RS gathering 2011 yesterday...mod use autotalker :P

i only have 2x 99 skills...cooking and thieving...they both took about same time to get...both as easy. trick for easy thieving was to be low combat level for easy pickpocketing and didnt need to pay much attention for other than hp bar....i think other styles take much more attention that you are not able to read forums etc at same time. construction may be faster but its really pain for mouse hand if doing it long sessions...herblore and crafting is easier and faster than cooking but need cash to do it fast. for new clean accounts overall easiest skills are cooking,fletching and thieving...thieving is only from those that give some profit in end

too bad they dont release 10 year capes yet...i could already wear it on atleast 2 of my accounts and other one is level 3 2 of my friends are capable to wear that uber cape before they are out but i guess it will be pretty rare sight...price of them should be uber also like 1bil since i think those who can wear, are able to throw 1b easily. i dont like idea of rsc cape if it can be used if you just only visited in rsc which means rs2 noobs that were there in reopenings, can also use it.

they didnt even rollback when biggest item bug happend (partyhat duping) in 2003 that had great effect to market.

my noob is ~109 days now...level 31 combat with noob skills.

70 to 86 con so far...getting also 52 to 70 craft and 83 to 85+ fletch for remaining time...only planned con and rest just came up in mind while playing.

What i have noticed since this update: -alot of scammers -alot of beggars -good time for skillers that buys supplies -bad time for those that sells supplies i stocked alot of supplies for incredibly cheap fo future purposes...tt items also occasionally sells super cheap like animal staffs i got from 40k+ from ge i also noticed new entertaining type started atleast in f2p...w1 varrock bank basement seems to be now gambling casino where ppl gathering to gamble dice games lol scammers are the ones that earning tons after ft...all those celeb cake sellers and such sadly i was witnessing successfully scamming today and my friend was the victim...scamming style was "show your inventory and get free rune bars" and scammer managed to get over 50mill from my friend. ppl are just simply too used to old "safe" system where such things would not happen... some good things also i seen recently...many ppl doing drop parties and occasionally i found myself middle of them picking up dragon stuff or something. also some random guys been giving out wealth...my friend got over 100mil cash from random guy in w1 today in example...being in right place at right time seems to be profitable. honestly i would still go back to old style with limited trades.

if marker plant can detect that easy who is bot, why jagex cannot?

i was kinda thinking to sell purple and i put it in ge but after 1h i cancelled my selling...as knowing i had them since 2002 and knowing they are 100% genuine, i decided to appreaciate that more than possibly free yellows.

Have you tried Diango? Yep, I even got a Jmod to look into my acc for me once and he confirmed that I do not have bunny ears. I am sure this is not true though as I distinctly remember trying to get a second pair by getting a friend to kill me in the wilderness and running from lumbridge to try to pick them up. i guess you have RSC account so if you have ears there, mod could look that if your account has ears in RSC, you should have in RS2 also

i been hearing those horror stories that ppl lost their items that were supposed to be gotten back from diango so i still dont trust him :P it were bugged especially with scythes and bunny ears that i heard many ppl losing them and thessalia doesnt return them to some ppl.

10 years has passed so there is been many of such items....does anyone actually have everything possible? I noticed it starting to take quite alot of f2p bank space to store all of them...my items would take 58 slots from bank and i dont have everything and i dont trust diango so i never destroy my items. 82 crackers could be owned by 2003 mule that jagex didnt catch after duping...i kinda doubt those were merched because i know how hard cracker was to buy even in 2003 According to his other items in bank that looks like noob items belong to someone who is low level without much skills...those 82 crackers could be there but i highly doubt they were obtained legit way. I seen very low level f2p guy with same kind bank but with 7 crackers only but his bunny ears tell its from classic so they could be legit but most likely muled in rsc days....this kind "super" mules may pop up every now and then and when free trade comes, they can spread those items to market. if i had 50mill to spend for rares in 2002, i could been bought same amount of phats easily in 1-2 weeks but not crackers because they were still quite rarely sold... Its still quite surprise how many party hats there is in rs according to amount of crackers picked up from event, isnt it? and as seeing how many phats were left to RSC its insane...almost every RSC veterans has atleast 1 phat there.

