Can Jagex give you mark for this?
Yes, but you're saying that, should the answer be yes, your next question is "where are you from". I would try to be more specific. Stick to something broad, like country or state, that couldn't possibly be used to identify someone. I doubt Jagex would fear you tracking someone if they said "Oh I live in Montana" or the likes.

What are your opinions on no-lifing?
Right... so where's he get the money for these parties then? He could be an organiser for said parties and, as a result, get paid to set them up and ensure that they're successful (IE: Party on, dudes!). From what I know, they make quite a lot of cash per event.

The Runecrafting Guild - Could it be F2P!?
Damn right, I pay for new stuff. It'll be P2P because it's going to be in Yanille (that's what I heard). Heard from who? Your insider in Jagex? I doubt it will be in Yanille as the Mage guild is already there and there's not really much room for anything else. If it's in an existing building, I might say the wizards tower south of Draynor. With this update, they could possibly update the wise old man series (robbing the tower) at the same time.

Make Some Servers/Worlds Adults Only?
If you hadn't noticed, the reason I'm laughing is because in his effort to taunt the other poster, he completely miswrote it, in the process defeating any point he was trying to make. Pull your [wagon] out of your head? How is that not a funny mixup? And as for your threads; Try putting a little more thought into them. The reason the potential of your thread is 0 is because you don't think ahead, or you do very minimally, and several of your locked threads are asking questions based off hypothetical situations that have no indication of ever happening. Trust me, if I was "flaming" your thread, I would be doing a lot more "lol ur idea iz ghey, LOLLERSKATES" than actually taking the time to point out the flaws in it. Of course, as I've pointed out to others in the past: Don't bother addressing any issues I've brought up in my post. Just bash me and call me a flamer and tell me to get off your thread. It'll get you that much further towards that lock you strive for.

Ignoring miles, giles & niles
Faked as a bug, I'd say. I've had Miles, Niles, and Giles tail me after I answered their questions, not saying anything. How do I know this isn't a real bug? Randoms don't just go away if you log out while they're visitng, and the ignore list reads from a list completely different from the list of npcs. It would be structurally impossible for a random to accidentally be ignorable on the ignore list. Edit: I'd also like to point out that I find it highly unlikely that NPC's talk through the same methods players do, making it impossible to ignore them.

Make Some Servers/Worlds Adults Only?
Ahh the hilarity. 20 bucks says this thread gets a (close) on the title and is replaced by yet another poorly thought out suggestion in the next two days. Cause that's how Sirhemen rolls. The idea of an adult only server has been shot down a long time ago, and Jagex has said it's never coming out (Look on the "do not suggest" list)

Hidden forum updates.
Gzip is a software compression tool, although I can't say for sure what its purpose would be on these forums.

Is fishing still good money without pking?
A lot of fish have gone up in price. Not only with Bounty Hunter and God Wars, but for skillers as well. Ex-pkers are turning back to skilling, and many of them are probably going to be using their gains on the easier skills to buy, one of those being cooking. Trout and Salmon have gone up, if I am not mistaken. I would imagine prices will rise again, assuming the two upcoming free for all pvp arenas allow outside food in them, as I don't see why they wouldn't.

Do you believe in such thing...
Math.random() It's a simple line of text that generates a number from 0-1. Randomly. Do me a favor and write out the algorithm for this function. And remember, make sure it's completely random! Randomness is only an illusion. There is almost always a specific reason why something happens (it just may be that we don't know what is causing that reason). For example, it is not random that I am sitting here typing this specific combination of letters and spaces; I am choosing to type them. To one who does not know what each of these letters mean, it may just seem like random typing. With a Random Number Generator, it chooses some aspect (ideally an ever-changing one), applies a very complex formula to it, and comes out with an answer that gives the illusion of randomness. Time, as was mentioned, is almost always picked. A good formula would probably be able to use the Day, Month, Year, Hour, Minute and Second (possibly even Milliseconds) and create a formula whose repetition loop takes a conceptual infinite time to reach. Even rolling a die isn't completely random. Its results can be affected in so many ways... What number was it showing while in your hand? How quickly did you drop it? Was your hand sweaty, sticky, or something else? What was its rotational velocity? How does the die hit the table? Is the table hard like Glass or soft like Fabric? Now then, this all being said, random occurrences only occur at specific moments when conditions align (where the likeliness of such an occurrence increases as possible options approach 1 and decreases as possible options approach infinity). It can be programmed such that certain factors such as Time (how long as character been within [X1,Y1]-[X2,Y2]), Current Action (If combat=no then Factor=1), Previous Actions (Factor + MonsterKill = Factor2), and all that good stuff... Sliding away from my momentary moment of Nerdiness, the answer would be no, I doubt Jagex would've done something like this. Although I must admit, I got my first Dragon drop ever at combat 113 at Dust Devils (which was a Dragon Chainbody). Would Jagex have programmed it so that my first Dragon drop would be the best one possible? No. Do I believe that luck has a sense of humor? Absolutely. Um....I don't think anyone would deny that a planned out event could be considered random, the situation you present is absolutley irrelevant to this conversation. Rolling a die is random because it is affected in so many ways. Assuming you don't fix the roll, you can't pinpoint what the die will land on because even if you knew the algorithm of force, gravity, and bounce, you would still never be right 100% of the time (or even a majority of the time) because of how unpredictable and prone to change the variables may be. A computer can never be random because it operates on specific algorithms. Know the algorithm, you can pinpoint the answer every single time. As people have pointed out, this gives the illusion of randomness, while not being truly random.

