Rushing Jad with Dclaws/veng
To be honest if you're not completely useless with your timing you can melee the 360's as they launch a magic attack and back off a space to avoid the melee strikes. I found that to be much more effective than ranging anyway. Used only about 2 prayer potions with an ancient mace up to Jad. I can't offer much advice on trying to KO Jad. I prefer to stick to range all the way but i've seen some impressive videos on YouTube if you haven't searched them up.

If I Can Keep My Patience...
Times have changed significantly to when i leveled my thieving. (Old fashioned knight pickpocketing) Pyramid Plunder of course one of, if not the, fastest methods. It'll work fine at your level. For slower xpp/h but rather profitable; At around lvl 91+ with Gloves of Silence and Ardougne cape 2/3 you can pickpocket master farmers without fail. My preferred spot is trapping the master farmer inside the farm store, occasionally letting him move to prevent teleporting. Draynor Market is too crowded these days, everyone failing constantly just slows me down.

*NEW* Player Behavior Rants (No Naming Names)
I hesitate giving out advice these days. Specifically quest advice or directions to an area. Both of which can result in the person requesting "Can u show me plz???????". And of course, they'll berate you if you don't drop what you're doing to guide them through the underground pass, or to where Bough De Rott is, etc.

Did dungeoneering monsters get tougher?
^ Also i personally have no trouble dropping primal warriors with a prom 2h. Maybe you should be eating your cabbages. :ohnoes:

Abyssal head
Mount it on your skill hall wall or make it into a pet with soul wars zeal. That's exactly what i want, but i keep getting whips instead.

Bots are making a come-back
Yeah, i'm speechless too. Abyssal Demons in the tower are single combat. That must make you master of kill stealing there i suppose? :|

Favorite RS Player?
All my local world 83 locals and past w77 locals. A lot of people i used to converse with back in classic frequently. The Old Nite. Bless him. Durial321 is the most infamous that comes to mind off the top of my head. Not a favourite but notable. Zezima was a pleasure to have conversations with back when i was monkfishing to 99 and he was training up firemaking there.

Equipment
You're kidding right? Personally i think it looks awful on females. Especially the helmet, oh jeeze. I like and dislike the whole outfit on males. LOL when males got a crop top style armadyl plate with the HD release! I was one of those people. #-o The helmet looks visually striking on males though, i like it a lot! Bandos, again, i like and dislike. Slayer helm compliments it well but i'd probably prefer bandos stats on dragon armour.

Back in my day the community was small and friendly, and you knew most people you bumped into.

Super defence potions
Depends if you consider 200hp + super def every 5 minutes (4min 30sec with ring of vigour) worth the inventory space and spec bar. I found it was worth it during my past usage. I've always been a strong believer that passive stat boosting (+ healing) attacks are more worthwhile than most other damage inflicting specs. But of course that's my own views. Regardless, take a super def pot to tasks you find deal notable damage to you where you need to make food trips. No harm in doing so.

Super defence potions
Well, consider that they are so cheap that you can either drop or drink up what's left to get the inv space back. I'd say the boost is certainly noticable on average to high accuracy melee enemies. They'll help block magic attacks to a small degree too. Or use Enhanced Excalibur which boosts like a super def pot and heals 200hp. Personally i only ever use for quest or general boss monsters. As i soul split flash so defence isn't a huge priority on general slayer tasks for me.

Bots are making a come-back
A local world 83 player mod is so cabbage'd off about the green dragon bots he sees daily that when he reports them, he personally follows up reports with J mods on the private forums every day until action is taken. Never seen a mod so frustrated about bots before. Glad he is taking action and demanding the same from the higher uppers. Some of you argue that it keeps resources cheaper. But think about it, it's a false economy run by bots right there. Regardless of that; if bots were gone, demand would rise and legit players would fill the gap to supply that demand. Honest players earn more profit and it settles into a comfortable balance. It is a pretty sad state when you start to wonder if any players around you are legitimately playing or letting a macro do the work. Almost certain there was two bots at the abyssal demons the other day. Kept trying to attack my targets even while i was seconds into engaged combat. Kinda makes you wonder why you're following these rules that few others do, and get away with.

Attack bonuses and accuracy
So i was considering getting a dragonstone imbued ring when i had to finally accept that I never fully understood how attack bonuses work. :-? I know the higher the bonuses are, the more accurate your attacks. However i honestly don't know how significant +5 is to +100 in improving the average hit! Some sort of explanation would be appreciated to this numpty, so i can understand and make my own decision on if getting a balanced stat based ring is worth the effort. Cheers, Swainy

The botting still persists
Just go to the fishing guild and watch how many people move in synchronization from one pier to the other when their fishing spot moves. Too bad the bots aren't smart enough to recognize there was a spot right next to them. :|

Cannon and slayer
Apparently the cannon is affected by your general accuracy bonuses as well. Say you have 200+ crush. Your cannon would hit as much as with +200 range. Don't go by me though. I personally hate the feeling of throwing money away with cannonballs. I need to stop being so conservative with my money, lol.

Where the hell is my Clue Scroll?
One day i got a clue containing ranger boots. They looked like green coloured leather boots that sold for 500k. Guess who wishes he held onto his now? #-o I used to be the type that would drop an assignment just to finish a clue. I don't bother with that now.

Nomad: what prayer?
I used black d'hide and a zamorakian spear, as he appears weak to stab. Seeing as you have the prayer. Soul split + turmoil all the way until he berserks, use melee protection then and be prepared to heal quickly. He can inflict serious damage quickly through d'hide if he catches you off guard. You'll be fine for pp. I used leech defence/attack/strength/magic + soul split and prayer was never an issue. Just be sure you get a good ratio of super restores and brews, assuming you take those. Don't bother with combat boosting pots during the fight, however pot up at the bank chest prior to fighting. I found that little advantage really helped initially. Also i'd totally recommend a kyatt familiar with about 100 ambush scrolls, after using all the supplies in your BoB. The Kyatt's special attack can be basically used as fast as you can click and is surprisingly accurate. Very handy when Nomad beserks and you need to focus more on healing than attacking. That said, you should be fine. Good luck and don't be discouraged if he gets you. A bit of luck is involved in this battle.

Varrock Armor 1 vs 2
Kinda confusing since you first say smithing, then smelting. From my experience of gold-smelting extensively, i find it activates far more frequently than "once every 20". On average it'd save time on 1-5 pieces of gold per inventory. Sometimes it activates 3 times in a row, it's not entirely consistent. Smithing on the other hand, depends what you're making. If you're using single or double bar items then it'll be somewhat noticeable. I feel it occurs less often than smelting. 3+ bars you won't see much of a benefit.

Elite Varrock armor
Double coins, gems and charms. You don't need to have the armour equipped for this to occur. Source: Owner of Varrock Armour 4

Where the hell is my Clue Scroll?
I'm starting to consider dropping my lvl 3's. It wastes my time on slayer only for some junky rune items. Even most of the rewards are worth very little now. I'd rather have more effigies pl0x. Still waiting on my first.

Green drags
The bots are quite helpful at increasing your kill rate. Funnily enough. I don't bother with a cannon myself as they tend to go down within 5 seconds at most usually.
