  1. The only way tradable potions would be profitable is making the supplies needed to make the pot untradable, making the herblorer have to farm the herbs and get the secondary ingredients himself. I think the herblorers should have the ability to make a slightly weaker version of the pots which is tradable and has untradable ingredients, and a untradable versions that is exacly like it is right now. For example, if you have 3 levels higher than the level needed to make the potion in the first place ( so tradable overload requires 99), you can use a new untradable herb to make a tradable version of the potion, that will give up to 22-23 levels instead of the 26 the normal potion does ( in case of mage potion, makes 30% stronger instead of 40%). Would give them high profits, and they would still have a small advantage, but not so big pkers will complain. Win-win situation i guess?
  2. If skilling prayers were made, the skillers in the RSOF would complain A LOT about how Jagex doesn't like them and makes too much skilling features related to combat... I support skilling prayers.
  3. Lolz, "z0mg horses!1!" will end up becoming a meme like "z0mg sailing!1!" O_o Wonder why people want sailing and horses though... am i the only one who thinks it just wouldn't fit in Runescape?
  4. WGS is easier than MEP2... With a guide ANY quest is easy and over-hyped, do MEP2 whitout a guide and you'll see it's pretty hard.
  5. "Players felt they had to train a skill to compete with those who DO train, so we nerfed it..." Damn, i was already mad at Jagex's for a while, but when i read this, my respect for them died >.> Let's make items that cost money unable to be used in PVP too, they give advantages and no combat levels!
  6. Why's it difficult to understand? Money aid to combat, it should have a combat levle. If it doesn't give you a combat level then it shouldn't be on PVP, period. Since you can't give away amounts over 3k barring quests, and you can't "buy" money, no player should be allowed to wield or use anything worth over 3k. This. If someone with a whip, a AGS for k0 and Rocktails for eating fights someone of the same level that has D Scim, DDS and Monkfish, the rich one will obviously have an advantage. By that logic, why won't money give cbt lvls? We should rant about that in the RSOF next >.> Damn, every single time Jagex makes a good update right after it they make something that gets me mad. Since WGS not a single update came whitout something bad with it >.> I am a pker myself and i hate how Jagex only listen to the pkers.
  7. Wow, deflection looks very good, i would not survive the white shiny TIF :ohnoes:
  8. We Pay so we get better and more things. Why pay if you can get half the things for free? IMO F2pers are lucky that it's FREE. Unlike WoW, you have to pay to even play, whereas Runescape offers So much for free! So quit whining about needing more updates. Even though i agree that most f2p should stop whining about more stuff... Come on, f2p Runescape is a GAME, not some sort of gift we should be happy for having. Free or not, the game is supposed to be good, and giving one update or two every once in a while wouldn't kill anyone. Of course members pay, of course members will get better and more content, but is updating f2p once in a while a really bad thing? >.> It's sad, i ALWAYS see Jagex advertising Rs as "free to play", yet Runescape f2p version is ignored completely. There are lot's of better completely f2p games out there, and Jagex rely on their f2p game to atracct new players, who would eventually become p2p. If Jagex doesn't update f2p at least once in a while, most people will just moove on to other games and Jagex would lose lots of potential customers. I actually saw lot's of people criticizing Jagex for never updating f2p on other game-related forums. Jagex doesn't have a good reputation, bad f2p version is one of the main reasons i found so far. See? A good reason to update f2p once in a while. Really, as long as p2p gets more and better updates, to make sure p2p is worth it, i don't see a problem in giving f2p something new from time to time. Paying or not, f2p is still part of the game ( and a pretty important one actually...), so why not make sure it is very good?
  9. Karil's is great in stats, but when it's about set effect, it sucks... Same for Torag, but Torags is slightly better. As someone said, melee and mage also have a lot of useless items, like shortswords and wave spells, and only a few items are actually very good, so range isn't really that bad in terms of items. I think Handcannon is more of a "fun" weapon... It's not really good, but i guess you can have lots of fun blowing up things and hitting 50's. Rune c'bow, D'Bow, Chins, Rune knives and a few other items are so good they make up for all the bad range items though  What i agree with you in on Darts... they are weaker than Knives, AND more expensive? Doesn't make sense.