Bounty Hunter - What's Missing?
Bounty Hunter is small because the wilderness was too big. Jagex put part of the responsibility on Pkers to interrupt trading; The pkers can't police tiny Wilderness, why would they do it in big wilderness?

RUNESCAPE ruined in some eyes, but will RWT ever stop?
Real World Trading will exist as long as players exist, because as long as players exist there willl be lazy players willing to pay for levels, gold, and items. Unless you play Tabula Rasa, where money is useless and there is no market for powerleveling, in which case gold farming hasn't existed for months.

The Runecrafting Guild - Could it be F2P!?
Because your post count and date you joined has nothing to do with your mannerisms?

Was camo tradable?
I believe it was for a very, very short time. I also remember people selling full camo for a few mil.

Construction Skill
Out of a favor of his own greed over Jagex's intentions, I can only assume. He wants to pay less and he doesn't care what he has to trample to get there, as shown by: Real enthusiasm. Get the money quick and get it over with, huh?
-
The Runecrafting Guild - Could it be F2P!?
That is one fair theory but it no where says that the mini-game and the Guild will be near each other. Yes it does. I suggest you read this again.
-
The Runecrafting Guild - Could it be F2P!?
It doesn't say anything about things being p2p or f2p, unless it's going to be f2p. So no, the runecrafting guild probably won't be f2p, unless the mini-game will be conspicuously absent.

Construction Skill
You mean a money sink designed to get rid of money is actually getting rid of money? No way! Construction is doing what it was meant to!

Tip.it forum
The general rule of thumb is ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. If you start a thread on a topic that's been discussed to death (horse suggestion, rant to bring back wilderness,) an excuse to bash Jagex (lol jagex sux so do the players lol) or just generally act like "that guy", you'll probably end up inciting the flames. Welcome to Tip.It.

Where do questers usually meet upon new release?
I managed to spot about 20 others doing the quest on the day of release, meaning about 13 of them standing around saying "I dig spot with spade but it says I shud rub pendant? How I do that?"

Item Leasing Is Corrupt
My first reaction was it takes away the "I might lose this sweet item my friend lent me and he's going to hunt me down and kill me in real life because it took him like 3 months to get it and I lost it in a day" feeling when borrowing an item. Now I get the "I'd really like it if you would lend me your dragon axe" approach that, despite multiple warnings that I don't actually own said dragon hatchet, continue.

Mining Sucks
There are a lot of rune rocks outside the wilderness, you just have to be a member to get there. As for them taking an "hour" to respawn, that's why you world hop when mining rune. Rune has already gotten cheap enough as it is, making it even more accessible, or more f2p spots (Not in the wilderness), would just drop that price even more.

The Runescape Multi Use Tool 12+ supporters, Updated
How about something similar to the key ring, but with tools. A tool box! It'd make more sense to have a full saw in a tool box instead of on a swiss army knife :ohnoes: As for "taking away the challenge", yea I'm sure being able to chisel that uncut diamond and be able to hammer said diamond into the base of someone's spine would take all the challenge away from the game. Get a better argument anytime something comes along to make the little things more convenient. Players said adding a keyring would take away the challenge in runescape #-o , looks like we've been surviving quite well. A toolbox would work, but only in the same way as the satchel. You'd have to store the item, and bring it back out (using two inventory spaces, one for the toolbox, other for tool) to use it.

Greedy people.
Was this thread chopped down or am I delusional that it was two pages just a day or two ago and I'd written a response already? Anyway, this is certainly a type of greifing I've never encountered before. Sounds extremely annoying, I would most likely just end up changing worlds, or breaking out a cannon.
