its pretty much randoms my friends have gotton none for a week then 4 the next day or get a few a day for a week i would say at least 1 every 5 hours of playing

basicly its a way to get mage exp without gaining hp so get a mudstaff and a load of body runes and cast curse until u get ur desired health so in thery you can get 99 mage with 10 health
