Actually, there are very few rings worth using in RS. Seers, Berserker, Archer, Explorer(for farming tele) and ferocious. Not counting (i) rings.

With my stats, what would be the best kind of staking for me? Maxed staking just seems so... random, I wonder how people make money with it? I mean, your opponent has the same stats, so he should have the same chances of winning as you?

There is no "wrong number". You need more, you make more. Given enough time, even if you did overloads from 91-99, you'll still need more.
