No this is not a "What should I wear?" topic, because look at the one writing this. This is just to show how much special clothing we have. What I mean by special clothing is what you can wear for fun. Random event clothing is just to name one type, and these are the types:

 

Mime, Lederhosen (Freaker Forester), Camo, Frog, and Zombie. 5! There is only 5! special clothing, and I do not count Shade because it is the same as priest clothing in color. Do you know how many randoms in use today? 45. Those are horrible odds if I do say so myself.

 

 

 

That is why Jagex created Quest and Mini Game related items to have for special clothing. They have done a wonderful job at this! But is it enough? I mean I love my wonderful outfit but they are all from Quests, not a single random event. Yes we have heard the topics of, not enough good randoms, but 5 out of 45 is horrible. That is why I love the Zombie random. Some people have completed it in the first day of when it came out. Personally I am still working on it. I just got my second step for everything. I have one emote and two articles of clothing. I got off track but to time to wrap it up.

 

 

 

Is there enough special clothing in Runescape? I mean there is enough that I have made myself a trademark look, but what about for other people? People have tried to get a outfit that looks really good, but I see the normal stuff everyday. I believe it is time for some new clothing to be released. Yes there were the gogles and scarves but that aint, full clothing. You may count Lunar, but that is armor in a sense.

 

 

 

So what are your thoughts? Do you hate whenever clothes come out as prizes, or are you over filled with joy at getting something to fill your bank with? Please go ahead and discuss/flame anything that I have said here.

Well for right now I think that there is enough random event clothing. I'm saying this because you could make your outfits by mixing them up. Personally, I wear a Camo Top with those short woven brown shorts just for a laugh. It's what makes me unique from the rest, and thats what I like. I dont like overused outfits too much..

That last outfit would own if instead of normal gloves, you used bronze gloves from RFD.

I don't mind really. I have the one perfect outfit that I always wear during non-combat things. Simple but looks awesome to me and is pretty much low cost. it is

 

Elidinis robes

 

Blue beret

 

Sara cw cape

 

Boots of lightness

 

red gloves

 

d scimmy r no weapon

 

monkey speak ammy

 

family crest shield or no shield

 

 

 

 

 

I add new things when I get them. To me this is good and I'm happy with it. They don't have ti add new clothes but they'd still be nice. I happy the way it is

I have many outfits depending on how i feel and wot i gonna do.

 

 

 

Tho they all now contain 10th sqaud sigil and climbing boots.

Black Cav, Black Clothes, Flippers.

Imo, I think the zombie clothes are a waste of space, as they are very common. However, the others, such as the Lederhosen and Mime, are pretty rare so I would keep them clothes, guarenteed.

Hmmm, I personally think we have enough clothes, full zombie is taking a massive chunk in my bank, and is it really useful? Sure it is good to dress up, but do we need anymore random clothes? Quest clothes, random event clothes, mini game clothes etc I think we have a quite a large wardrobe of random clothes.

 

 

 

I agree that if they introduce new randoms with new clothes, we should get the equal bank space.

Well, more clothing that means more bank used up. And im low ATM, so i would say we have enough.

No offense to some people but topic was not supposed to be what should I wear, I want a disscusion whether we had enough random clothing or should they bring out more for prizes instead of gems and stuff. Thank you to those that stayed on topic.

I like too much the outfits of runescape, jagex must improve tha large ammount of outfits to be non random events related, do you know how much time you must spend to finalize your outfit made out of randoms? I preffer to play a minigame o do a quest to get cool clothes. 2 day ago i took Gnome goggles and Gnome scarf from the gnome cousine minigame , i just sold then for 100k ea.

ya...we need a lot more clothing...so eveyone can b unique.

It would be nice to have more nice looking outfits that are functional, because i find myself doing mostly combat related things these days.

I think they should come out with some clothing which give a bonus for individual stats, like say, some black outfit so you get caught less for thieving or something. They should vary it more. Also, more bank space is needed...Going from members to f2p has forced me to get rid of all of my members outfits...
