if you're doing rex, and you have other people with you (at rex) you'll take very little damage. i agree that guthans isn't needed for rex. more ppl = less damage taken individually

yea. if i were to pick between a high lvl herb or 4k(that is, if i ever get that much), i would pick the herb or at blue dragons, i would keep a hide/bone over a 3k coin drop