I hope they also think what will happen to those that were logged out in wildy before patch and they logging in after wildy patch and would get pked if unlucky. What comes to items i would personally try to get as much pure gold as possible and wait how prices will be getting in next couple months...it could be great opportunity to buy lower/mid rares when free trade is added.

I remember when i collected my current party hat collection, Dragon medium helm was 2.5mill (about 2x phat sets worth) i didnt bother waste for d med at time so i rather spent on phats and other rares...which now pays off since i still have them :P I remember it also it was fun as hell...we tried all dirty words what they came out in game lol my name (M Oldfield) was showing as I Soldier in game. I trained with her there alot...i kinda remember chefs hat too. I think it was that every bank got automatically transferred to RS2 but you had choise to transfer back ro RSC (but you needed to do it through website) Stud was showing me one of first addy kites...he was friend of bluerose so he got items first. I remember he went to play some other MMO with haxx0rmaxx and quit rs. I think Pumpkins were first but i actually never saw them drop on ground but cracker i spotted appearing in level 30 wildy while i was training at hobs.

seen couple old ppl play again recently...Gregechidna6 (he changed name by now) and Swifty Mcvae after talked little to them they seems to be original owners...these days its too common to see old name played by someone else than original owner. hate namechange thing, i login my acc from long break and notice alot of odd names that doesnt ring bell...

year capes would be nice idea....my oldest accounts hits 10 year mark in few months. i just few days ago remembered my 2nd account pass all of sudden and logged in i was being in old tutorial island...its useless account but would be nice to walk with 10 year cape :P it could use skillcape style look but trim only if you have both rs classic untradable holiday items also :P i have some noob accounts that are very old but has no event items...only few of my accounts has bunny & scythe.

i have cooking and thieving capes....its quite surprise that thieving cape is not so common because its one of fastest skill to train and it doesnt cost anytihng. thieving is good choise for getting somewhat uncommon cape with easy work without cash...in that rarity list above it shows that all below thieving are either very slow to train or they cost high money. i have plans to get 99 construction some day just because of cape rarity...only reason its that rare is cost of skill since its draining alot of cash not many has been able to get it even though its one of fastest skill to train once you have all material.

Yup elapsed time as well... same here i was wondering why i was still getting 2.7x exp after 50min of doing skill

I remember like year ago it was hard to login to w1 and w2 in peak times...once i had to try even 30min to get in...now i can get in under 2min trying no matter of time/world.

its rolling back player save states that were in crashed world...it wont affect to other ppl in other worlds. i assume player save states are stored to dedicated database server where all worlds players saves are sent....when world crashed, it could not sent them from that world so its restoring them from backup to last saved state. GE dont have anything to do with single world since its same across worlds so there is separated servers for GE and as well players data could not sent from crashed world to GE servers...your ge offers will most likely update doesnt matter what world you are in or if world crashed. ofcourse it would be nice to hear ppl that did trades right before rollback...seller and buyer...and when either one switched before crash....but my assumption is that if other ppl did switch and didnt get booted off, it wont have any effect to his trade or his GE buys/sells. also it would be interesting to know how rollback will effect for item lending in cases you lent item, world crashed and you returned to state before lending item...most likely player who borrowed your item, still have it but wondering does it let same item to be lended again...

since it was 1 world only and if player who you bought mask from, werent rolled back, i assume mask is no longer exist and you both have that cash only. lets say you trade party hat to someone in w2 for cash, 10 min later w2 crashes and you get 12min rollback but player who you traded phat to, were changing world before w2 crashes (so his game was "saved" also in world hop)...then both of you should have phat and cash have vanished from game. i guess thats the way and w2 crashing would usually cause alot of duplicated items since its world where most rares are traded....hmm i been always wondering how there is so many phats in game still..

try using daylight only and not flash...and take from little further to get sharper image since some cheaper cameras doesnt focus well from short distances. btw did Jagex paid your expenses and hotel as they paid for Telmomarques, Aasiwat and Excl atleast...
