  1. A Guide for new Members is posted here: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=317645 It will be added to the website fairly soon. Hope it helps.
  2. It can be done at level 72 (I did), and some claim even earlier. But I was paranoid and took tons of food and prayer pots, and even left the dungeon to get more food after the 3 knights fight so I'd be fully stocked (well, less all the equipment to come down again, lol) for the 2nd demon.
  3. It's the guy you went to see on top of the dwarven mines, in the west building. He sells the cannon new (don't buy there, buy from another player cheaper), and the mould, and the instruction book (which you don't really need). HTH
  4. Heh, up until last summer you couldn't change the gloves at all. No matter which ones you picked, you were stuck with them for life. So most people were pretty happy to pony up the 25K. "Why, back in the old days, we had to cook fish with just a tinderbox! There weren't any logs at all! You kids these days ..." Lol.
  5. No, it's a random thing. In the P2P board on this forum, users discussing trophies have reporting killing anywhere from a hundred to a thousand creatures before getting a certain trophy. They are not easy to get. So don't give up, but expect to spend some time at it.
  6. If you have a friend with high decent construction and a nice Chapel, you may find it more convenient to offer your bones there. The Jagex Knowledge Base article discusses the various prayer experience bonuses, from normal experience (100%) up to 350%, depending on the level of altar and lit burners. The Ectofuntus gives 400% xp, but there's all that running to the basement for slime, and grinding the bones (3 clicks just for one set of bones, ugh) and all the pots and buckets.
  7. To see pictures of the crests as applied to helms, shields and banners, visit the Jagex Knowledge Base at http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/ ... le_id=2562 (they put the pictures in the Workshop article rather than by the Herald). Have fun with it!
  8. The universal recommended method is to use the abyss, get to the altar, craft, glory to edgeville, lather, rinse repeat.
  9. Lots of people have posted their house plans in the P2P forum. One person posted a "house planner" program, and several people have offered to help design houses. I'm fairly certain Miss18 was one of them. try a search in P2P.
  10. There is also a single spawn in Tirannwn, but it is only accessible if you've done the Regicide quest.
  11. People call those skill bars or skill goals bars. I do not know where to get them, sorry, but if you edit your topic title you might attract the attention of someone who knows. Possibly rsbandb?
  12. Newest way to get gems far as I know is picklocking wall safes in Rogues Den (Burthorpe), though I mostly get sapphires and emeralds. It rakes in steady Thieving xp (50 per pick?), and the bank is right there for food for healing damage. Just a thought.
  13. For the few points that you get above rune, unless you are rich it's probably not worth the price difference of what, 20-25K? Note that you can only wear the Rellekka helms if you've completed the Fremennik Trials quest - that may affect your decision.
  14. As far as I know, and based on the Jagex Knowledge Base, you can only have 20 rooms net total, period. The 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, and so on determines the kind of "footprint" or layout that you have to work with, so you could arrange an intricate dungeon, for example. But 20 rooms total is the limit.
  15. If you are paying regular prices for ess and selling for regular prices, I doubt anyone can fault you. If you were paying 10 M for 100 ess or selling 100 airs for 10 M, I think somebody would notice. :)
  16. It is totally tradeable. However, it isn't worth anything. They are purchased for far less than 1k gp for each piece, and there's not much of a market at all. Just look cool. Check the Rogue Trader minigame guide on Tip.It's website for info .. Ali also sells runes and it's kinda fun.

Sigh. Untrue. Try to keep to the facts and not give opinions in this forum - we are supposed to be helping others with solid info. As someone already posted, it is the CLOSEST cooking to a BANK, making it an INCREDIBLE advantage for cooking large amounts of anything. The reason they started making him move around a little was to slightly decrease this convenience, but it's still hands down THE BEST place.

You need to do some small parts of the Shades of Mort'ton quest in order to heal the general storekeeper who sells limestone (assuming he still sells it ...). I guess you know that the Keldagrim stonemason also sells it? And you can make yourself by using chisel on limestone from the mine east of Varrock and west of Priest in Peril temple?
  19. There's a Safe Spots guide in the P2P forum. Lemme see .... darn, it doesn't seem to cover Ice Caves in the main post, but you could look through it anyways. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=373132
  20. He's right. And be sure to right click the pottery oven, because they have a "fire all" option that I never knew about, lol. Saves clicking.
  21. On another post, I told the new member "Welcome to members, grasshopper." In your case/stats, I think you would be more like a 200-foot tall praying mantis ;) Wise pokemama master (^.^) (rofl) has created a post just for you: Guide for new members http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=317645 with suggestions on what to do first and how to initiate member skills. This guide will be refined and posted on the website shortly after we finish the main Construction Guide (groan!) which is actually less than a week away, I think. Noctis has the right idea about quests. The linked guide explains which quests will get you into desirable areas, allowing you to enjoy and exploit members to the maximum. Have fun and welcome to the larger RS World, heh heh!
  22. A tip: most people like to keep that ammy after the quest so they can return to the waterfall to fight Fire giants. It's also used in the Roving Elves quest. (I threw mine out literally the night before they released that quest. Boy was I annoyed, lol.)
  23. Pot lids give more xp, but can't be made until you've done the One Small Favour quest.

Sorry man, there is NO player market for these items at all (except to some desperate person doing Digsite quest who needs an Opal). You can use a chisel on them to make cut gems. Then use the chisel again on your cut opals (assuming you didn't ruin them, which happens randomly) to make opal bolt tips. These activites earn some crafting experience. You can buy bolts for 3-5 gp each and put the opal bolt tips on them for some small fletching xp. There's no market for these either, since crossbows are regarded as underpowered. You can sell them a handful at a time to any General store and make very small amounts of cash. If you do any Jungle CleanUp at all (there's a guide in the Tip.It minigames section), you can sell the gems to the storekeeper in there (G-something is his name, I think). He gives trading sticks for them, which can be used to pay for access to the main Teak and Mahogany tree cutting area.
  25. That happened to me as well. But my problem was that my pack was full, so when it was wrenched out of my hand it didn't have a space to occupy. It must have gone on the ground (either on Crash or next to boat on other side ... dang I didn't think of that at the time, lol.) So the solution for that problem is to change to human (or wield your weapon) right before boarding the boat for Crash Island. Claudius, my sympathies for your loss - that really stinks. It HAS happened to me before, though not with anything quite that valuable. Presumably the software somehow thought I clicked to drop while I was waiting for my logout to succeed - I dunno. My computer is very laggy and I've learned to carry nothing valuable at all when I log out (I've also gotten random events and been teleported, lol). Think about it, though. You were already standing at the bank. You would still be at the bank when you logged in to the other world. So to avoid it in future, deposit valuable items before you log out. Wait to withdraw your money and valuables until AFTER you log back in to the other world.
