I know a number of human rights lawyers because of my brothers work and this very issue comes up fairly often. I also don't quite understand the argument that the people who have had the procedure and think it's fine opinion should be taken as any more valid than that of those with no experience of the problem. It's like the belief that politicians should represent all strata's of the community - only disabled politicians could understand disabled issues. Only black politicians can understand the issues around being black. It is often very difficult for someone from a religion or particular belief to simply go against it. It is highly unlikely that someone who has been circumcised would be terribly unhappy with it, however they have not had experience of the other, have had no choice in the matter and their body has been changed without their knowledge. Personally I think that teaching religious beliefs to children as stone cold gospel is very wrong - this may sound racist but most Jews will agree with Jewish rhetoric about circumcision this does not mean they are right!

If you want to pull that card, why allow parents to make any body-related decisions for their children at all? They should be allowed to make positive body-related decisions to become healthy. A circumcision does not provide any health benefits and it's more of an accessory operation like plastic surgery. Parents are allowed to make decisions like plastic surgery for their kids. Just because they can, doesn't mean they should be allowed to. To Y Guy I'm not sure of the rules where you live but in Britain a parent cannot enforce cosmetic plastic surgery on their child. Of course they make decisions on the like of skin grats etc.. But I am almost 100% sure that cosmetic surgery is prohibited for under 16's. Also just seeing Dan's I think you have a valid point however for choice of better word - people who have had the procedure and belong to a faith that carries it out - have been indoctrinated they see it as normal although it may not necessarily of been the best choice for them or something that should of been done to them without their own consent.

I haven't read the article so what I say may not be 100% valid, however I think many people believe that circumcision is fairly cruel especially to newly born children with no choice in the matter and that despite it is strongly connected to some people's beliefs this should not mean that those people should be wavered from obeying a code of morality that most other people accept or doing something unreasonable and unnecessary. Again I haven't read the article and I don't exactly know what the law is but from what the others posted a ban on circumcision is not anti-Semitic.

Well the difference is obvious super restore, restores your stats by more. I think its something like 1 normal rest dose for every 2 sara dose and 1 super rest dose for every 3 sara doses. Basically use super restores unless your very poor. By the way my numbers might be slightly off so don't take them as gospel.

If you want to do it seriously get a CLS.

Hi I recently came back to RS after a small break and would like to join a clan. My total level is nearing on 2100 and will be there soon. I'm maxed combat bar summoning and prayer and looking to make money for turmoil and extremes before starting some more serious boss-hunting in the mean time I would like a intelligent fairly active clan that can give good advice and stave off my boredom while completing quests. I'm not a pker but I do enjoy minigames such as castle wars and clan wars, I am also a keen BAer. Although I mainly played on my other account so my high scores do not reflect this. I would like a clan that carries out events but not one who is too strung up about them getting annoyed if I don't devote enough of my life to the clan. It's interesting the probabilities involved in staking - many suggest the martingale system -> look it up! Or something fairly similar which involves doubling your bet so that you will eventually profit if you have enough capital to cover any losing streaks, others however will argue that staking is purely 50/50 and that no matter you will end up with no gain in the end and it is purely luck. I think I read somewhere that the probability of being cleaned with a 1000m cash pile using martingales system was equivalent to that of finding a visage. I think you have a valid point however I think you are in danger of alienating the people trying to help you by over-reacting.

I'm pretty sure that the guide suggests somewhere to pick up the plank that is in the room to the right after you cross the first bridge... Might be wrong though.

6 months is a fairly long time in members and lets face it absolutely everything is quicker to train in members so I don't think you need to worry about wasting your time on P2P training skills at a noob level. The only suggestion I would make as far to turning P2P is to find out which quests you think you want to do for rewards etc.. and gaining any levels that are easily trainable in F2P however my main suggestion would be to just get P2P and see how it goes.

Thank- you yes I've simply seen people saying do C1's for your first 29 floors but I hadn't realised this only applied to groups.

So I just returned to RS on this account and I really want to get back into some monster hunting. I used to do a fair amount of monster hunting before I quit but everything has changed now what with the high level prayers, new potions and dungeoneering rewards so I need some advice. With my current stats; 99 Melee's, Mage, Range and HP what is the best way for me to make money other skills can be seen by following link to my high scores. I also have 86 slayer if thats of interest. Is monster hunting still viable money at all, I currently can't find a bandos team for the life of me with all requiring 96 summon - I only have 81 - turmoil and overloads. Is say armadyl less competitive in which case can someone link me to a current guide or suggest setups etc.. With a budget of 40m. Any theres the general problem that I need advice on. Also here a some more specific questions: 1) Dungeoneering is currently level 41 I have been soloing C1's all the way currently and I'm earning well a whopping 6k xph on average :) Are there low level dungeoneering teams or am I restricted to penguins and tears for more experience? 2) Whats a good money making method, any that would involve getting some charms for a higher level summoning? 3) In which order should I get turmoil and extremes and 96 summon? Also which chaotics are needed to monster hunt effectively? 4) I used to do DK's for some relatively steady income are there any modern guides on this? Or is this just as competitve as bandos? Thanks for your help guys.

Very nice achievement, I was wondering why you have limited yourself to not trainign dungeoneering, rc, farming etc.. I thought it might be new skills or something but then you have 99 summon - enlightment please!

I'm not sure about how many gps/hour it would be with a welfare setup, it would definitely be possible. You could try youtube for some more recent guides. However, looking at your stats and quests point I would say money wise tormented demons with welfare gear would be the better money.

Turmoil is pretty instantaneous to be honest maybe the second hit you have the full boost, sometimes the first if you attacked. I am reasonably well off but turmoil did cost a fairly large amount of my bank I will probably for got extremes soon but was hoping for maybe a few summoning levels first for some good slaying and helping me boost my income slightly so as to be able to afford extremes more comfortably. However if you think the boost of extremes over supers is significant enough I would consider getting them first.
