U Mad?
Some people trolling = interesting, varying viewpoints, mild lulz if the person is an idiot Everyone trolling in an idiotic fashion = boring, tiresome, stupid. I see the latter more than I do the former. You're okay with a mediocre and bland existence?

Varrock Armor 1 vs 2
It wouldn't be fast, but it would be cheap. I would recommend if you intent to go through with smithing the addy bars to obtain the Scroll of Efficiency from dungeoneering if you have spare tokens. It's more important to unlock the edgeville furnace than anything else, because the 'increased smithing speed' only happens maybe once every 20 some smelts.

U Mad?
I appreciate the philosophy but realistically I think it's fair to say that doesn't happen often enough to stem the tide. Communities wouldn't be degrading over time if trolls weren't still provoking and getting reactions from others. If it's not that, then what is it? I'm not sure if it's clear that I'm talking about beyond the "lol ur clan sucks" average layabout neckbeard poster, but the people who you know by name as trolls. Those who go beyond the next level. Those who are still being accepted into clans for god knows what reason. It ties into quality control at the 'local' level, and negatively impacts the entire community as these drifters float from place to place.

Smithing effigy assist
Sadly can't help you, but the people in Assist_Clan cc or maybe even the unofficial HYT chat "Shyla" might be able to. Since you only mentioned using the RSOF, I figured I'd point those out. Good luck.

U Mad?
People who are mature enough to understand that consequences have actions and where to draw the line. I understand for many that is a hard concept to grasp, but to doubt that it can be a severe problem is sheer ignorance. Save that for /b/.

Mountain Daughter Quest Help?
Have you completed the Daughter's tasks? You need to make peace with Relleka and stock the camp with food before you can enter the cave to kill the murderer and retrieve the daughter's body to show to the Chieftain. You can't proceed unless those are completed. Is that line you've showed us the only un-striked one in your progress list?

What's the best item to flip in the g.e?
I know dragon boots are frequently flipped items, but you're better off studying graphs for items yourself. Things you can snag at min or med and sell for max 4 hrs later. But I think most people who flip probably don't share secrets because it would endanger their ability to make money.

Herblore
I have a hard time determining what you're asking. I'm assuming you want to know how to shore up the funds for it? You already have a great outlet for it, since you say you're looking to get 80+ rc'ing. You would need 97k nature runes to get to your goal. At the current pricing, you would make roughly 20mil crafting death runes via the abyss. (It would be slightly slower, but you would make significantly more money.) With this, supplemented by growing your own herbs and picking cacti spines (clipping willow branches, even!), in addition to MTK, you should be able to more easily reach your goal. Now, people will argue efficiency. They might say ZMI to your 80+ rc goal then use the rest of your time to go Green Dragons or some other money maker. That is viable too, and might be even more practical depending on your playing style and time available. Only you know that. The way I see it though, MTK and farming are always good ideas. And crafting death runes is only about 2-5k less exp per hour versus graahking nature runes. Since you've expressed a dislike for luck-based methods of moneymaking, this seems like a logical choice. It's up to you, though. You'll get plenty of people suggesting things. Happy skilling.

Smithing or Herblore?
I dont have a driving need, I just feel like having an 'expensive' skill 70 + :shades: Its just with the money I got at the moment those are the highest I can get them to. If you're adamant then in spending your money now, I would suggest herblore if you're more into combat training. Even if you trained smithing for solely dungeoneering, there are people who will offer you services in smithing to get you the items you want to have bound off the get-go. But truly, I think if your only desire is just to spend money, I would wait. Once spent, you won't get that money back. Perhaps save it, work on another skill, and outline more concrete goals that you want to work towards. Then when you're certain of what you want you have a nice little pile of cash to start putting dents into it.

Where the hell is my Clue Scroll?
Well, your account isn't broken. So there's that. At least you got one, and hopefully now you're over your bad spot of luck.

Didn't know they pulled so high. Grats Gladz, looked close.

[Pkri] Dragonwood vs Natural Born Killers
I didn't realize how similar your memberlists were. Grats Dragonwood, solid victory.

Czecho - Slovak Forces vs. Team Impulse
Outnumbered by 7+ in a CWA all styles? Certain death :ohnoes: Good pull CSF.

TRWF vs TR - Sunday PKRI
That's a double edge sword to play on. Your pk leaders must have a large amount of confidence in your member's attitudes to know that wouldn't be more demoralizing than it would be helpful. I envy that confidence. Great job, TRWF. I'm surprised TR called it off, but props to them for the respect of their members and their competitions to make such a tough call.

