In my opinion, newer Chili Peppers stuff is a lot more mediocre compared to their slightly older days. I know they've moved away from their funk rap early days to a different sound, they just seem to have lost some of their energy. It's still good to listen to, just not quite as fun. Possibly the same with the Babyshambles. It's a shame when band members cleaning up makes their music less exciting.

But denying that nearly all objections to stem cell research are made on religious grounds is frankly just kidding yourself. Good choice, I love that song. It's funny that the first time I ever heard it was in season 2 of Scrubs.. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I'd say that by and large women are a lot less physically violent than men, or less likely to resort to it. So if a woman's hitting you, there's either probably a very good reason (i.e. you just insulted her mother) or no reason at all (i.e. she's psychotic). In the latter case there's not much point upholding your chivalry, but in the former, and i'd say more probable case, you should probably think about why you were just hit before you hit back. Also, call me old fashioned but hitting a woman just seems plain wrong.

Is the diet thing really a good idea? It sounds like your body is trying to tell you to stop, I'd lay back on the processed foods but still eat high quality fibres, carbohydrates and proteins. I'm on an anti-biotic (not roaccatane) for acne on my upper back. My face is largely fine, although I get spots now and again i've found a really thorough face wash twice a day and clean (wet shave) daily followed by moisturiser and some topical gel applied to a couple of spots keeps my skin looking okay. They don't go straight away, but they're a lot less visible.

Don't try and force yourself to sleep and don't worry about your lack of sleep, if anything that just makes it harder to get to sleep. Give yourself 20-30 minutes before you go to bed of just chilling out in fairly low lighting. Read a (preferably not too interesting) book.

I'd like to see the article/evidence, but in principle it sounds like a great idea to help drug addicts. Parents should never have the right to "vaccinate" their children though, that should be an individual choice.
