  1. well, i dont ask you to agree with me, keep that in mind. i realize my opinion may not be all considered normal. but basically it can be summed up: all humans deserve equal rights. being younger than a certain age shouldnt give you special rights.
  2. i think you are thinking more on the correction vs. punishment debate. he killed another human being, so yes, we do charge him with murder.
  3. ill have to agree, doesnt matter what your age, you have to accept the consequences of your actions.
  4. hell yeah im getting a wii!
  5. heh, my computer must be messed up, that link leads me to microsoft.com  (i guess maybe because of the two http://?)
  6. yeah, this one is at least: you can definently tell this one had some airbrush magic done to it: shes still hot none the less :P
  7. :P Fadfdfd something is wrong with your link, but dont worry, i got your back  here is the one you were going to post: and one more, just for kicks and giggles :D eh, might as well do two more, not from harry potter:
  8. emma watson will be hot in 3 years, until then i hold no opinion  . although she does act a little older than her age... EDIT: heh, now i know who you were talking about (Cl̮̩̉̉mence Pỏ̮̩̉sy). she was the hot girl in goblet of fire, but i didnt want to think so until i knew how old she was. she was born in 1982, so she is at least 23 now, so its all good. and did you happen to see the movie Bienvenue chez les Rozes before? she is in that, and at one point has considerably less clothes on than in harry potter  . she is 20 years old during that movie, so its all good too.
  9. i saw it on the guide, and i thought about watching it. the info for it said 2006, and something about stewies revenge. i didnt even consider it was the movie, but now i am glad i didnt turn it on. thats just stupid.

allright, ill play along :P . southpark :P heh, had a good one here, decided it isnt appropriate :P commonly used to make fun of americans being fat, but its actually not an american kid. at least thats what someone said, i really dont know. Fear and Loathing in Cat Vegas there are a few good "cunning plan" pictures, ill just do this one heh, classic i think this one was really funny in context, still a little funny anyways. makes you think :D thanks to imageshack for hosting, and all these pictures were taken from comments at fark.com.
  11. well, my favorite by far is The Lady Vanishes. that probably would throw out my case to most hitchcock lovers, as it is not one of his bigger movies. my favorite none the less. i like psycho, and the man who new too much (first version) a little more than rear window, notorious is also probably up there. i cant really put them all in order though, they are all pretty good. lady vanishes definently is number one though :D
  12. Get Over It - my friend doesnt have the best taste in movies, and this is one example. its an ok movie, with some funny parts. it is actually a little more interesting than a normal teen movie because of the whole midsummers night dream parrallel thing going on. i wouldnt put it at the top of your list, but you can usually find it in the cheap bin for $5, might be worth it to you. Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit - i remember watching these a while ago, i would watch them everytime they came on the public television station. only three episodes, so there wasnt much variety, but i liked watching them everytime. even though its a kids movie, i was really looking forward to watching this. plus its on the imdb top 250 list, so i expected it to be pretty good. i was wrong. it was ok, but definently doesnt live up to the original episodes, and therefore didnt live up to my expectations at all. maybe it just seemed bad to me because i expected so much out of it, i dont know. Rear Window - not one of alfred hitch[roosters] best in my opinion, but according to imdb its number 14th movie of all time. his next one is psycho at number 22. i thought it was pretty good, jimmy stewart gives a good performance for being in a wheelchair the whole time. an interesting story line, and a decent ending. if you like hitchcock you will probably like it, i know i did. Notorious - another hitchcock movie, and its pretty good. not as big of fan of cary grant as i am of jimmy stewart, but i think grant fit this role pretty well. another interesting story, this movie is more of a romance than anything else though. ingrid bergman gave a pretty good performance too.
  13. ahh man, i just remembered two from "aliens" aka alien 2. this movie is great for quotes :D "game over man, game over!" (the way he says it is what gets me  ) "we'll nuke it from orbit. its the only way to be sure." (cliched on fark, hilarious)
  14. casablanca has 6 of the top 100 quotes according to AFI, its pretty quotable. "here's looking at you kid" is a good one from it. star wars episode v: "Luke, I am your Father." absolute classic dr strangelove: "you cant fight in here, this is the war room!" planet of the apes: "damn you all to hell!" donnie darko: "28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes and 12 seconds. that is when the world will end." there are so many good ones.
  15. omg! the war is over!
  16. thats not the point hes making. the point is the only basis for the statement is a book 2000 years old that may or may not be fiction.
  17. i dont think you understand the picture. see, they put the word "jew" in blue, in reference to the small sliver of land called israel, which is also in blue. the green "our land" words references all the green marks on the map, which is where the muslims control. it is funny because muslims are the major religion of a large part of world, but are very upset about that little sliver of land there. \not funny when you have to explain it.
  18. ah man, ive been wanting to use this picture for so long, and you set it up perfectly :P and i would just like to point out while bush does gain money from this war, he is definently not the only person to. and in past wars, there are always people who gain money from them.
  19. Audrey Tautou :D
  20. yeah, war probably is inevitable. the only way out would be for all the non-muslims to leave the country (i would if i was there and this happened). i dont see that happening though.

The story. Basically, Iran is going to pass a law requireing all non-muslims to wear badges. I'm anti-war, but this is a very big problem, and I don't know if there is any other way out of it. Your thoughts?
  22. heh, thats a good one. i did find that movie to be a little overrated though, its number 1 on afi's alltime greatest movie list.
  23. that kill bill set is awesome. i want it :D . where do you find all these special sets at anyways? do you have to buy it off ebay or something?
