taco bell, it's low quality food - PERIOD. it's never been gourmet - it's cheap for a reason - you get what you pay for generally.
  4. people using taco bell as a standard of quality for food as a whole seriously can't talk about food quality declining. Thats like a hobo saying "houses are not made like they used to be!"
  5. I fly both the american flag and confederate flag - am I racist?

  11. I'm just really not seeing it considering that Cobra Commander had multiple costumes. Children of the 80's growing up watching saturday morning cartoons didn't have an idea who the NAZIS were. Most of the decipticons and autobots had "helmet" heads .
  12. I'm A CIS Major it's a Buisness Admin / networking/programming hybrid degree .
  13. I'd be more worried about the girl knowing I played runescape (or posted on a fansite for it) than legos :P. Making a lego frame for a non lego object to me doesnt sound too cool - reminds me of the stupidity behind the B AK-47

  16. Crime.ee? if so tell my old dear friend hello!
  17. I'm probably the last person anyone will EVER call a jagex apologist -but your final statement here really annoys the hell out of me. Summoning is - without a doubt - the most useful skill in the game - you are either blinded by your misplaced hatred in jagex to see the usefulness or haven't gave it it's honest shot - I can name very few updates that have changed the way I played for the better - on my hand . Summoning is right next to what I call "the jagex make x macros". You got familiars like the beasts of burden who change how you train slayer , fight boss monsters and gather resources - you got familiars like the bunyip who allow more training - you got familiars like the warped terrorbird who before the agilty update - allowed unlimited running - I have no clue what the hell you expected from summoning considering the game has skills like firemaking that are about as challenging as bashing your head up agaisnt a wall, because I dont see how comparing it to summoning - you can honestly say it's better - same goes for many skills such as say - slayer - it's an extension of combat that just forces you to change variety - so yeah, you can kill some cooler monsters with higher levels for good loot - you can use some awesome familiars for better effects higher up too. The only thing that makes summoning tougher is - you cant buy charms and it's a money based skill too - that pisses lots of people off always - myself included because I like to spend money on xp - but i got 80, so anyone can. Now i've never used a familiar for fighting purposes - in a serious manner before - i found them rather cumbersome - but i've noticed my titans respond much better now and are actually useful - it's like having your own little newbie. Thats my view - From your post I think you're a jaded player who thinks they are elite and trying to shove views down other peoples throat in the most hypocritcal way possible, the "I'm right so you're wrong I refuse to hear your views Bull" does NOT fly well with me so drop the hardass act for being anti-summoning - You cant hate it too much - since your level 93. but you know I can name tons of classic players and even *Gasp* RS2 Players who have commented the originality, amazingness and sheer coolness of summoning and most of them quit long ago and came back and that skill kept them fascinated long enough to get hooked again. so to say you dont have a mind because they dont share your viewpoint is shallow , closeminded and downright silly.
  18. Last I will say, but I take accusations of biased moderating very seriously and am very interested in hard concrete examples. My #1 pet peeve is when people always do a close/edit thread and take the ball and go home when they get upset and never attempt to pm an admin for resolution. Especially when a GOOD quality discussion is going on. It's not like we bite or ban or warn if you have a question/complaint/comment/concern. I've derailed the topic enough - so any further comment on this - PM me On topic: The bonsus's seem really unbalanced.
  19. Everyone has different views of a thread. As moderators, we see lots of reports from forum users as well, and it is hard to please everyone. Please don't be a jerk about not getting your way and pm an administrator or the mod if you disagree with a decision. Moved back to general discussion as the discussion from this thread has been flourishing. ;) +1 , we would much rather someone PM us instead of "please close" because they don't agree with a mod's move - that was done in good judgment. If you feel My moderators have done lots of stupid actions, i'd love for you to compile a list so I can review them myself - I take bad moderation VERY seriously.
  20. I'm glad to see people coming from RSC, Allow me to say I hope you are the first of hundreds - if not thousands more ;)
