Yes the difference may be hardly noticeable but I prefer scimitar over longsword just because of the looks. >_> I mean last graphical update was just the final nail in the coffin, (I kinda liked the d long's look before) scimitars look better in my opinion in rune/other normal metal and dragon weapons and the 'newbie status' that especially dragon longsword carries is something I don't want to have. Yes I sound extremely vain but thats just my opinion.

Well I see nothing unusual here: one of the best item in game -> inflation -> high-end items will rise in price since there will be more and more people with more cash. :mellow:

I use Void Ranger for slayer tasks that can be safespotted and would consume lot of supplies meleeing (e.g. black demons & dragons) and generally for training ranged.

Well some tracks bring back memories nicely and some just fit the atmosphere better than non-rs music. My fav would probably be Where Eagles Lair

Fishing 85 followed by 84 Atk and Constitution. Fishing is my favourite skill becuase it's nice profit and it can be quite relaxing after hours of monster hunting, questing etc. :)

Decided to finally update my dragon gloves and got an extra achievement with it. <3:

I have quit few times. The breaks lasting from couple of months to couple of years. Mainly just because the game had become boring and uninterresting (just what can happen with any other game) Never had a problem with quitting as I've heard some people have had. The main things to drag me back to RS are the fact that no other MMORPG game feels the same and also Im pretty curiouss to try new updates. :P

Rarely. I usually always wear RoL if going to dangerous places such as GWD or doing quests with tough monsters. I don't PK so the only place where I often die are those PvP minigames. EDIT: Oh how ironic, I just got killed by spirit beast after posting this... -.-

O.o good question. I remember first using a finnish fan site, Lord Timppa's rs pages, because I was relatively newb and my english skills were limited. After I quit Runescape for couple of years I came back and saw that Lord Timppa had shut down his sites but there was a link to tip.it. That's how I probably started using Tip.It actively.

I usually wear my ardy cape these days. Even though obby cape has better def bonuses I prefer other capes such as the ardy or legends just for the looks. Maybe that makes me a bit snob. :razz: Soul wars cape looks quite nice too in my opinion but the requirements are too much for me. I'm not planning to get any 99 or fc anytime soon.

What level I will stop burning sharks and cavefish with cooking gauntlets? And what should I cook for that level? (Stats on sig) And which one is better, rogues den or cooking guild bank+range for training? Thanks for the answers. =)

I agree with this. I'd happily give away that needless +0.1x exp multiplier if I could just use gilded altars again. :wall: Kinda messed up my plans for this weekend. Jagex should really think through their events before making us to test them.

How do I turn off the xp thing? >_> I can't train prayer this weekend because of that stupid modifier...

Well that was a fun bonus exp friday evening. :) Seriously I wasn't personally too excited about this but it got me 53-54 agility, 66-68 range and 50-51 rc. Almost had time to get 82 constitution and 59 slayer. This clearly was better for fast but expensive exp skills like summoning and herblore. :/

My last minute preparations are: Buy today some members credit when I get home after work. :P

The whole problem of botting won't be solved by "shutting down" sites. There will always be new bots and scripts. Only thing jagex can do is to make their detection system better and I'd say that's rather impossible job for browser based java game. :/ But hey, atleast the bots are supplying low level raw materials to the market. :thumbup:

Well ofcourse the removal of wilderness, g.e. and the trade limit bugged me but I guess the worst update for me was the personalized shops. #-o
