  2. Because we're getting sicker and sicker of the same damn mechanic being used over and over. But...it's not...we have 3 major areas that degrade Barrows Chaotics Nex Armor/bow Anything else that degrades that I'm able to think of just isn't worth using anymore (or never was worth using)

  5. Melee Mithril Scimitar (train attack, get 40 for rune scimitar), full rune, rune boots, amulet of strength/glory. Obsidian cape Full blue d hide, snakeskin boots, coif, accumulator (can you even get this yet?), magic short bow or iron knive/steel darts Yea, not much really to say for lower levels, basically you just use what you can at that level

  7. well, honestly most bosses you wouldn't last long at unless it was in a mass. You could try slayer, to help get your combat stats up, collect charms, gain slayer xp, and keep it relatively interesting (at least I think so) and make money off of it. You could just opt to quickly train your stats with methods such as Armored Zombies, LRC, Monkey Zombie/skeletons, then go bossing with higher stats. You'd have to find a way to get money for extremes and turmoil though. You could also get into dungoneering more. Once you get higher in levels, the rewards just keep coming, the dungeons go faster, the xp is great, and for most people, it's a lot of fun. You could work for a rapier to help make your training go by faster as well as having a great weapon for bossing.

  11. Without using Juju Potions, the best profiting herbs you can grow are Toadflax > ranaar > avantoe > Kwuarm With Juju Potions, ranaar easily becomes better. Juju potions are worth the time getting, not only for the potions, but the process is also great hunter xp.
  12. Just wanted to say thanks to those who let my noob dung with them tonight. I already noticed a huge difference then with teaming with tons or randoms. Looking forward to more.
  13. How do people take money out irl? Melt pennies to make copper? I can't think of another way... Lrn2economics Zinc, actually. Pennies are mostly zinc anyway. (Kidding, of course.) I feel that people who dislike degrading simply don't want to keep worrying about their armor, regardless of the actually efficiency. Makes sense to me, it's the same as one of the reasons why people melee so much more than mage or range, since you never have to worry about ammo. Or because melee is more useful?

  16. how is it complicated? Longer tasks with higher level (and more LP) monsters are better xp then short tasks with low level (less LP) monsters. There's little to no math involved....every other skill in this game requires math...like figuring out how many bows you'd need to make to 99 fletching, and how much it would cost. Why is it so much harder for slayer? There is NOTHING complicated about slayer. I honestly just sounds like you don't enjoy the skill....which is fine...but don't make up random Bull [cabbage] about it being hard to mathimatically do it...just say you don't like it, and stop training it.

  18. It was implied that the idea of capping it didn't make sense to me. The 500 limit is applied to all hits, the person I answered was using ruby bolts to confirm it. Then asked "why 500?" It's a question. I see nowhere where i say that you think it's a bad idea, rather i'm asking you weather it would be. By asking me the question (especially the way you did) it makes it appear as though you are challenging me, thinking that I didn't agree with the cap. If you didn't think I wasn't in agreement, you wouldn't have asked the question. It's how I interpreted it. You ask a hypothetical question, and quickly follow it up with what you think is the right answer. When you type like that to people, it makes it look like you're challenging them. Here is the original question I answered If you read it....he is talking about ALL hits, and is just using the ruby bolt spec as a form of confirmation. We obviously are not understanding each other here, and are just inferring things differently. I do not think I'm wrong...nor do I think you are either, just...misunderstandings....
  19. if you're safe spotting Void deflector (will full void+range top) > Zamorak Book > Armadyl book > Guthix book If you're not safe spotting, then it really depends on where you're at, if you don't need any extra defense, the above still remains. Everything else just depends one which stats you need defense for.

  21. Turmoil is better then extremes, but extremes cost a lot less to get. Overloads aren't worth rushing for unless you're really big on bossing. You don't really want just ss without turmoil. It's not worth giving up a big offensive prayer like piety just so you can save a few K on food.

  23. I challenge you to find me saying that it's a bad idea without editing it... Don't put.... oh, right. YOU didn't say it was a bad idea, you implied that I said it. I think you missread what I said. I asked "When did "I" say it was a bad idea?". I never said that you thought it was a bad idea. That was my point as well...what are you trying to prove to me here? The reason is because jagex is lazy. They copied and pasted several properties from dungeoneering instead of making new, original code. Nex has thunderous' grapple attack. and Kalger's 500 damage cap. Ok....? Reason for what? I am deeply confused here.... All I did was explain why there was a 500 dammage cap to someone....to make the boss harder... Now I get these odd responses that don't make sense to anything I've said :unsure:
  24. using the krorasi sword spec makes demons switch to protect from magic (if you hit high enough) The spec will hit if the demon is praying from melee or range. That being said...since they're in a multicombat zone, the specs max hit is severely reduced, to the point of being a waste of a spec.
  25. Pvp situations where your oppenent is wearing rune+ It's not good for any F2p PvM situations, but it's very nice in pvp death matches (where neither of you run) for the extra accuracy.
