Item lending.
What you mean how Blizzard isn't holding players hands by, say, moving mounts down to level 30, dramatically (15-20%) reducing the time to level between 20 and 60, raising the experience quests give. Yea, real not hand holding. Then when Jagex does anything remotely like Blizzard, they get smashed by the same whiny children that they're trying to hard to be like Blizzard. Double edged sword, not worth it.

Back From Retirement, Need Info...
Since your other questions have been answered: Zezima quit playing a while ago (I believe around when Funorb was released), and can be seen on Arcanists and the Funorb forums from time to time.

Item lending.
It's against the rules to ask for money in return for lending items, whether the player intends to follow through with it or not, so no, it's not enabling scamming. By the way: Bandos Godsword: 27.6m Change Today: +359.4k Armadyl Godsword has been dropping for several months now, people don't want to pay as much as they used to now that there's more of them in the economy. Supply and demand, a concept you clearly haven't grasped. People said the exact same thing when every other piece of armor and weaponry began to drop in price. Ooo godsword prices changing, doomsaying, ruined game, no more achievements, wooooo eatrunearrow thread, ooooooooo another Jagex bashing session, oooo upcoming comment about Jagex puppets oooooo still not knowing what you're talking about

You have to get to a certain point in Legends (quest). Also, this belongs in Help and Advice.

I don't need to read e-petitions to label them as failures.

Ironically enough, they did it to be more convenient in full screen V :D V

Runescape is ruined forever
If it's filled with disco lights, fruit-flavored alcoholic beverages, and dance music, that'd be one kick [wagon] arena. Oh and, another one of these topics by a whiny child. It's only been 7 months, don't worry I'd only consider you "very slow" on the meter.

is this lending system end of gwd???
I'm planning on lending my stuff out for cash (rs gold, not real money, don't look at me like that)

is this lending system end of gwd???
If you die with a lent item it is ALWAYS protected, meaning that it is impossible to lose. Yes, they can be taken into combat too. (I'm not sure what's going to happen as regards to the skull obtained through the abyss). Ok, just taking my friend's AGS, full bandos, zerker and fury into BH no problem it'll all be protected..? Or "I'll lend you my ranger boots and you lend me yours, that way we can go to Armadyl with them without worry!" I'm still doubtful of this system, but this thread does raise a valid issue. You can only lend or borrow one item at a time, and you can't lend degradable items (IE: No barrows)

Runescape fails as a business...
A million paying members huh? Where are your #'s from? Just wondering considering I only see at the max like 160-180k people on at once? And not too many people nowdays have more then one account that is a member considering there is no reason anymore to make a pure. Jagex. Also, according to Geoff Iddison:

Runescape Fails... >_>
I'm going to speak this time without injecting my normal level of sarcasm into my post. Because if you build a better bot-detector, they'll just build a smarter bot, or start hiring real people to control the accounts at extremely low wages. The reason Runescape RWT'ing was much easier than in, say, WOW, is because they could have 10+ accounts running on a single computer, meaning that a single RWT'ing company with the same amount of computers could do the work on Runescape that would take 10 companies on WOW. There's also the fact that runescape makes it much easier to auto because all you need is a mouse clicking program, or one that detects pixels on the screen. The less complex a game's graphics are, the easier it is to build an autoer for it. You obviously can't ban friends giving each other presents without limiting free trade, so where do you draw the line between looking at two people who just gave godswords for free, but one is a goldfarmer, how do you choose which is the one? Name? Not always that easy. That brings up the issue with staking, sure this person has one billions through staking, but who's to say he didn't just purposefully lose that 30 million dollar duel against that guy who was staking nothing? How do you prove he was selling him the gold? How do you know that drop pile wasn't staged to be sent to the buyer? And remember, for every legitimate customer you ban, that's another customer that isn't coming back. Do you see the issue? How do you keep free trade and staking, but stop real world trading, without massacring legitimate players in the meantime? Remember how many threads we used to see on players lending items, winning huge amounts in staking, or picking up someone else's drop pile only to be banned for real world trading? Remember when it became a generic response on even these forums to those posts, that if you wanted botters to be banned, then there were going to be some casualties? If you found an undefeatable way to detect real world item trading without generating false positives, I'd bet you Andrew Gower himself would be on his knees kissing your feet. I wrote an article for my website on November 23rd, 2007, predicting that Jagex was about to do something very drastic that would lose customers, although I was a bit extreme in assuming they would just completely remove trading outside the Grand Exchange. I'll leave you with this quote from Mod Mark H, which was posted on the RSOF the same day,

Runescape fails as a business...
The fact that Jagex has over a million paying members who have no problem paying with a credit card should prove otherwise.
-
Runescape Fails... >_>
Jagex has the forum mods locking rants on the RSOF about the wilderness telling them to "get over it", that's their stance on it.

is this lending system end of gwd???
The glitch is that once the item is lended for 2 hours or 24 hours, a limitation in the system means that it can't be returned to the owner until that time period is up.

I say we make clan chat mtomali as the new tip.it chat. Unlike Pope Skills, I didn't just join TIF today.

Runescape Fails... >_>
Omali... Please do not speak about something you apparently know nothing about. The author is right... I have sat for 10 mins a few times clicking my finger off just to get into that dang crater! When it comes to not speaking about something you apparently know nothing about, you sure are the supreme consigliare. I can tell by your numerous failed, and might I add, locked, threads. Something I know nothing about? Are you referring to the concept of patience, or your fine art of smashing your mouse buttons in a rabid attempt to get into the Bounty Hunter you hate so much. Oh my god, 10 whole minutes! That's like, one third of the time it would take you to get a pizza delivered during a football game day. If anything, Jagex should changed the Bounty Hunter slogan to "Faster than your pizza guy". Common sense should dictate that a semi-popular mini-game is going to be packed during peak hours when only a small number of worlds are available for it (although common sense in Runescape was given its pink slip and thrown out the door the same day people decided they hated the game and/or Jagex but were going to keep playing anyway in a stunning display of immaturity), although I might be wrong. Normally I would pass over a thread like this, but I just felt the need to stop by and point out that point #2 is invalid (There isn't only ONE world for clan wars), and point #1 is just a subjective look by someone with obviously very little patience.

RSOF Prices Just as 'Whacky' as G.E?
I thought you couldn't bring rares into bh? Please don't try to be smart***, because you just made yourself look very stupid. You can't and don't need to bring rares into bh. And how exactly do you trade it through BH then?

~~Newer Bank Of Runescape~~ **Updated again 05/15/09**
Or knowing that every time someone tries to give players credit for something, someone like yourself comes along and ruins the moment acting like a jackass. Why can't you let us have our moment that this thread may have partially inspired the idea for the new bank (Considering Jagex roams this forum quite a bit), as well as the amazing amount of support for the new bank compelling Jagex to finally get to work on it now that they have more time (no anti-RWT updates to worry about or bot banning)

This is new...
Tiny picture is tiny.

Runescape Fails... >_>
Replace Runescape in your title with josh181830 and you'll be right on the money. Oh no, Bounty Hunter full during peak hours! God forbid we use any, you know, patience.

The New Graphics update!!
Adorable, two posts in and he's already complaining about something he clearly knows nothing about. =D> Oh and I should mention, he's already made an overused Runescape name, Lagscape!!!!
