Goal: 73 --> 80 In the past, I trained construction via oak larders and a demon butler. Now, after I've gathered 40~ SC hammers, I start hearing that oak doors are the better way. I'm confused, now, so I was wondering if I could have some clarification on the best methods of training construction right now. I am looking to spend less than 7mil, hopefully, but have enough in reserve to increase that budget if necessary. I don't want to make my own planks. I am looking simply to get my con level to 80 via Construction training alone--no penguins, effigies, and so on because they are already called for (I use them to train my herblore.) I have not done Love Story yet, but plan to do so before training, so I will get the reduced butler cost. Any suggestions?

You could go for 85 dg and unlock frost dragons. You're already pretty close.

Well this was just updated from the diary right? So it's probably a bug. Not right, half priced boat rides has been a reward from the Karamja Diaries for a long time now. Confirming this--this has been a 'p2p benefit' in the f2p game since the hard diary came out. Whether or not it's a bug is debatable. I'm sure no one would fault you if you reported it as such. Mining rocks in f2p with an amulet of glory gives the same increased gem chance as it does in P2P, if you're looking for another on your list.

ALL your drops? Even the hides and bones and such? And is the damage boost significant? Just bones. Sorry, that was poor wording on my part (I only usually care about the bones XD). The people I've been talking to in regards to the damage boost say that they notice it, but it isn't as drastic as the slayer helm's boost on tasks, for example.

You don't need to bump your topic if your question has already been answered. Bork's drops are doubled minus the bones; the boots note all your drops and offers a damage boost. Both of these things were already mentioned on your topic. :) Let us know, though, if you have another question!

The overreaching story and the music achieves more than any single book or cd can by themselves. While I don't think it's necessarily superior than any other sort of CD or band, the experience is wholly unique and fulfilling in a completely different way. It's something I've grown to love, and I've found myself over time giving less and less attention to my other cds in the long run. Thoughts/contributions?

I was a very self centered kid at 11 years old. All I cared about was that I got out of school early. I remember sitting in Science class, digging into the black tabletop while my teacher was watching the news. We all went outside and played with lightsabres, I think, after we got home. It wasn't until a week later when I was listening to the radio during a car trip when the reality of what occurred started to make sense to me. My pettiness left a bad taste in my mouth, even then. It was a bad few days emotionally after that as I tried to fully grasp the situation.

If you can afford it, there's no reason not to. If all else fails, they are an absolutely beautiful way to get rid of junk via lending.

Honestly when teachers usually give you instructions to how to put things into your calculator, they're using TI 84's. I would just get the standard one, look for it on sale at target or walmart right now.

Salamanders/lizards tend to be the fastest EXP you can get. I would recommend getting 47ish at swamp lizards, then switching to orange salas in the desert. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=hunting_guide.htm#net You'll need a few small fishing nets and rope. There really isn't any camo for the swamp, but there is camo for the desert that I'd recommend using once you can. Also when you switch to the desert, it would be useful to have completed "Dealing with Scarabas" in order to obtain an Enchanted Water Tiara. (so you no longer need waterskins)

Even with a 40%, I'd be hard pressed to make myself pay $24 dollars for a shoulder bag...The book was a tempting price, until I found a copy at Half Price Books for 5 bucks.

*walks away* Seriously, what is so hard about going from 2D to 3D that makes them feel that it has to be so fast that it's nearly impossible to control? Just looking at the trailer gives me a churning feeling in the pit of my stomach. I don't mind cheesy stories--all Sonic games are kind of cheesy (Sonic Rush, Sonic Adventure 2 anyone?) But...gah. Sega seemed to be going in the proper direction when I saw Sonic 4 announced as a traditional 2D scroller with 3D graphics, which seemed to remind me more like the first three games than the catastrophe of gameplay we've seen in recent years. Also, you are now aware that the 'aliens' are one eyed flying Chao creatures.

I found it enjoyable; I just had the common sense not to train the buyable skills. Gaining money isn't boring, grinding is. People don't realize that. I had no problem buying 10k ess, some astrals, some cosmics, and law runes to train at ZMI, for example. I still don't understand why those who intentionally abstain themselves from the weekend should be getting special treatment when they can instead gain the materials themselves, as you suggested in your own post, or train another skill entirely. Having it last a long period of time ensures that everyone gets a chance, everyone has fun, and everyone gets a good chunk of exp.

You're looking for a p2p team? Or f2p? You'll find that even CWA-based clans do most of the things you're asking...but its important to differentiate between which you want (ie f2p / p2p)
