Clan Europe -vs- Australian Army I had been trying to find a war for the weekend and we usually try and fight Aussie Clans on the weekend and I was able to set up a war with AA. Originally it was only going to be a 1 round hour long CWRI however we changed it on the day to 2 rounds. 1hr CWRI -&- Matched Ops, Turrets Map -&- Classic with Center Bounds, Ring Charging Allowed, Dungeoneering Allowed, Corrupt Dragon Allowed, Rush on Sight -&- North Spawn Attacks In the past we've always gotten challenging clean fights with AA. War day came and we were a little bit surprised to find we had out-pulled AA however the wars went as planned. 1hr CWRI: Melee, Binds -&- Ranged - CE Victorious - CE Starting Ops: 144 AA Starting Ops: 114 The pulls speak of the result. As you might expect, we death marched towards AA's DD at the South Portal and caught AA slightly off guard enabling us to start strong and carry that forward for the duration. I spoke to Edward and we agreed on a Matched Ops war after 30 minutes was gone with similar rules to make things fairer and more interesting. Well done CE, a sound performance and a good pull! We kept it together and performed justly - good stuff lads. I hope you all enjoyed getting out of bed early for it ;-) CE Ending Kills: 141 AA Ending Kills: 45 Matched Ops: Melee, Binds -&- Ranged - CE Victorious - CE Starting Ops: 90 AA Starting Ops: 90 We geared up and started round 2. We dropped from 49 people to match 31 - however there was a DC from AA and we dropped to 30. We spawned North, rushed in, and were able to take a 2 man lead. We kept taking a new pile as AA was Falling In so we took out a number of their callers and CE finished up soon after. Well done again CE, good work - just got to work on some people's tanking but overall, it was a solid performance! Clans enjoy PvP because of the possibility of loot and some clans just like the drama. We are CWA only for a number of reasons: Always gives a clear cut result, its either a win or a loss. It requires members to perform at all times and not just die and return. Eliminates crashing. Eliminates controversy around food trading or interference. You can use more of your gear (which you wouldn't to die with - DG/RC Staff) so bonuses play a bigger part. You don't lose or gain anything, just have fun. Its closer and faster to return during PKRIs. Probably more but those are the main points. Since we are also a 2ndry clan, we'd rather not waste the members rune because they'd want to use it for their main clan - and we can help "train them" into becoming more useful and experience pound for pound.

At the moment, TS2. We might soon move to TS3 however.

How will your clan handle the 2x weekend? CE rarely wars on weekends anyway so we might have some skilling events to make the most of this. Will you do DG? I hadn't thought of it but it definatly seems like a good idea. Will your clan aim to get stats up to help the clan? We might hold a competition for the duration of it to encourage people. Are you planning less wars to allow members prepare for 2x weekend? Read Q1.

If a person wants to take their own life, its not our choice, its theirs. One thing I despise is when someone commits suicide and affects another innocent bystander, for example jumping off a motorway bridge onto a car killing them self and the innocent occupant of the car who then could have his/her family destroyed. If they want to die, do it in their own house so they don't interrupt the lives of people who actually want to live their lives.

You do not chose to be gay. It happens, consider it lucky or not but I don't discriminate against someone for being something they had no choice over.

IRL Friend invited me to my first clan which died 2 days after I joined. Then he invited me to my second clan and then Clan Europe - so he is the one to thank/blame for getting me into clanning depending on which way you want to look at it :P

I would have like to have thought that the level 3 or 4 clues that have a variety of different clues, puzzles, coordinates and are fairly lengthy would rightly have the best rewards, but its always referred to the grades.

A phenomenal set of suggestions so far, I wouldn't mind if Jagex gave us nothing but these for a few months.

Yes, very useful for Barrows runs as well - teleporting back to my house after a run of 4 rounds, get my prayer back and teleport to Canafis bank. Definitely worth getting. As far as I know, you don't need to be on ancients to do it (could be wrong) as long as you have the required stuff.

RSD: more respectable and seems to distance themselves from drama. WL or MMA?

Missed round 1 because I had a war with DW and a war with CE before that so first day back from holiday and I'm straight into warring. Got piled early on and was actually overeating because I thought I would have been getting hit harder than I was (+ since I'd been away for 6 weeks I didn't know what to expect). Got hit really hard while on halves. Thanks for the war TT, gratz on round 1.

Just because you haven't heard of any FI leaders here and outside of the "best clans" doesn't mean they aren't any good lol. The world doesn't revolve around and confine to JUST the top 10; there are as talented people outside who are good at what they do and stay out of the top 10 because of all the drama and stupidity that resides on RSC among the top clans. My lists are in no particular order, I can't really rank them one above the other. Matched Ops: Dimitrix - mainly because he taught me most of the stuff I know and was very calm and consise when we had smaller wars before he left for China. Bigroror - calm and composed and when stuff goes his way, he does very well. Beyblade - knows what he's doing, knows the details and get the job done. Thadanger - only heard him once but what he did do was very impressive and easy to follow. Full Outs/PKRIs: Scottien - clear voice, swift and precise with lots of good transitions. Tesh - if he has a good day and calls correct directions, he too has a clear voice and choses obvious and easy transitions. Thealth - very calm and collected, chose good piles and was clear and easy to follow.

I'm happy with Admin or Leader at the moment but later on I think I'd rather just step down to just a member who leads in wars (doesn't set them up) so a sort of War Leader.

My money is definitely on RSD.
