In around 30 mins ill be hopping off of my pure after 6 hours of training hard... i think i deserve a lil fun :P anyway i never really got around to killing the chaos elemental and i thought heck why not take a shot at it? I am lvl 89 and will attempt to melee it... I will probably end up doing it on world 9 but ehhhh depends on how many pkers i see on my way to mage bank... If anyone wanted to come and laugh and watch me die or maybe help some feel free :P Just post here if you want to come my ingame name is the same as forum name... meh flame me if you want i don't care its all good 8)

has everyone forgotten the new mini-game?? oh boy that sounds awsome... I have waited for a mini-game like this for along time and was hopeing barrows would be similar... :cry: anyway i saw some stupidness displayed on the front page with a guy saying how cooks assitent ( can't spell :P ) was a easy quest... please read the whole updates :? it clearly says that all player will be able to access different part of the quest

Bedman I don't think your opinion was stupid i think that many time jagex just needs some filler and zaps something out at the last moment.... Something kinda like mud pies... "caugh caugh" Anyway, the abyiss was he focus of many that week and i think most of jagex's project team did work on that. though they could have given use better results than the abyissmal combination runes :x

There is no promise of updating every week. That comment alone makes you ignorant, and some will call you an RS2 product. I find them useful...of course I buy mine though :P. Would you consider makeing them yourself if you got the extra runes from the level like you do with normal runestones?

Of course it wouldn't have occured to him, that's one of the least secure things you could possibly do. His daughter knew nothing of their value or scarceness. If she saw someone wearing something she thought looked good she might have even traded a phat for it, simply because she didn't know its value. Oh, you mean this rule? Only one account was his, the other belonged to his daughter. The rule clearly states you may not transfer items between your own accounts, it never says anything about trading a few items to a family member. He owned both accounts therefore they were "HIS" obviously his daughter couldn't own an account... Since he did OWN but account he traded between them :roll:

erm pardon me but there are PLENTY of items that are shiney that aren't rare.... I am a doubter by nature try and understand... It never occored to you that "hey if i trade my items to my little girl they might have a tad bit of extra security" You did infact break the rule sregaurdless of your daughter... you broke whatever rule it is that says you shouldn't trade between accounts. If these rules aren't obeyed then how can jagex ever hope to provide stability Bittersweet reply? Erm make a new account for your daughter and spend the what 270K? to buy her shoes back... A 4year old obviously didn't have many if any stats and she will enjoy the shoes once again...Or are you more concerned with your rares and that you got caught? the m&ms work if u put the m&m back each time yeah its so based on luck... my friends dad (who i also know) got a d med drop after about five minutes logging in from an airport... what does this mean logging in from airports increases your chances? NO its random

Im dead serious... (i have FINALLY gotten members back :P ) and last night i was one lvl away from 44 runecrafting... So i decided since i had some spare talismens that i would make some water+earth runes (that way later on my pure i can save a space for food) So anyway i start off and the first run i forget that i needed water runes at the earth alter and vice versa :? so i make my 54 earth runes (since i get double runes per lvl blah blah blah) I walk back and withdraw my runes and ess and walk back... makeing my combo runes i get 25 runes back.... what??? 25 runes... hello jagex i not only spent time gathering the talismens but also used extra runes... :x Not only do you need extra items you have a chance of failing if you don't have a necklace of binding... AND you need the runes of 1/2 of the new rune.... AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU CANNOT GET DOUBLE THE RUNES from these points makeing combination runes is not only useless but you would have to be completely stupid to even consider makeing them... sure the xp is mediocer but i would rather make chaos in that horrid maze then make combo runes ever again... thanks jagex this has got to be the crowning glory of stupidness :roll:

Not true: Each brother will drop one of the following: 300-ish mind runes 120-ish chaos runes 80-ish death runes 40-ish blood runes 38-ish bolt racks half key dragon med 100-1600 coins The monsters drop only minimum coins. The more monsters you kill, the better your chances of getting better runes from the brothers. Pardon me but do you mean to say that each brother could drop 80 death runes in the chest? that the max amount of death runes you could get would be somewhere around 480 :shock: ?

I do it at 63 mage 71 defence and 46 prayer.... if your useing prayer pots all that matters is the lvl of your mage... if you are not useing prayer pots all that matters is the lvl of defence and the type of armor you are useing' of course 43 prayer is a good addition for both

praying or not? when i used prayer pots i ended up -5 prayer pots and quite in a jam a number of times ( of course i forgot to bring a bow and a decet melee' weapon ) when i tried with full rune and warrior helm useing magic dart i could still hit almost every single time and only had to eat like twice. Do you really need prayer pots to beat barrows?

I never found shooting fish in a barrel much fun. To each his own. I've been pked while 3 iteming: just for kicks. It's pathetic. No if there is anything that a pker hates its 3 itemers and 1 item skullers smite is the best thing since sliced bread cause it actually give us a chance to take away your items instead of wasteing 10k runes killing you for nothing... 3-item people are even worse the wildy is not a peace shop... we dont go around selling hamoney runes here... there are NO merchants... there are no castle wars flags... You kill or be killed or at least kill or run away hideing and act like an idiot and run through animals and stuff :evil:

what is your problem you disgusting freak? you might not care about the lowly addy item but since these items all reflect on the rune ones maybe you should actually think (if that is possible for a stupid person like you) and see that what he says effects all new treasure trail items...

dude all you need to be able to kill the new monster is mage protect and maybe a three man team to kill it faster.... i was useing my noob pure and still hitting it with 60 attack... the ONLY thing you would ever have to worry about is getting killed by pkers cause this new beast is a joke
