Runecraft is the slowest xp per hour so you'll save most time using it on that, unless you don't care about runecraft levels then agility > fishing > slayer

This is wrong, the healers only respawn if they manage to heal him to full hp before you kill them, not half hp. unless its changed very recently but i doubt it.

Well I have a dynamic IP, every time I plug in my modem the IP is different and I haven't been banned, I don't think it's a problem. I think they would only check out IPs if they had some other reason to consider you could be account sharing, like if you're online almost 24/7, and even then if the time difference is long enough for you to have travelled that distance they can't assume you're account sharing. If you log out and 1 min later an IP from the other side of the world logged in then maybe that would look bad, but imo you've got nothing to worry about

Please don't take this wrong but I could barely read the first two articles, they just seem too negative, one about whether rs is boring or not and if theirs a point of playing it, and the second devolves into talking about bots which I'm just sick of hearing about. Rs is a game people, enjoy it and if its stressing you out so much find something better to do. On a dif note the article about citadels is good, I try not to fall into the hype too much but its looking like one of the best updates in a while, should help bring the community together a bit I hope.

I might be wrong but didn't c2 fishing get nerfed? As in they halved the xp you get in c2, it might be better to do c3 but idk

Because you can now sell instantly after buying a lot more people are flipping than there was pre-free trade, that's why the margin is really low on obvious items because everyone is undercutting each other to flip faster. I assure you flipping can still make decent money but you have to think outside the box for items not many merchers would think of and you have to keep up too, prices can change in minutes.

I've never player wow or other mmo's but what makes it so un repetitive. As far as I know wow is 90% combat so I'd imagine maxing to be killing orks for hours on end. OT: Elias has done 15mil slayer at crawlers so far and he's been at it for a month I haven't played wow either but from what I understand knowing people who play getting to max level is usually done by questing, even though a lot are generic fetch/kill x of y quests and such I'm sure it's less repetetive than getting 99's in rs

People pay 20M for +2 strength legs. Yet I see people at the G.E. whining that the whip vine is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to justify the +2 strength bonus it gives. When I tell them that tassets are only +2 strength and are 20M they tell me it's totally different. When I tell them the vine whip doesn't even take up an equipment slot they tell me to STFU. Imagine for a second jagex never released dungeoneering, there was no chaotics and whip was still the best dps weapon, and this update was released. How much do you think the whip vine would go for then? Answer: A hell of a lot. People are willing to pay a lot for the bonus of zerker ring and bandos and such because they are undeniably the best choice for that equip slot. Because we have rapier and other chaotics which outclass the whip in every way, that's the only reason these things are seen as overpriced. Because anyone who cares enough to pay top dollar for a few str bonus would get a chaotic. So the whip vine is inferior and pretty much pointless, except for the niche market of lazy people who refuse to dunge but have money to blow.

I've been on a break from rs for a few months and frosts have been overrun by bots and claws are down to 17m so thats my 2 best money makers screwed up. Before I left I basically spent my whole bank on herb so I need to make some back. Whats the gp p/h of frosts and tds so I can work out if they're still worth doing, or is there a better pvm money maker bearing in mind I can't afford gear for a good nex team. arma and bandos don't look worth it with hilts so cheap now, what about corp? Basically just need ideas to make the fastest cash through pvm, I'm behind a bit on updates and current prices and stuff, thanks edit: also is ring of wealth worth using at bosses now?

What kind of things will the clan ring give bonus xp for? How do you charge the ring and how long does it last?

He's gonna have a ton of combat xp left to do and charms to collect after slayer due to using effigies on it, crawlers is the most efficient way to finish off combat I guess. It'll be less effective because of agility/fishing/mining being 200m though but it still beats going bandits or something lol. Anyone know what he'll reach first, 200m all combat or rc? I assume it's all combats but idk

I'm looking forward to finally ripping the slug queen a new one, been waiting for a conlusion since I did those quests like 2 yeas ago. Can't say I'm excited about anything else in bts, citadels look ok but I'm not in a clan so... <_<

Biggest update of the year? nah sounds lame to me, whats with jagex's obsession with clans and the community, I couldn't care less the clan system was fine 5 years ago.

Used to be majorly addicted a few years ago, but more recently I can take it or leave it, if I have something more productive to do I will. My reasoning is I want max total and as long rs isn't going anywhere for a few years I know I'll get it, don't have to rush as fast as possible might aswell just take it easy and enjoy it :) think of your goals, think how long they will take and realise your not gonna get them by playing 20 hours a day and burning out and losing your social life, but by being consistent and enjoying it

September coincidentally is also the first time anyone will be able to afford jack of trades, if it doesn't go on sale or anything. @ druminator I think the 10k xp lamp rumour is just hearsay, nothing has been confirmed by jagex. Although I heard from someone there was a post on hlf basically to say it wasn't gamebreaking, but no xp figures were confirmed.

All the auras apart from jack of all trades are on sale for 400 points, and I agree tugger I've been using call of the sea, timed my xp and it seems no different. It's probably like 2% increase or something tiny because jamflex didn't wanna make it OPed?

The tip it community actually gives me hope that not all is lost in rs, the day they advocate botting/rwting this forum would fill up with exactly the kind of rs players this board gives me a break from, the 'umad scrub lolzors' ethug kiddies would storm this board in force and all the decent people would end up moving to a different community, at least at the moment theres proof that there are still good rs players left amongst all the cheating. This board can be a bit strict at times, like how we can now swear on runescape but language isn't tolerated here for example but its for the best imo

Whats the gp per xp on red bodies then? I need 99 crafting...Bet they won't buy for mid though

1. Broad arrows are fastest yeah but quite expensive, I reccomend just stringing mage longs, it's still fast xp and profits (last I checked) don't cut logs only string for better xp 2. I burned mages and 99 took no time, 3 days from 80 I think it was. Yews are a bit cheaper and still ok xp but stay away from maples they're way too slow. Don't bother with barb horn it takes too long to fill to be worth it 3. If you want mining up too most efficient and cheap way is to superheat while mining in lrc with goldsmith gaunts, but if you don't care about mining and just want fast xp then do addy plates, I'd stay away from lower plates than addy and superheat gold or make bolts before you can do them unless you don't care about a big loss of gp 5. Don't have time to calc for 70-97 but for me 99 cons from 85 with oak planks is 66 mil so its somewhere close to that. Oak larders til you can make dungeon doors then do them with demon butler. Or you could do mahogony tables which is 700k xp p/h but cost about twice as much per xp 6. I just put an offer in for 1.2k battlestaffs + air orbs wait 48 hours craft, sell back and repeat but I'm in no rush to level it and thats only like 80k xp per day, you could get people to buy them for you or make dhide bodies