  10. On topic: W1 and 2 are insanely annoying and i avoid full worlds all the time. People are annoying =\ Off topic: Jesus facepalm

Sueing Tip.it over an article is actually insanely stupid, but, really, you actually believe that they would KILL a MAJOR part of the game, for something that wasn't even a threat?! I'm not a " i <3 u Jadex z0mg all u do is rite" person, and i've been dissapointed by them lots of times in the past, i was even one of the people who got REALLY MAD at the anti-RWT updates, BUT THIS?! You gotta be pretty paranoid and hate them A LOT to think they would seriously do that... Even if they did consider the idea of doing that for a minor threat, at least one of the leaders of Jagex would see how stupid that was and would convince the others to stop it >.< Ah, no reason to keep arguing this. Even if RWT was not really a major threat, even if RWT simply vanished misteriously, what is done is done and the Jagex i know would not change it back at all. And as Allisgreat said, this is a never ending circle >.>
  12. Gotta be very pessimistic to think it's gonna be even more sit and click... i am the biggest pessimist i've ever met and i'm looking forward to it \
  13. According to gnomes in one of the Glouphrie-related quests, don't remember which one, Seren is a manifestation of the Anima Mundi, the world soul. I think she is an ally to Guthix. Zaros was not the old god of Chaos, Zemouregal himself says that Zemouregal "could never understand the path of chaos". He was more of a Lawful Evil guy, one of the reasons Zamorak wanted to overthrow him, since Zamorak prefers chaos. Even though Zamorak and Saradomin are seen as "The evil guy" and "the good guy", Zamorak have lots of good followers ( remember Wanted! quest when Lord Daquarius would kill himself to save his soldiers?) and Saradomin has a lot of evil followers ( H.A.M cult). Marimbo used to be a pet of a god, who found a wierd potion in his Master's stuff, drank it, and when drinking it he became very wise, and brought the monkeys to Ape Atoll. I think this is a metaphor, and he infact found the Stone of Jas, touched it, and became a powerful and smart monkey, and brought monkeys to the island. If you pay attention, Zaros seemed to be a pretty evil and cruel guy even to his own followers, and that Mahjarrat were his slaves to quote Lenissa and Viggora in Ghostly robes miniquest :
  14. Annoying activity bar and lagging out all the time forced me to never play GOP again after i got my full Runecrafter and Tally Staff

[hide=] On the point of RWT-ers: 1. Jagex can get sued by credit card holders whose stolen data have been utilized by criminals running RTW scams. 2. Jagex can get sued for not exploiting the situation (benefitting from RWT scamming criminals). 3. It is morally irresponsible to allow RWT scams continue. 4. RWT scams give cheating players unfair advantages. Did any of that cross your mind at all? Blizzard didn't get sued. They didn't get threatened by lawsuits. They haven't removed any free trade. They're also the industry leader. And everyone who plays requires a credit card. Furthermore, Runescape is the only, the ONLY, MMORPG to have made those drastic changes. Let that sink in. I'm pretty sure Blizzard is having lots of problems with RWT and credit card stuff, might be wrong though. Also, Blizzard is waaay more famous and rich than Jagex, with WOW being waay more popular ( and expensive...) than RS, not to mention Blizzard has lots of other games, while Jagex's only source of income at the time was RS ( was funorb released at that time? Can't remember...) If Blizzard did get sued ( which i'm pretty sure they are >.<), they obviously wouldn't suffer as much as Jagex, and don't care for the problem as much as Jagex. You can't compare Blizzard with Jagex >.< Actually, Runescape is more popular than WoW by far, there are almost 10x as much players, although WoW is more expensive. And although Jagex might not be as rich as Blizzard, they certainly aren't poor considering that Andrew Gower is worth 217million US dollars Runescape more popular than WOW? Now, either i am uninformed in the subject ( very problable >.<) or you are talking about the "150m accs created" Jagex likes to advertise, even though half is bots and abandoned accs, and the other half is full of f2p's who barely give any income, and all money they give is used to pay for the servers. Even if RS has more players, i'm pretty sure Blizzard gets more money from WoW than Jagex from RS, and since this is a monetary issue, money > amount of players in the subject. >.