U Mad?
What happens when you troll? Have you ever taken a joke too far in the pursuit of lulz? In a generation of increasingly stricter clans, that seems to be the main comeback: "it's just a game don't take it seriously." Sometimes it can pull clans out of slumps and into greatness. Most of the times, it damages the community in unforeseen ways. It can be the kick-start of a rivalry or a death toll for someone who bites off more than they can chew. It's what spices up communities and can make them dull and aggravating. So why does the stance on trolling sway back and forth? It's like honor clans and no honor clans, one needs the other to keep competition and excitement. But have we tipped into a dangerous imbalance? And are we failing in trying to correct it? Many prominent men and women have lectured against it--better people than myself--but I know how the words fall on deaf ears, disbelieving or desensitized or otherwise. It has been the cause of closure in many clans recently, RJ being one of them. To use RJ as an example actually...they were a force to be reckoned with in numbers and organization. Rarely do clans these days get so large; although, I will grant, it had the initial draw of their DI roots. But still, they had outlasted the initial slumps that clans face after the glory wears off. No, their closure was not entirely glory seekers, but deeper internal issues. You might say, "This was inevitable." But if they fixed their issues and they rode out the storm, whose to say where they would've ended up at? At the end of the day, we're all human, and there's only so much we can take. This small community is far more interconnected and personal that we dare to dream. It is not a faceless community of people like 4chan, where it is nigh impossible to take anything personally. Things rub against the grain when you know the other person, be they troll or friend. Words hurt. Things get too much to bear. Or if you're on the other end of the spectrum, they lighten your day and make you smile. Who knows. But it is an issue, and it's not going away. So what's the next step? Adaptation? Banning? How do you restore the balance? For the lot of you who like those copypaste questionnaires:

Poison turns 1 year old
Loved looking at your pictures. That's an awful lot of history jammed into just a year. Congratulations hitting that hurdle and best of luck to you in the years to come.

Barrows Equipment
I believe he was talking about the sorts you get from the Mage Arena. If you explore the Salamander and ice burst method, where you sidestep the attacking brother, then looking into filled strawberry baskets might be a good idea. They offer 300lp per basket and can be mixed with some "emergency food" like monkfish or lobsters in case sidestepping should go horribly wrong. :P

RuneScape on Xbox 360!
Here's the issue I have with that: Xbox 360 and the way they run the Marketplace. Those beloved weekly updates we experience? Nothing would be 'free'. You'll pay the fee to utilize Xbox live, and every piece of DLC they devise--aside from patches--would be charged for. Users who are familiar with Valve's dilemma with Left 4 Dead content know that, although Valve freely offered the DLC on PC versions, had to pay out the nose for the same piece of content on the XBL Marketplace. I dislike how Microsoft handles their services. The console itself is nice, but then again so is the PS3 if we're not comparing these extras like community and extra services. But I guess that's getting a little off track, isn't it? It's not the console so much that you're arguing for, but just the conception of another game. I'll make another reference then, if you'll bear with me: Neopets. For ages, they hyped up the release of a console game, originally slated for the PSOne, but later redone and released on the PS2. It was an awful game, hands down. There was just nothing redeeming about it. And since they relied on their pay products as a browser based form of entertainment, I don't think they could secure the capital required to make the game worth playing. The same exact thing would happen with Jagex. And worse still, it could have negative affects on those potential customers you pointed out earlier if it's terrible. So no, I don't really mind if they do it, but they'd have to be able to do it well. Managing their own game seems to be a hassle enough as it is; because of that, I don't see them looking into that area anytime soon.

RuneScape on Xbox 360!
What exactly do you mean when you say 'made into an mmorpg'? It's already a browser based mmorpg. Are you suggesting that an entirely new game, separate from what we have now, be created for the Xbox 360? Or just that we're able to access the game from our xbox?

Downfall vs Solace
Fair enough then. Again, thank you for the fight. It's getting increasingly hard to get fights so any is welcomed. :P

Downfall vs Solace
I really don't think your ending was that high; from what I remember, it was more like this: With the yellow slashes, to the best of my knowledge, randomers. But hey, don't get me wrong, not contesting the win--you did outnumber us. Just if remember correctly, we ended with about 18 opts less than you with 36 people in your TS compared to your 50 some. I'm proud of how we performed, you guys did well. Thank you for the fight. Maybe next time. :P

Fight Caves Preping
Are you planning to get the CR anyway? Then sure, might be impractical to get it just for one fight caves trip, but there's nothing in there that has high defense so it will perform better. If not, the CLS will work just fine imo.

Sara GWD Melee Gear?
Take a fruitbat, get veracs. Get a zgs or claws, sgs doesn't help you a single bit. Pick up some zammy or saradomin arrows; they're wielded in the arrow slot and are a 'god item'. With a fruitbat, zgs'ing, and a good 4man team you'll hardly need anything. 4-5 ppots, some brews/rests, and super att/str pots. Alchs, if you'd like, to liquefy your drops, but it's not necessary. SW cape or fire cape, whichever tickles your fancy.
