  1. Lol when you said blinkers, I imagined those things you put on horses to make sure they only look ahead and don't get distracted. You know what I'm talking about right..?!
  2. I live in London, England. Cons: -Public Transport prices. -Price of things in general. -Wondering where my tax goes. -Dirty streets, dirty air. -Have to go with the majority and say Chavs. The culture of this country is next to non-existent. -Miserable weather. I hate rain. -The fact that it is so difficult to get on the property ladder. Pros: -Good job opportunities. That's probably all I would regard as a positive thing. I really don't like living here, I just don't feel I fit in with this society that I so despise. As soon as I finish uni, I'm immigrating (or emmigrating? I don't know which one..!).

Irrational. Not unrational. I've got worse. Glitter? Escalators? Dogs? THAT'S the word I was looking for.

Erm, I know it sounds strange, but I'm absolutely terrified of fish. Touching one, looking at one... Not scared of sharks or fish tank fish, more dead ones and ones that could be in the sea. That would be the only thing I would consider to be a phobia, unrational fear of fish...
  5. I reckon a lot of life skills can be learnt yourself, once you reach a certain age. There are certain things though that I know for one I know nothing about, for example, the stock market, but a lot of things you can quite easily figure out yourself.
  6. Well technically, your thumb isn't a finger. You wouldn't achieve much without an opposable thumb.
  7. I do agree with you, except in my school we wore a strict uniform, luckily we didn't have to wear ties but it was a shirt, jumper and kilt (yes, I went to a Girls School). It didn't stop people from forming groups on what you wore, the short skirts and stockings people, the skirts down to the floor with wooly tights. Hairstyles were oh so important as well. Couldn't have your hair in the same style twice in a row Oh God No. Of course that isn't bad, but regardless of uniform (in my school at least), the dressing malarkey still found it's way to the pinnacle of everyone's attention. That's girl's schools though I guess.
  8. Yeah I was gonna say I swear there was something like this before? Oh well, here we go again. My father is half chinese, half black. My mother is half chinese, half polish. Makes me half chinese, quarter polish, quarter St. Lucian.
  9. I'll be 20 on the 27th of Jan. Goodbye teenage years
  10. I eat EVERYTHING with my fingers. Except maybe soup I might use bread, but god forbid I go near the cutlery drawer. More of an embarrassing habit than annoying, but I actually can't use a knife and fork, I don't know what's wrong with me.
  11. Didn't know it was Disney. My sister put it on around Christmas with a "sing-a-long" addition on screen. Couldn't handle the cheese. Had to leave.
  12. I remember feeling the exact same way at school. The way I feel now is that, at that age I know for one I struggled to find my identity. Obviously I knew who I was, but my position in the world was unclear, for me at least, belonging to some kinda group would give me an identity. So at least during my earlier years of school, I'm not afraid to admit, I strived to fit in. However in doing this, I found I started to do things I didn't like or enjoy or feel comfortable with, and hence went out on a limb and did my own damn things. Obviously, things improved, and although still lacking a sense of identity slightly, I was a lot happier. These days, I am no one but myself. Others influence me of course, but I believe people's influence can be a good thing. In terms of dress sense, I wear what I feel comfortable in. Yeah my bum's come out my jeans a couple of times, but at least I was wearing pants. I look at others sometimes to inspire me on what to buy or whatever, but no one tells me how to dress. And no one should.
  13. Wow you should be thankful, I live in England and it is a perfect place to live. We have the greatest Wellfare state in the world. We still have a monarchy yet have the best democracy. We conquered the world and had the greatest empire ever known. We're an island with a great strategic postion. As well a prosperous economy. What could you possibly not like about Britain? The economy. The government. The environment. The state of society. Not to mention the weather.
  14. Mmm -95. I don't particularly care, but I now can go and look like a smart arse to my friends.
  15. Mmm I've traveled a fair bit. I've been to: France Germany Belgium Holland South Africa Florida Singapore Miami Visiting family got me to: St. Lucia Hong Kong Poland Mm I'm not fluent at any other language than English. I learnt French for a fair while, I reckon I'm decent. I've just started learning mandarin, I can understand a little cantonese from my Grandmother, but that's all folks!
  16. Why move from England? You have a really good cricketing side, and soccer team, and olypians I care not for who wins sports, but for my welfare and upbringing of my future family.
  17. Oh Lord I love that game. I have never yet completed it... shh. I started it back when it first came out. Yes I was very immature, renamed all the characters to "fat man", "slag", "ragamuf" (seeing as I couldn't fit in raggamuffin...), "madman", "napyhair", "irie"... Yeah um I have no idea when people talk about this game WHOM they are referring to...
  18. What? O_o I'm pretty sure you won't lose a table and if you lose the ping pong balls, those are like 50 cents each. I personally would go for the ping pong table, but maybe that's cause I'm asian and asian people love ping pong (it's true : ). It's a great social thing to do and... ... ... it's what an asian would do : . Ha, I'm part Chinese, didn't know that but thinking about the few who can beat me... yeah they're Asian. But yeah table tennis table definately, it's all about doubles.
  19. you like watermelon too? Why but of course my good sir!
  20. England. As agreed by many, I will move out of this country as soon as possible, I hate it.
  21. My boyfriend makes me happy beyond belief, my friends, my family, doodling/drawing, dancehall/bashment, and yeah, must be some other things as well! Ooo yeah fried chicken makes me very happy! Lol.
  22. Mmm stop taking random naps during the day... type up my lecture notes as soon as humanly possible, and possibly limit myself to going out once a week...pfft who am I kidding.
  23. Some people will wreak more havoc dead than alive.
  24. The money you earn yourself from working, has the greatest sense of accomplishment. Job's aren't all bad. Other then that? Sell your body? Pfft...
  25. I'd like to have the time to also teach Badminton. I'd volunteer though. People need to realise the admiration of Badminton - It takes a heck lot more skill then kicking a football around a pitch. :? Ha ha exactly!! Most people have completely the wrong idea of badminton, playing it at a high level requires a great deal of speed, agility, strength and power. I'm not saying football at a high level needs any less, but badminton is my passion, of course I'm going to defend it!
