They dont ban people for trying to raise prices However it is against the rules to manipulate prices, so I'm sure somewhere along the way, they have.

I've been writing songs since grade 3. Yes... they were horrible back then... I found a notebook I had full of songs... I died a little inside when I saw them xD. I'm 14 now though, and I don't write anything too much, but every now and then I get something that if I don't write it down, I hit myself later, when I can't remember :P But ya... I don't have to much to write about now, 'cept one of my best friends dating the guy I've liked all year... and she liked for about a week :( But oh well... I'll get over it. I think your age doesn't matter to much really, just, somewhere above grade 3 would be nice :P

I don't think they would become reliant on it. It's not like he's giving them anything other than a few necessities to finish a job. Plus, sooner or later, they are gonna want to find something better than that to make money? Please explain how they would become reliant on him?

You know, I remember when everyone though that rc was the most useless, and hardest to raise skill for f2p... I soon discovered I liked f2p air crafting for the money :P It was hard and got boring though... Anyways good job on finding this out :D

Ya, I'm guessing that since you were kicked off, thats what happened. I think they should have put that somewhere other than the forums though, like the announcements maybe. Not everyone goes to the forums often, and if they do, probably not to the tech support ones.

If people want to sell them, its 100% legal for them to sell it! If people want to buy them, it's also 100% legal for them to buy it! Anyone who doesn't want to buy it, doesn't have to. Problem solved. It's not like these people are scamming or anything, right? They aren't forcing anyone to shell out there money to them either.

I think Varrock :P The king is situated there, thats like, THE trading spot, and its big enough to have 2 banks :P Ardougne has two banks too, but the capital should be a place that f2pers should get to go to too. I think Varrock wins :P

When I was doing the Gertrudes Cat quest, in the lumber yard, I was having that same problem, but only when I was in a certain area of the yard... it was weird.

I defenitly noticed the drop in coal... I used to mine coal for money, when I was f2p. All of a sudden... no one would buy my coal at 200 ea! It was insane, and rather depressing :P
