do something to vent it? something with limits, however. left weights, i find doing push-ups when im pissed helps. afterwards, when im sweaty and tired (and calm), i get time to reflect and think. i used to pick out everybody's flaws and start hating them for it, then, i realized, everyone has so many little foibles its stupid to get worked up over it. find your own flaws, and you might understand what i mean. your tendency to judge and to let your feelings manifest could be one :wink:
