I believe it does. It ignores the defense bonus.

I bought 4 obby shields the day they came out for 100k each...made a quick profit through sellling them 600k each a few days later.

I learned not to do barrows while skulled. I had just been abyss rcing and went to the barrows. Clicked the wrong prayer for arhim and lagged...and died :wall: . I lost: Abby whip berserker helm pray pots some sharks kharil skirt (I got it from the last run) And some other stuff not worth mentioning. As I died I saw a guy run over my spot #-o [bleep]

Prayer and magic dart works best for me. Although it is fun to melee them sometimes (if not less efficient)...
