Thanks a lot for the help. :-D

My Verac's helmet can't be fixed? What am I doing wrong?
So a few days ago I made a thread in the rant forum complaining that it now costs 180K coins to repair Verac's helmet when talking to the merchant in Port Khazard. People suggested that I make a workshop, make a repair bench and fix my Verac's helm that way since that's cheaper. But when I tried a message says "That can't be repaired". So I ask again what am I doing wrong?

I'm having problems doing some clue scroll.
Oh, I wasn't even aware that counted as an item equipped. Thanks for the help, I'll try to unequip it. EDIT: It worked, again thanks a lot for the help.

Jagex Emails Question
There is one thing you need to keep in mind. If Jagex needs to contact you badly, they would do it by sending you a message through the inbox on their websites. Ignore e-mails that accuse you of selling your accounts and stuff like that, because these are definitely fake. As for the other one, I'm not sure.

I'm having problems doing some clue scroll.
Since it's a lot better to show you exactly what I need help with, I am doing that instead of telling you via text. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wC_GKDVXMkI

Great warning system, Jagex
They banned you for what someone else did? Wow, just wow, that's just awful.

Fixing my Verac's helmet now is more expensive than before.
It is not really a big deal as 180K coins is easy to obtain. But I will do what you guys suggested and build that armor stand in my house and use that from now on to fix my Verac's helmet, thanks guys. :-D

Fixing my Verac's helmet now is more expensive than before.
You know what? That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for explaining it to me.

Fixing my Verac's helmet now is more expensive than before.
In the past it costed me 60K coins to repair the Verac's helm. Now it costs me 180K coins. Seriously, is there ANY good reason for this? What is the point of it costing now three times it used to cost? To be honest, this isn't bothering me THAT much as 180K coins is still pretty easy to obtain, but I still find it ridiculous price to fix a helmet.

Count Down from 30k
26827 Yeah, I'm not coming back, I made up my mind. Since I already said goodbye, there is no need to. But I still have been reading the posts for the past few months, but not anymore, it's not worth it.

Count Down from 30k
26832 You know I decided to stop even viewing the forum games. It's no fun to read posts if I'm not part of the action. I might check back here for a reply to this post, but other than that I think it's best if I just stay away from the forum games.

What thieving level should I get before I pickpocket dwarf traders?
My advice is don't pickpocket the dwarf traders, it's not worth it. Even at 99 thieving they still catch me almost every time. And at the top of that, there are also tough guards you have to deal with. And these guards are the total opposite of the weak guards at Ardougne stall. The way I train thieving is to pickpocket knights. And I often get quite a lot of EXP that way, not to mention some money.

What is the magic notepaper, and how is that useful?
You know, guys. It's fine. You tell me there are better ways to use this item, and I do appreciate that. I wanted to know if the item can be used, and you told me exactly that, and I am thankful. :-D Nah, I'm not gonna get upset over any of the advice I got, or ignore it. I might have done it in the past, but I don't wanna be like that anymore. So thanks a lot for all the replies, I do appreciate them. As for how picking up steel bars is stupid. Yeah, it might be a better idea to leave them on the ground. But the truth is I wanna do in the game what I find most fun, not necessarily what's the smartest thing to do. And picking up the steel bars and make them into steel platebodies is a lot more fun than leaving them there.

How do I choose which melee skill I wanna train now?
Thanks for the help, people. :-D I'll be sure to keep this in mind in the future.

What is the magic notepaper, and how is that useful?
It's for the smithing skill. When I kill monsters I pick up gems, bars, ores, etc. so I can use those things later on to make things.

What is the magic notepaper, and how is that useful?
Wait a minute, I think I now have it. In the past I found it uncomfortable that I only could kill four steel dragons per trip since I always pick up their steel bars. But with this item I can make the steel bars noted so I can kill more steel dragons each trip. Yeah, that's what I'll try doing the next time I attack steel dragons.

How do I choose which melee skill I wanna train now?
It's been a long time since I got used to the combat system we have now. But one thing I don't find in any tab is how I customize what melee skill I wanna train. I already leveled up strength, so I wanna train defense next and attack after that. How exactly do I do it now? I looked at all tabs and couldn't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the magic notepaper, and how is that useful?
I went to the RuneScape wiki and this is the description: "When an un-noted item is used on it, it will convert all items of the same type into notes at the cost of equivalent magic notepapers. To use it the chosen item must be used on the magic notepaper and all items of that type in the players inventory will be noted." How exactly is that useful? Usually when I'm training a skill, it's so easy to go to a bank, that I won't need to make all the items in my inventory noted as I can just go to the bank. Can someone explain to me how exactly this item is useful? Making all items in inventory noted seems pointless to me as I can just bank the items instead.

Count Down from 30k
26891 I just would like to say happy new year. I can clearly see that not posting anymore was the best thing I did. Nobody feels uncomfortable or anything like that in the forum games anymore. I still am reading posts here. (and probably still will since I enjoy reading the posts.) But posting here is something I won't do anymore, with an exception of this post informing others that I'm still watching.

Banned for watching movies and playing at the same time?
Are you serious? I play RuneScape while watching YouTube videos all the time. How the hell is that against the rules? It's not like I'm not actively playing the game. Wow, this thread really scared me. I watch YouTube videos (and sometimes movies and TV shows) to keep myself entertained while doing what I do in RuneScape. Please tell me I'm not in trouble.

The 'You're Banned' Game (over 38,000 banned!)
Banned because this is not an official return to the forum games, instead I'm gonna say something in this post that needs to be said. To be honest, I think it's best if I leave and stay gone. With me active on the forum games people feel uncomfortable, and have no fun playing the forum games. And I know exactly why people do that, because my posting style can be offensive and stuff like that. So yeah, I'm officially gone from the forum games. Like I said only Alg and D. V. Devnull like me, the rest of the people feel uncomfortable with me around. I have been trying to make people appreciate the forum games and have fun just like I do, but I realize that the best way to do just that is to leave. I will surely miss breaking down numbers in the countdown game and come up with creative wishes in the corrupt a wish game. But I know that leaving and staying gone is for the best. The forum games are less active with me gone. But I can clearly see that without me people are having fun and nobody is having a grudge with anyone. So farewell everyone, this time I'm gone for real. Yes, I did read the posts in here for the past couple of days, and I might come back and read posts. But I'm not harming anyone by reading the posts, I sure am by posting. So I won't post here in the forum games anymore.

Is anything I can do with the protean planks I got from the squeal of fortune?
I just wanna say thank you guys. :-) I am getting free construction XP which I appreciate. So thanks a lot I really mean it.
-
Is anything I can do with the protean planks I got from the squeal of fortune?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't I also have to pay for the nails as well?

Is anything I can do with the protean planks I got from the squeal of fortune?
First of all I'd like to point out I never train the construction skill. I used to, but I don't do anymore. The reason I don't do that is because I think it's a HUGE money drainer, even though some of the features might be unique, I prefer spending my money on something I'd actually use. Like runes, food and stuff like that. With that being said, can I somehow turn the protean planks into a plank I want? That way I could sell them. There is no option for that I can find. Or should I destroy them since I don't train construction? Any help would be appreciated.
