Clearly he showed that the person applied though and their ranks were too lazy to add him to the ml. Having lazy ranks isnt against the rules, the person clearly applied which validates their point. He could have left the clan inbetween the time xD But ya I do agree w/ you. Evidence for the people not on ml has been provided and now it's more about the ranger cap (Which is why you don't get ranger caps FFS)

To my understanding you're not allowed to war for TT in the tourny. You fought for TK and SE correct me if I'm wrong though.

These people existed in the past, though. It's not like propaganda is a new thing though. It's just that without an effective ranking system as a backbone, all there is is propaganda. Yet people whine. It baffles me. Why do clan officials play that 'game'? Some officials are tough as nails, can call to beat all hell, and make the smartest decisions to lead a clan...yet when it comes to ranks/tournaments/etc it seems like not a lot are willing to step up and try something new. Well back then there was still more "Honnor" or "Respect" around in clans, more pking, overall fun was the goal. Also I guess it wasn't so controversial. Now we have limited worlds so third parties make a huge difference, corrupt items etc, and generally returning wars. Times have defiantly changed and it's not the top 10 clans that will make the change. Smaller clans are willing to try out ranked systems as it's more clear who the winner is. Top 10 clans either a. don't like cwa or b. afraid that they might lose to some one in cwa or something im not sure. Overall I think they'd rather have full control of how the clan world ranks them rather than going into a ranking system and take the risk of being ranked below of what they're used to.

Bleh i just think THE and Gladz know each other more than ko+dw and work better together as a team, not to mention ml size.
