You know what's an easy compromise? If you don't have a Firecape, Kuradel won't assign Ice Strykewyrms. What's wrong with that? Why all the need for this hubbub? I mean really...is it that confusing of an issue? Having unique slayer monsters with requirements like these will help liven up the Slayer Skill from the mundane monster killing to something that's somewhat unique. (GASP! I KNOW! REVOLUTIONARY CONCEPT! -_-) It needs to stay in place, and Kuradel just shouldn't assign them to non-firecape owners. Endof.

I disagree. Instead, I think you'll more likely see clans trying to claim a win because of a supposed sniper cap. And who is that helping but people who don't deserve wins? It's a bad move and that's why the 'community' as a collective whole doesn't do it often/successfully.

That sounds like a bug to me. I thought that areas that lowered your stats only brought them to 1 at a minimum, not 0?

I don't see why it couldn't. Runescript can already retrieve your last five entries from your Adventure's Log, for example. Adding in the calculations to that wouldn't be too much harder in theory. But the sample size would have to be monstrously large, wouldn't it? Hell, you could probably pitch the idea to one of the regulars of the Programming and Web Design forum and they might actually WANT to try it.

This is basically how my mother discovered she was diabetic. People actually thought she was dying, initially, because her weightloss was so dramatic. She could easily down a 2liter bottle of soda in a matter of minutes. When she brought it up to her doctor, she was tested and told she was a Type 2 diabetic, though her mother and father were both type one diabetics. (So yeah, we're not too sure what type she is, but we're damn sure she's diabetic.) She takes regular humalog throughout the day when her sugar spikes, and at night she takes a shot of Lantus (sp?), a long acting insulin, that's supposed to help her maintain normal sugar levels throughout the day.

You wont need to wear anything special with a unicorn on any of these. Just use void and you'll be fine. Perhaps you will need to use dfs at hell hounds, but I'm not sure, with a unicorn you can probably manage :S why would you use void with a full slayer helm Unless you have a complete slayer helm (focus and hex attatched) you won't get any range bonus and it's a waste to wear if you intend to range. You'd hit more often, then, with full void and foregoing the mask.

This is just my personal interest and opinion, but... Have you guys ever seen a sniper cap violation successfully proven beyond a shadow of a doubt? A war where mass sniping wasn't used as a last-ditch effort and was successful? I think it's wishful thinking and silly to stress over, but that's just me.

All herbs are cleaned in the same manner, so you could just look at the prices of grimy versus clean herbs at a period of time and clean them in smaller batches to help minimize your risk.

I would save a portion of that money to get 68 summoning once you slay enough to get charms for it. With your combat levels and the monsters you'll be fighting given that, I don't think you'd need anything better than a Guthan's Set initially. Maybe invest in a warrior ring or a berserker ring. Whip is a must. Always good to stock up on a cannon and a nice cache of cannonballs if you want to speed things up. A black mask if you don't already have one is also an essential piece of equipment. I'd look into getting a rune defender, as defense is never really much of an issue, unless I'm mistaken. Buying a DFS, given your limited budget, would eat up 73% of your savings and it would take a LONG time to recover that loss.

Unless you decide to get heavily into boss hunting, pking, or any other specialized activities that require certain stats to be fairly high-leveled, I see no reason for ya to dramatically shake up how you play.

For cost-effectiveness, you can't beat broad bolts. For speed, you can't beat darts. Darts can be hard to buy on the GE though. Street for Hex and Focus is roughly between 5-10mil I'd say. I have no idea when they'd be buyable.

Unless you can get a trio team going, I wouldn't recommend attempting to tribrid, and you wouldn't be able to efficiently melee Supreme. If you've got a hexcrest and you mage, you could easily slaughter Rex. Even without that, with Claws of Guthix, solo'ing is quite enjoyable and you can't beat that slayer exp based on HP.