< Jagex isn't poor, but if the banks removed redit-card payment like they threatened to do, thus stopping 90% of existing memberships, they would loose money INSANELY fast, and even if they didn't go bankrupt, they would have BIG problems. I'm pretty sure RWT will eventually bring problems to WOW and they will have to do some anti-RWT updates some day... but as i said, RWT doesn't hit Blizzard as hard as it hits Jagex. You said that WoW was "by far" more popular than Runescape. Blizzard may earn more but it doesn't necessarily mean they are more popular- btw im measuring popularity in number of players, in which Runescape far outstrips WoW. And yes, i already know that there are lots of f2p players that don't generate much income- i even said so in my post. But Runescape is still more "popular" than WoW, it irritates me when people picture Jagex to be some kind of organisation that lives off the charity bucket or something. Sorry if i sound mean. I just don't get why runescape would get into so much trouble if other games like Maplestory and other mmog's don't seem to have any problems with RWT. [/hide] Since the problem here is about money and lawsuits, what matter is the money, not the popularity... Jagex has 12m active players i think, 10m giving no income, while WOW has over 10m all of them paying 15 bucks...Therefore WOW gives more money for Blizzard. Jagex doesn't live off the charity bucket, but when compared to Blizzard, they aren't rich... And as i said, if Banks did remove credit-card payment as they threatened, they WOULD live off the charity bucket. "Andrew: Hey guys, since we hate RWT irrationaly, let's do a TERRIBLE business move by killing almost everything our game and main source of income is about, upseting most of our players and doing the exact opposite of what even a 10 year old would do in our place, just to kill something that causes almost no harm to us! Rest of Jagex: YEEAH!!!!" If you picture that scene in your head... Your hate towards Jagex is waay more irrational than their hate towards RWT O_o If they had to do a change like that, they WOULD NOT do it for something that causes not much problem. I know Jagex has acted in irrational ways and done a hell lot of stupid things in the past, but this? Even a 10 year old would know this would be stupid, and i'm pretty sure the guys who made this decision know more about business than 10 year olds >.>

R&J can be hard if you try to pass the mages to get to the berries :ohnoes: Idk where i heard about it, but i heard rumours of RWT causing big problems to Blizzard... anyway, i am pretty uninformed on the subject but i though the people sueing Jagex wasn't the problem, the real problem was banks getting mad at Jagex for all the credit card stealing and sueing that was happening and threatening to remove credit-card payments if Jagex didn't fix the situation ( and since a poll showed 90% of members paid with credit card atm, that would make Jagex bankrupt). Maybe banks got mad at Jagex but not at Blizzard or something? :| Anyway, if i recall right RWT was always waaay stronger in RS than in WOW, because it's easier to bot in RS, and as i stated 3 times already RWT caused more problems to Jagex than to Blizzard. Or maybe Jagex just has morals, and since RWT seems to create crime, they decided to do the right thing? :twss: Even if RWT wasn't really that big of a problem, and even if a Jmod admitted that RWT wasn't that big i still wouldn't believe that they would remove pking/free trade/dueling for something that wasn't BIG, Jagex isn't [developmentally delayed]ed, they always knew people loved the Wilderness, dueling and trading, they wouldn't kill some of the most important parts of the game for nothing. They are stupid some times, but [developmentally delayed]ed to that point? Hell no  .

  19. From last Q&A Hopefully sit and click bosses era is coming to an end
  20. Do that all the time, always lol @ noobs who keep insulting me when doing that  This is the only case when people running is actually annoying instead of being a respectable strategy :|
  21. True. Also true. Must... resist... Urge... to debate about... how evil all religions are... ARGH...
  22. Exacly. Even if we don't pay, f2p has got to be a good game, and AT LEAST a balanced combat system would be good, and would not be waaay too much. Yes, we are evil greedy monsters who freeload and don't deserve a thing and all that, but is a balanced combat system asking too much?! Really, MMG said f2p its the full game ( i'm f2p and don't believe that, but, whatever :? ), and the "full game" can't even ask for a fair combat system whitout being called greedy? >.> Seriously, even if i'm not paying for anything, i can't see how i am a greedy person just for wanting a fair combat system >.< I lurk a few game-related forums once in a while, and Jagex doesn't have a very good reputation, one of the main reasons i saw for people insulting Jagex in theese forums is never updating f2p :? 23. Arrow Gun video is awesome  Excl video was great too, but i'm pretty sure the only reason he is winning with SOO MANY votes over the others is because he is already famous >.< Well, he deserves to win anyway, he makes great videos =D
  24. I didn't even think this was possible >.< Can't safespot fight caves... Good luck to anyone going for Fire Cape anytime soon... Wonder if that cape is even worth all the trouble anymore >.>
  25. From now on, i will say " Beam me up, Scotty. There is no intelligent life here." everytime i teleport.
