I've never been sold on Purcell - I didn't really enjoy prison break too much

No love for sage francis? Atmosphere? Brother Ali? Dang, those guys are some of my favorites

Hmm i'll try my hands at a real cast. My goal is to use characters who don't have a big role and who are vertistle enough to embrace the role and perhaps springboard or revive a career, My theory is if you give your three budget actors great surrounding talent they will look great. It's all too easy to get caught up in big name actors, which is something i've tried to shy away from in an effort to spend more on CGI/Sets/Costumes and effects. Casting Delta Squad. Marcus Fenix - Nick Chinlund (Tears of the sun) - Cheap to sign on for 2-3 movies, would be perfect. Dominic Santiago - Franky G (Saw 2) - keeping the budget cheap; I originally considered Dae Kim here. Augustus Cole - Lester Speight ( Gears of war voice) - Face it, he is the voice and as a former linebacker/pro wrestler he is the logical (And budget friendly) choice Damon Baird - Ryan Reynolds (Amnityville horror, wolverine orgins, lots of flicks) - Budget took a hit, but he's going to get enough screentime to warrant it and has the abilty to sell the franchise to non fans Minh Young Kim - Gerald Okamura (gi joe) cheaper than ken wantanbe, and will fill the role nice enough Anthony Carmine - Brian Van Holt (SWAT, Basic, Black Hawk Down) - Cannon fodder who has plenty of war movie experience Benjamin Carmine - Daniel Henney (wolverine orgins) - This guy sucked in origins, I want him to die - again. Tai Kaliso - Daniel Dae Kim (Lost, Saints row series ) I think Dae Kim fits the role perfectly - especially with his voice acting in saints row and his work on tv Dizzy Wallin - Sam Elliot (Frogs, golden compas) - Pefect and cheaper than tommy lee jones Victor Hoffman - Lee Ermy (Full metal jacket) - Fits the role perfect Anya Stroud - Isabell Lucas (Transformers 2) - Cheap hottie to cast Chairman Prescott - Edward Burns (Saving private ryan) - Should be interesting and budget friendly The Locust Queen - Helana Bonham Carter (fight club, most speilburg movies, most fantasies in my head) - Gives the movie star power Maria Santiago - Carla Gugino (Sin City, My fantasies, My Daydreams, Spy Kids, Watchmen) - More star power and a lesser known one at that.

1. Led Zeppelin - Mothership This album is such a wide variety of music. The only exclusive I feel is misty mountain hop, but I feel it perfectly captures the essence of rock with some songs like rock and roll, the immigrant song, Stairwat to Heaven, Kashmir, Black Dog, Dazed and Confused 2. Offspring - Splinter This album plays well from front to end - Lightning Rod, and race agaisnt myself are by far my favorites although the noose is close behind. 3. Sage Francis - Personal Journals I feel this is one of the quintessential rap cd's of the modern era. Sage hits his lyrics passionately and avoids the topics of guns drugs and misogyny. 4. Pink Floyd - Echoes 'Nuff Said. This covers pink floyds career and has some great music from all of his cd's 5. Daredevil Soundtrack This is the CD that got me out of rap only and exploring rock, it's got a great mix of soft, hard rock and some techno 6. Atmosphere - God Loves Ugly So soul cleansing and amazing lyrics 7. Red Six - Masturbate A cd I doubt any of you will EVER find - But it's a great underground CD that has fresh lyrics and a new style, and i'm on it :-D 8. Fort Minor - Rising Tied Has some different styles of rap, very good - I prefer High Road and Kenji 9. Simon and Garfunkel - The best of I love the sound of silence - the sound means alot to me 10 . Genus Pro - Grow Another low distribution underground rap group - For all the metal here, I give you the underground!

phpbb allowing html is not going to happen anytime soon! LOL

It blows my mind people are so focused on realism when they have seemingly no clue on what the original characters are based upon. The movie was entertaining. It was fun to watch. I never looked at my watch during it, but the G1 Cartoon at least had a more elaborate plot in MANY episodes. The plot was rather cookie cutter, and the ending was predictable beyond belief. I have issues with the stuff that few do, like why couldn't they correctly call megatron - galvatron. Jetfires death was needless, he's a big name robot cartoon wise Devastator was underwhelming, he coulda carried the movie himself villain wise. The fallen should of been a major threat, he seemed more like a megatron crony. Characters like acree and sideswipe needed more screen (Speaking) time. Soundwave should of done all of megatrons lines.

You need to have better sentences so people can take you seriously. It's opinions, come on man. I loved the movie (though I do agree I need to see more movies). I'm a transformer nut. Got some of the masterpiece toys, I collect autographs of the G1 Voice actors and have G1 on dvd and dont see how any transformer fan can be thrilled with the movie. Maybe people who are new to the franchise or just like seeing big robots fight. but coming from a G1 Fan, it was quite dull.

Porn has a medicinal purpose?
-
I could see them searching personal laptops to use porn as an excuse to jail or detain suspicious individuals
-
WHAT! I'm just waiting for Lenin to show up and make some Russian reversal "joke" he does so well. And also, why ban porn !? No moral qualms here, but how the heck are they going to enforce it ? Search laptops at airports for .jpg? big law to enforce. Define Pornography anyway - erotic ligature? Some people say the bible book song of Solomon is "Erotic". Erotic Poetry is considered "pornography" Art, pictures, not to mention home videos, private pictures - impossible to check everyone for all of that. I'd say it's more aimed at searching machines in public places like airports and forcing goverment internet.
-
to be fair - no more crazier than russia banning gambling.

Thank god i'm american or I would be in tears right now!

This thread is entertaining, no doubt. Get a friend to dress up as a scout or missionary and knock on his front door. Heh I dont know what he can legally do. Kid's are kids for christ sakes. why dont your parents talk to him?

Quest kit sounds ...useless. I played 2 games on release day, i got angry with the horid controls (lag in commanding, no idle unit indicator, no mass selecting) I decided - oh screw this and logged. 2 days later I got bored. won 5 in a row with no special units but I was disspointed with the lack of tactics. but still satisifed Next day I logged in, won 3 lost 2 and then decided to play AOE2 for some real tactics and spent quite a bit of time enjoying it

Very sad indeed. As a CSR Manager - Mat K would of been wrote up and possibly fired (cs goons are easy to replace), and the customer would of got a free year of service if we would of screwed up that bad on someones account. Very sad, I think I will show this thread to my boss who is constantly on my back about better CS. LOL

Tip.It Times: 12 July 2009 - Addressing the Anti-Hack Key

On a fun related note. I run a call center at night for an ISP and know my part timer/full timers (makes no difference really as to quality of support) can support AT LEAST 10k people efficiently per 1 person working a shift. It's not like they all ever will contact jagex, hell - i've never personally used jagex support. we have some customers who never call either. So it's not like you need a support person per customer. As a CSR, i wish my boss was half as forgiving for my employees having a call wait time as you are to jagex. Lol 60 million a year eh? Support is cheap - especially in this economy where everyone is looking for a job -
