  1. Iron titan is so much fun on Multi way Slayer tasks, you'll love it
  2. Non metal dragons are supposed to have a high magic defense (at least compared to most other monsters), the only dragon he should really be maging are metals or greens, since greens are just plain weak anyways.
  3. At lower levels, the chance of having 2 giants on you at once isn't a pleasant thought.
  4. In other words, never buy a fury.
  5. which is why I said "It's not necessarily good charms" My point was, there's really no need to power train it when you could just do something profitable like Slayer, and get the same end result. It would also be a lot more fun then sitting at one monster for every day. All the Charms I've gotten for Summoning were from Slayer, so it seems to work well for me.
  6. Do slayer It's not necessarily good charms, but it's a lot more entertaining to do, you make a lot of money doing, you train your combat skills, you get more xp since you're also getting Xp in slayer. And you'd be surprised how fast charms add up if you just casually slay everyday.
  7. yep, they have a pure mage attack, and mage based range attack. as for the question at hand, your only options for a defensive crush weapon is a verac flail or maybe torag hammers.
  8. in oder for your familiar to fight, you need to be in combat in some way. Wiether it be physically under attack, or ranging from a safe spot it doesn't matter. You also must be in a multi combat zone. Some notes. 1) You MUST order your familiar to attack a monster if you're in a safe spot, it won't auto-attack if the monster can't reach you. 2) You CAN send your familar on other monsters in the area even if they aren't in combat, just as long as you're fighting something else 3) while in a safe spot, your familiar WILL often stop attacking, so you'll have to re-order it to attack
  9. well, you can't borrow ahrims, but you can borrow a SOL So borrow one of those and just wear mystic. I haven't ever maged steel dragons, but watching other people do it, it's pretty accurate, so I would guess maybe 1k casts at the most. But don't quote me on that.

I've hit with flowers, so yea....
  11. Personally, all my range levels came from Slayer
  12. there's always the option to flash pray as well, which costs nothing if you do it right. It's not very good for your hands to constantly do it though :P
  13. You don't need a fire cape Anyways, i suggest maging them with Fire Spells Fire Wave or Surge are good to use. When I do Strykewyrm tasks, I wear Full SLayer Helm God Stole Ahrims top Ahrims Legs Infinity Boots Fire Cape (soul wars or God cape for you) Unholy Book Seers ring Staff of Light. barrows gloves. You stand far away from them and pray mage, while casting fire spells at them. A tip when standing far away is to position yourself right next to a wall or obstical, if you do this, they cannot use their Burrow attack. Take a war tortoise to hold prayer pots/drops. good luck on getting a SoL
  14. Godswords are only good if you REALLY need the extra accuracy, like at boss monsters. but for general training, whip or SS are the way to go.
  15. wow, he attacked you while you were using WC brawlers? He probably thought he was Pro with his Untrimmed Str and Full Torag :P When people don't think, they deserve to loose items. Congrats to your friend
  16. You could lend items to sell them
  17. didn't jagex say once that 3rd age was like a 1 - 10,000 chance? I remember hear that somewhere. But that's the only figure that comes to mind.
  18. TY, now I just need to remember that when I take more Screen shots
  19. Edit:Does anyone know why my pictures might be coming out at a low quality? you can barely read the "you recieved" part of the picture. I use Windows Vista if that makes any difference. Edit2: Anyone have a godsword blade/shards I can buy :P
  20. It also says it in the knowledge base. That being said, I don't really think they thought the rewards through very well. The level 21 Bone Crusher is unobtainable untill level 74 worth of experience...makes no sense.
  21. Nope, fally massacre wasn't rolled back. I remember that day. Sucks for the guy who lost the Green Phat to Durial
  22. You should always do herbs, they're good xp and money. Even buying magic and palm seeds, herbs can still keep your cash pile high. Also look into planting poison ivy bushes, they're the same ammount of work as trees (just plant, check, replant) and make money. Atm, Torstols are a very profitable herb to farm, assuming you have the average yield of around 6-8 per seed. If prices change too much, you can always revert back to a safer seed, like Kwuarm or Cantadine.
  23. At a first glance, I don't like it as Skill because it doesn't seem at all like a skill. However, I can easily see why this new area is going to be fun. I'll give it some time, maybe wait for a guide to pop up here and there to help me understand it, and then go from there.
