200M in all Skills
Not even remotely the same. For that analogy to work, the footballer would have to have an open goal, get the ball right up to the goal so it was basically guaranteed, and then just boot it away. (Talking about real football, not American)

Not sure about the top and legs but I got 4m per hood.

11-Dec-2012 - Player-Owned Ports
So due to a combination of tiredness and Jagex's dumb system, I made three superior Lotus Hoods instead of just one because the retarded make x system has the quantity set to maximum by default. Ended up getting a friend to kill me to get the money from them as they're not stackable either. Nobody would want to make multiple parts of the same superior piece in one go, so [bleep]ing dumb. /rage

What's wrong with playing RuneScape, honestly?
People inclined towards Introversion generally find themselves most comfortable in their own company or small groups of people. They generally have no desire or need to be around groups of people small or large to be happy. Extroverted people can view this as shyness or disinterest but they are simply two perfectly valid personality types. Extroverts by contrast, generally become bored in their own company and generally need to be around other people to be comfortable and happy. Very generalised but that is essentially what the two mean. Then what is when you are kinda both? Because I can find myself in both =/ It's not black and white, not everyone is an absolute introvert or extrovert. I consider myself to exhibit qualities of both too.

What's wrong with playing RuneScape, honestly?
I'm very introverted. I also enjoy meeting new people wherever possible and discovering what makes them tick. If I spend too much time indoors and on my own, I start to get fidgety. When I'm talking to people, I can usually do so in my own witty, facetious and confident manner. Being introverted just means I'm primarily occupied with my own thoughts and feelings instead of those of other people. Being introverted is a very poor justification for playing RuneScape for large quantities of time. That isn't what Introverted means. Also this.

I personally don't see the problem with the drop rates. Right now, the rate already looks similar to Glacor boots. I've had two glove drops in roughly about 1.5k kills. The pet on the other hand is just unecessasarily rare considering it doesn't do anything.

200M in all Skills
I highly doubt Suomi will be posting here again. On another note, I'm surprised nobody has attempted to 'hack'/keylog his account to get the last experience point.

200M in all Skills
The 1exp remaining is symbolic at best. The original point of this thread was to discuss if 200m all skills was possible which it clearly is.

Kharshai to become the new God of Balance. Odds are 100:1. Place your bets here ladies and gentlemen.

So you would never use a cast/use duration type ability on QBD because she could pop fire wave/superbreath/minions at any time? I generalised too much. For QBD I would as all of those attacks except for maybe the superbreath are survivable. For things like the new Auto's earthquake attack, I would more than likely die so no, I wouldn't use any abilities that root me to the spot.

It's the same with abilities like rapid fire too. Abilities are supposed to be used tactically though so I never use it if I know I'm in danger of being hit for high damage. You can't move but you can cancel them with any other ability.

You are the one who seems intent on starting pointless arguments. If you had truly actually understood the post in question, you'd be responding to my criticisms of the lack of consistency, plot holes, illogical narrative structure, the dumbing down of requirements, and inappropriate incentive structure. Those are things I brought up, instead you chose to quote me and talk about points which have nothing to do with me and which I did not bring up. Again, yes I did address almost all of those and I ask you again to read my previous posts because I'm not going to repeat myself. There's no point continuing this on the thread, if you have a problem then PM me.- 4th March - The World Wakes
And it isn't my fault either that you can't be bothered to properly read my post either, choosing rather to respond viscerally rather than intelligently. If you haven't understood what the main point of complaint is, then any discussion with you is hopeless. As much as you may want me to, I'm not going to argue with you. I did read your posts and I got your point. I've also replied several times on the subject; why don't you read those before getting hot under the collar.- 4th March - The World Wakes
My point exactly. Couldn't agree more.- 4th March - The World Wakes
This situation was an utter mess and you can either blame Jagex for it or accept they had very little latitude to work within. That all boils down to opinion, and that's well and good to debate...but you can't blatantly deny the reality of the situation altogether. (Well I mean you could, but that would be very foolish.) I'm not denying its messy; it is. But there are people (one person) in this thread that are blowing this way out of proportion. Jagex did what they did because they wanted everyone to experience the ramifications that TWW would have on the rest of the game in future content updates. Not everyone is a quester and the FAQ said that all content (not just quests) would tie into TWW. For the people that aren't bothered about quests and just did TWW for the rewards or whatever, this won't affect them much anyway. For the people who do care about the story, they would have more than likely done all the previous quests. Also, going slightly off topic, but if the quest counter in the adv log is right, won't the next quest be the 200th?- 4th March - The World Wakes
Satire should be subtle and funny. Your post was neither. Regardless of the plotholes the minimal requirements left behind, I knew what was happening, and so did anyone that cares about the lore in this game. Jagex gave plenty of warnings that to fully appreciate the quest, players should do the other requirements. It's not their fault if people can't be bothered to read.- 4th March - The World Wakes
I've gotten two glove drops looking for that damn thing.- 11-Dec-2012 - Player-Owned Ports
I decided against staying in the Bowl to get scrolls as I did it before with Scythe to Bowl with not that much benefit. Right now, I've got all the Tetsu scrolls, soup and Lotus hood and now working on Lotus top. I used up about 300 spice and made superior Tetsu top and legs with 20 plates to go for the helm. Currently sitting on 160 Lacquer too, and about 60 bones. No Chi globes as I'm not 90rc and Sea-Singers is the last thing I'll be making.- 4th March - The World Wakes
That's why the ports storylines were so well received too. The NPC's treat the PC as an already established and well known individual instead of some random who just happened upon a crumbling business.- 4th March - The World Wakes
Just got Tracker gloves drop. Anyone know how much they're going for? Not sure whether to sell them or not. Edit: Sold for 28m.- 4th March - The World Wakes
These things are a pain to kill... >.< Automaton's really aren't that hard to kill. I was killing the magic ones for about two hours last night using only soul split. Using Void and Royal Xbow as a setup, they were dying pretty fast; they just have a lot of hitpoints. Got about 1.5m in drops but no gloves or pet. - 4th March - The World Wakes
