I guess it's probably because the super-awesome spot I go to has absolutely NO miners there (the steel mine). Though, I still do effectively in other spots. That's why the two-rock method has always been working for me. :P

Did you try repelling the orb out from the squares on the top-right corner in your picture? Also, the rock closest to the left of yours looks like a rock that you can walk over. Not entirely sure though.

I've actually known some forums that have this "trusted member" feature (or, as they call it, "distinguished member"), and I actually like this idea. Though, shouldn't other titles get priority? For instance, "retired staff", and a picture and text color for "clan official" and "IRC channel staff".

I powermine on World 1 all the time and nobody can steal my spot. Also, how in the world can someone "crash" your spot? :blink: Is the running back and forth with three rocks more effective? Because I find standing inbetween two iron rocks the easiest and least annoying method to powermine.

Tip: Body tiaras are the fastest exp/hour at your level. Earths only profit at 52+ Runecrafting (the level required for triple earths). Good luck with your F2P goals. :D Also get your mining ranked.

I kinda see this as a "Special Stage" in Great Orb Project, where you can get 6 orbs per team on the field instead of 3. This glitch only sounds like skipping the mind altar, while the rest of the game is normal. So, you can still play the game normally, just no mind altar. (How the heck do you get a 10-min penalty from this?) Also, Jagex had and still is neglecting the Great Orb Project, so it's extremely unlikely that this glitch will be fixed.

Runescape was actually advertised on miniclip for a long time. It was number 1 on their games list, and i remember banners or something on the miniclip homepage. Didn't they also advertised it on Addicting Games? Also, imo, Jagex shouldn't have mass advertised on those sites. Let the kids type in and bookmark runescape.com by themselves.

I agree that revenants should have better drops. They are currently the hardest monsters to fight in F2P, and the reward is absolute crap. Even the exp per hit is lower than average (1 exp per damage point). It should be the normal exp/dp, heck even double the exp/dp.

Although unlimited membership does have its pros (you don't need to worry about membership expiring), there is a big con. What if you decide to quit? You just wasted $150/200/whatever the price is. This can also be a bit problematic for people that own multiple accounts.

The main reason why Runescape is so popular that it won the Guiness World Record for most popular MMORPG, is that it is mass-advertised in sites such as miniclip, and it is easy to use on a browser. Though, Runescape is different in a way that it does not actually have the "competitive" aspects. The only ways of which Runescape is "competitive" is the highscores, and PvP events. It mostly appeals to casual players, as I've noticed (hence the young age group). Oh and by the way, whether a game is good or not, it all boils down to what you think.

Did you use the Explorer's Ring 3 while crafting those runes? Also, kinda off topic. I noticed that the Explorer's Ring gives, on average, 10% more runes than usual. I noticed this, because before this update, I crafted 1k essence into 5099 air runes. It's like I crafted 1.1k essence instead of 1k essence. Is this system still the same with the new multiple runes?
