Assuming you can beat the bots and be constantly killing them, which can be a hassle. You might be able to do it in the tunnels using hard hitting weps, but I'm not sure. The nice thing about barrows is that they have no competition and no bots to affect your rate of kills. The bots do, however, affect the prices. Drastically. As they do with killing green dragons. I think he was talking more in terms of frustration than anything else. Could be wrong. :)

Mmm. That's a fair point. I worry though, since attempts to stop bots have been less than successful up to this point. You're completely right that developers can easily get in there, it's just...Ah well. Trying not to be horribly pessimistic about the situation :P

Got to disagree with that. Less information released to big audiences, the better they can keep bot scripters from finding workarounds before they're even implemented, wouldn't you think? Aren't all these insider sessions locked down by legal agreements not to talk about it?

Doing poorly? Do you mean in terms of overall ratings? Because everyone I knew who watched it loved it. Extremely disappointed to hear the creator quit! Was that the creator of the comic or the adaptation?

You mean you didn't do that? Stores often don't keep their coolers at the proper temperatures, nor do the refrigerated trucks that bring them in, so you'll frequently find that perishables like that spoil before their expiration date.

Allow me to correct you: If you're stupid enough to bot, that's your own fault. Jagex have their rules and if you want to play this game, you should follow the rules. I don't see that as a correction, but a misinterpretation. Even legitimate, rule-abiding users can go about their day-to-day business and clearly see that bots go undetected for weeks to months at a time. Clearly, the reality is that you have to really screw up in order to get caught. It doesn't mean you advocate botting. It doesn't mean you bot yourself. It's just the simple reality of it all, and it's unfortunate that things have got so bad.

Where do I go to sell my spirit shards at 25gp ea? And in what increments do they sell? Is it a maximum of 50 at a time? I am trying to determine if the slight extra amount of cash I'd get from converting what I've crafted over the weekend into shards and selling them is worth the extra clicks than just dumping them in the GE.

It was. One of the mod developers who got an advanced release leaked the link. But then Mojang didn't want people getting viruses from fake copies of it, so they leaked it themselves. That's why you can download it from the Minecraft website through the link I posted on the last page. He asked if it was intentionally leaked. I answered. :P Mojang sanctioned it after the second prerelease link was leaked and they realized it was inevitable. Sorry if I gave any other impression that the link you provided was bad or sneaky, wasn't my intention. :P
