YOu can have as many urns as you want, but you can only have 10 FULL urns at a time, then you must start teleporting them Good thinking by jagex, they should have done the same with effigys. I guess its because these stack in bank and effigies don't.

I was checking this out myself yesterday. Green leather actually costs more than blue atm because of the decrease in green drag killers since free trade, 99 for me from 85 would be about 250m on green or 170m on blue lol, so I would just stay away from it atm. Air battlestaffs are awesome, like 4gp per xp but you can only buy 100 per 4 hours (only 13k xp worth) and up to 80 a day from naff depending how far you are on varrock diary. But you could get friends to buy you them on ge to get them faster. I've heard some jewellry is cost effective like ruby bracelets but its a bit slow and depends on current prices.
-
For purely smithing xp it's faster. For overall xp lrc is better. Or you could look at lrc as you are getting the smithing/magic xp alongside training mining and losing no time doing it so if you think of it like that you could say the smithing xp takes no time at all.

You can swear in a non offensive way ('[bleep] I just died) but not to be offensive to others ('Suck my [bleep] [bleep]ing noob [bleep]'). As long as you don't have the maturity of a 12 year old you should be ok :P

People still fall for this? Items kept are based on alch value not ge price. It's a common lure to drop d skirt or d battleaxes for a 1 itemer and they keep over claws or whip. It also works with blessed spirit shield to make people lose godswords, or onyx ring to make people lose divine/elysian.

Have a few questions about woodcutting before I start training

Yeah yews are really bad cash and xp even for f2p. Theyre ok for some starting cash on a noob account I guess but I'd say stick to willows. Dropping is faster xp if you do it right dropping 2-3 logs with mousekeys after getting a log then reclicking the tree without slowing down. Banking at draynor isn't much slower though -
how much do u lose from bolts for like every 10k xp? At current prices if everything buys and sells for mid it would be 8.1 gp per xp or about 8 mil loss from 73-80. After calcing that it's not as cheap as I thought :ohnoes: . Superheating gold while mining at lrc would be best, if you have 80 mining. If not you could smelt gold at varrock furnace with varrock armour and superheat at the same time which is over 100k xp p/h and very cheap, like 3-4 gp per xp. Be aware you would need goldsmithing gaunts from family crest for these methods.

The only thing that can 1 hit champs is knights or other champs with battlecry. If you know what you're doing its easy to stay out of range of them if you know they have a battlecry ready, or if they can reach you just put on sheild wall or stoicism. It's a strategic game theres no one way to play and every setup has a setup that can defeat it, personally with 3 champs the only people that usually beat me were people with lots of hallys. Knights are essentially a half price champion with less dmg and hp I wouldn't use them over champs but really it comes down to however you like to play. Chastise is not a problem if you have a sheild wall ready, you can just use that turn to move up another champ or a scout.

Addy bolts might be good for you, you need 73 though but you could boost to it or do something else (mith bolts maybe) for 1 more level. They're not mega fast but a lot faster than cannonballs and fairly cheap
-
Doesn't matter. If you know a knight can reach you you can shield wall/battle cry/stoicism. 100 hp loss didn't make much difference they can still 1 hit any unit, 2-3 champ teams still dominate unless the opponent has an anti champ setup (lots of hallys)

Watch this vid, I was having problems then after seeing this I won almost every game. but if you really don't care about deflector you don't have to worry about whether you win or lose anyway
-
The annoying thing about 6 hour log is time in lobby counts towards the 6 hours. Most people don't play 6 hour straight without at least switching worlds or logging to get a drink or w/e but the autolog doesnt take this into account if you just exit to lobby.

They're imbued rings, I thought the +8 range/str was worth it. I hit most of the time so I figured str bonus of torso > accuracy bonus of defender (its usually bcp but I lent it out). But I'll try some trips without deflector and with cannon and see if I do any better at dropping them before the shield comes back up. Thanks for the tips

It used to be 30 seconds I think (or 1 min can't remember exactly). Back then it was really annoying, I had to constantly spin my camera while I was fishing or w/e so I didn't get logged out halfway through an invy. Since they changed it to 5 min I haven't had a problem with it.

Thanks, I'll have ovls in 1 more claw drop. I can't use karils xbow or cannon or I lose the use of deflector. I guess I'll switch out ee for claws and yak for uni. Not so sure about changing to reg prayers though especially if I'm gonna be claw speccing

I'm trying to make the 500m I need for buyables, mostly doing frosts and tds. I've seen the figure of 50 kills per hour thrown around a lot about tds, well I get a lot less than that, my trip lasts a yak which is just under an hour netting me 20-30 kills. Anyway heres my setup: and yak with 25 cavefish 5 p pots. (Usually have a lot of food left over but might aswell fill yak). I use yak over uni now so I can bank the infernal ashes and other drops. Any advice of what I can change to get closer to the 50 kills per hour? It's rare that I kill the td before its shield reappears, even though I'm using turmoil/leech range. My gear and prayer switches are fast enough. I know steel titan would help but I can't use it yet and iron titan gives def xp which I don't want. I've heard people say cls/maul are better than rapier but I'm probably not gonna be dunging til I'm done with buyables. I'm not sure if the speed of dia (e) would be worth the extra cost? I hit pretty well with broads and money is an issue atm (hence why I'm killing them). So yeah any tips to speed up my kills are appreciated. Pic for fun :P (and to show the spot I use)

edit: and again -
I think when prices level out it will turn out to be a profitable way to train crafting, I doubt the xp is great but there'll always be demand for the urns. I think skilling ones will be more used than infernal though. And some extra profit from tds and slayer is always good
-
I'd love to do nex but I doubt I can get on any teams with 76 def, even with divine/ovls/claws/void deflector etc... The 1m loss per trip or w/e it is is definetly worth it if you're high lsp and a drop could get you max cash+
-
Do you guys think its better to bring yak instead of uni to tds now? To bank the ashes at 6k a piece. Might not even be worth it though because of the extra cost of a yak full of food instead of just uni scrolls.

Uloveme was banned, allegedly for having account shared with her husband for the entire time that she played runescape. I thought she was banned for dupeing d bolts
-
Yeah I thought hati was made to replace xp weekends because of all the negative feedback about buyables. If we do get another one I'l just do agility or something else non buyable, ended up hardly saving anything on herby last time anyway because of everything being bought out. I thought hati was better anyway cos it didn't encourage you to no life, you got your set amount of xp and that was it.

My son (the one who no longer plays Runescape) asked me the other day, what's stopping anyone from manipulating prices now by putting, say, a yellow phat up for sale on the GE at 2 bill and having a friend buy it for 2 bill, and wash, rinse and repeat? If you put a buy offer in for 2b, even if someone is selling for 2b the buyer would get the hat from whoevers selling lowest at the time + cash back.
