Not sure if the large skeletons in edgeville dungeon would be too weak, but you can use a salve amulet on them and they're in the wilderness. Also you could kill ankous or skeletons if they still have them in the old volcano.

Glory to Edgville or duelling ring to castle wars would probably be better teleports, combat bracelet is the best AFAIK to get back. Bring as many urns as you can for the amount of pouches you bring. (as in, you never run out of urns when you have a familiar summoned & vice versa.)

Flesh is 42-44. Thunderous is 45-47. They are done specifically to avoid grave/necro. Not sure what your last question is asking.
