What will you do about this funny case?
Without knowing all the federal, state, city and local council laws/statues/etc as well as intimate details of the situation there is no way for any of us to make a well thought out response :(

Homosexuality: Right or Wrong?
Very good points, except for the fact that it isn't a choice. That's your belief, don't state it as a fact.

What will you do about this funny case?
Why had the money been placed down if no transaction was complete? The donkey owner could claim littering or vandalism on his property. Where is the law that says he is responsible for a customers possesions when they are in his place of business? Where is the proof the donkey ate it? The donkey owner could well have returned the money, albeit slightly damaged. There is nowhere near enough information supplied to make a decision.

Songwriting?
Theory can be a bit of a double edged sword. I know plenty of people who wrote fantastic music right up until they started learning musical theory. For some people, it locks them into writing patterns they can't get out of.

Windows 7 out and ready for action
What store? There's no such deals around where I live. Really? They are everywhere where I live. Hell, buy it online from Australia then, it'll save you more money

Windows 7 out and ready for action
Why does anybody buy the retail version? Buy Vista. For example, my dad wanted w7 home premium. He went and bought 64bit Vista with a free w7 upgrade for $140. He saves $200 by waiting a few weeks.

What would be your worst case scenario?
I love how Hex thinks only his opinion is the right one. He is really one of the biggest tools I've ever seen on here. And I love it :D Don't ever change!

*RSC RELAUNCHING* MUST READ
It started off F2P then members was added later. This promises to fail. Server rental will cost more than the $10 a month most people are willing to pay to play RSC. Then there are all the problems of getting other people to play on your server.

Gaming Computer Desk
Exactly. It's a sweet desk, don't get me wrong, but you cant keep all that [cabbage] on there at once

Gaming Computer Desk
Don't buy it. It looks good, but it really isn't comfortable or practical to play games leaving everything set up. With basic woodworking skills you can make something even better for half the price.

Are you a different person on the internet?
I'm much nicer over the internet.

The People Around Me
I don't like repeating myself either. This is nothing special, they are nothing special, you and your friends are nothing special. Welcome to the real world. What you are talking about doing IS criminal. You are just as bad as them if you instigate violence. YOU will be the scum, the dregs of society you so vehemently cry about. As I said, and I did say it, a few broken bones are nothing in the scheme of things.

Songwriting?
When I'm writing alone, I record the bass, then the drums, then I usually think of the vocal rhythm. I tend to humm or use a synth. Then I do the lyrics, last comes guitar/synth parts. When it's with the whole band, lyrics come first. The old label we were on used to make us come up with lyrics for 15 full songs which they'd pick 8 of, then we'd usually have to write 2 different instrumentals to go along with it. I personally hated it, because my lyrics aren't always chosen for their content, sometimes it more about the rhythm and the structure of the words themselves, but that's the way we've written together for a few years so we are used to it. My preferred way of writing is I sit down behind the drum kit and go with some random beats and our drummer will usually grab a bass and play along. That generally gives us a structure that it's easy for everybody to understand. Once we settle with a groove and key, we switch back to our respective instruments and go over it while myself and the singer will come up with melodies etc. Then it's just tweak tweak tweak tweak tweak until we get bored and write something new! Oh, I play guitar, sing and pre-record and activate the synth parts.

The People Around Me
Welcome to real life. You are more than likely going to feel this way your entire life, no matter what you do or where you live. Anybody talking about physical violence is more than likely just talking out their [wagon]. If you were going to be a hypocrite, you'd have done it already, not talked about it in a thread on a video game forum. A few bruises/broken bones are better than ruining your future with criminal charges.

Extreme pots in Pvp
If they were tradeable they would've been adored in PvP activities. It's the whiny pkers getting their way again. Again, out the door goes Jagex original policy on balanced characters. Truly pathetic.

[TF2] It's MANN Vs. Machine!
I might be naive, but I don't think Valve would spell it "whinging". Who the hell does that, anyway? Funny nonetheless. How else do you spell the adjective form of "Whinge"?
