At begining xp from runes was quite good like 10% of outside value, after glitch they reduce it so i dont think its effective anymore to train rc there. Dont say that 1.5 xp per 10 blood can be called super effective :D

If bonecrusher need 110k tokens that mean u need around 1.1m xp in this damned skill. That take a 'while' to do it. And theres no links even on manual to relative skills like what does summons doing or which potion i should make to open doors with 100+ req. So many things to figure ourself. But in other side its alternative way to train - totaly for free - many skills :D

I think u can save lots of potions only praying against arrows. And in caverns only one true usefull familar is healing one, bunyip can also transmute lobsters and sharks u get from fiends into water runes which also make some profit. When im not on task, i bring karil, zamorak spear, sw cape and few standard items like d boots, berzerker rings, this white-winged helmet and disaster gloves. During single bunyip and +/- 20 minutes after its gone i useing 1 super att/str and 5-6 pray pots and ummm 5 monks getting average 80-90 crimsons, dont counting profit cuz with this setup i always earn more than i lose. Dont expect lots of xp, z spear on crush is in controled mode.

Well pm any of your frend with high hunter lvl, i doing same when i see kingly or dragon one. Sometimes they want even share loot with me. So its nice to help others :P

Gold ? Less loss ? 300~ per ore, and 150 for bar. You mean effective smithing so he should use best bars he can get thats all i think :P Sc hammers take 20 minutes each to obtain so i dont know its worth doing them, if money dont play huge role.

Diamond bolts (e) - yes please :D Im trying this guide but fail after lots of zeros with bgs. So simply match few guides together and finally killed him useing range only - halfway, until berzerk ruby, and later diamond. Training rc on f2p is really painfull. If you can get tabs quick dont bother with running much and use them, as others mention rc gloves from fog are also really nice boost, especial earth one cause they give best xp u can get of free acc without any special loss. Remember to have teleport back near bank, explorer ring can be usefull here or you can waste 2 space in inventory for any tele.

Abbys lurker +4 agi bonus - i have used it from 81 to 82 agi for acces into gnome advenced. Later agi pots ... Etc, thats also methos of train to boost stats and get better score on courses which you 'cantt' use now :P

There should be option to hide/show splashes, cause you dont need look at all those 200`s and simply observe hitpoints bars. That would be nice like for me.

I think core of this mini-game is train skills, but many peoples trying get stone as quick as they can. Quicker or later u get stone some xp along all way to were trying get it, dont think u need hurry :) Stones are nice motivation to raise non-combat skills for little but not decent xp bonus.

Its reccomended to use abbys because its quickest way go to any altar u want. But remember that you can get stone only by crafting runes, not entering into any altar-arena. And it can take a little or more to get single piece of heart.

Same happens with law talisman. Propably ability to runes multiple such powerfull runes force peoples to invest into runecrafting more. And as everyone know first own blood tally u can get after series of boring as hell quests
