It does look like a speech bubble to me also.... but I question the amount of lag that voice-chat would create. Not to mention that jagex is very high on account security and censoring things, which a voice-chat would be a work around. You could talk as you want, including saying all of the **** words, so I don't think that's happening.. But who knows. Could it be a singing/music skill? lol

I'd recommend upping summoning as fast you can so that you can reap the benefits of it sooner, while you try to level your other skills. It'll help a whole lot. I wish I could have trained summoning all along..

Don't we also get better drops in PVP? So pre-nerfing the drop rates, we essentially get cheaper armour?

I read somewhere that you can do the portal there without having done the quest. I don't know if that's true or not, but give it a shot? Maybe it was you just don't need to have ancients activated to do it... can't remember.

I'm wondering what the next "useful" level is for me to get? (Outside of summoning, I know, I don't have the charms right now) My stats are in my sig. I'm wondering if any of my stats are close to being able to do something new and useful.. not like, smith something new because I have no use for an adamant anything except maybe the plates. Any ideas? The best I can think of right now is getting 82 thief to be able to pick-lock under Yanille.

Everyone complaining about this is lame. You got them for as a reward for killing someone. Then again, I expect you complainers got them through the 26k trick. So you lose them because you got killed after you used them for a while. Ooohhhh noooo. You still got fast xp regardless of whether or not you use them til they ran out. #-o

Why does everyone say brawlers are useless now?? Why don't you just go use them in a part of the map where you won't be disturbed or have a tele ready?

I agree, the pre-existing spots don't need something of the sort. A new mining area would though. :thumbup:

They do need to make mining more interesting in some way.. I'd think a nice idea would be something more like the coal trucks where you can put something like that from a remote site into a storage facility that puts it closer to a bank so you can keep mining without having to bank so much, then you get to mine more at one time. I like mining, but i hate having to bank in between inventories.

Put it into word or something that has a spellcheck utility and use it. :wall:

Most of the companies in trouble today are ones that depend on borrowing to finance their operations. Think of Jagex.. at most they'd be borrowing to pay for their servers and staff? I mean they only have 1 building to my knowledge and they don't really need to buy any raw materials to continue making money, they just need to keep thinking up ideas on how to improve the game and then used their already purchased computers to make it happen. It seems like a pretty lucrative business to be in, but then again, I have no idea how much it costs to have as many servers operational as we have..

Um no. The reasoning clearly says that due to financial sanctions on the current regime, Jagex cannot offer member services to him anymore. Serbia was sanctioned before, but definitely not right now. Legally, Jagex CAN provide this user members. It's a MISTAKE for sure. Well seeing as the last time I can find that Serbia was sanctioned was 1992, and dracula has been a member for 7 years and has not received this message before, there must be some reasoning for the messages recent creation in the first place, right? It's not like these things just appear out of thin air. The financial sanctions they speak of likely have to do either with their national currency, trade deficit, or outstanding debt. Also it could be some trade embargo that the UK put into place with Serbia.. I'd like to think that this is a mistake, but it seems to be an odd case and i would assume all Serbs are being denied membership... not just this individual.. why would they deny membership (revenue $$) to anyone without a good reason? They'd probably be pretty reluctant to edit their code to do this and I can't imagine them "accidentally" doing it..

bronze and blues dont give you a good shot for dragon... and i've killed thousands of fire giants now and have never got a dragon med from them, though thats probably just bad luck on my behalf.. So out of those you mentioned, I'd stick to irons/steels, since they also drop plate legs/skirts in addition. Or you might want to explore new monsters. :)

Could it have something to do with the Serbian currency??

I've only been able to play conflict so far and the waiting time completely kills any fun the game might be, both to get into the map and the "strategy" (camping) most everyone else selects. Ranks up are far too slow for the stat boosts to ring rewards... I haven't even figured out how high of a rank I'd have to be to enchant an onyx ring. I'm rank 19, and I don't think I even want to play to 100. The exploration rewards might be handsome once you get your rank to 400... they've already seemed to have improved. But the game just bores me and in my opinion, it does not belong in RuneScape. It is nothing like RuneScape, aside from the concept of the combat triangle. I think it was a HUGE waste of time for jagex.

bandits give me a bit more than 1k xp / minute... using whip, rune defender, helm of neizinot, zamorak cape (for the auto attack), prosleyte, dragon boots, warrior ring... super potions.. 80k/hour is NOT happening at bandits without using prayer for more than protect melee, or if you have 99att/str...

I think you have to be rank 200+ for enchanting dragonstone rings.... so you'll have to wait til someones get there..

Just attack with the combat triangle... and in combination. So have all of your goblins kill one group of elves til its dead, so on and so forth... seems to win me every match with shocking results (other people must suck at this?)

What's the best offensive helmet? Niezinot, Warrior, ... is there another better? (slayer helm not included since i'm not doing a slayer task)

This tells the whole story to me. Theres so much cash coming IN to the game now that people are buying up all of this stuff to finally level all of their skills...

You can go back to bork right away without the chase.. I wear dragonhide and pray melee... but today that didn't seem to make a difference since the mage hit me for 18-22 every time he casted a spell... rather annoying. Just take a tele, maybe some super pots or alternatively just drink a sip of each in the bank before you run off so that you can have those spots for food. Could also take a combat potion.. but not as effective.. then as much food (monks+) as you can. maybe a prayer potion or 2 if it takes you a long time to kill him / don't have the prayer points to last you.. The praying melee will protect you from bork and his ork legions.. so the mage attacking you is the only thing to worry about. Make sure when the ork legions spawn that you keep your attack on bork instead of them. Once bork dies, they do too.

buy 72 construction then use the rest on summoning. 72 construction+crystal saw = gilded altar. There's not much of a reason to level construction past that. Summoning gets more and more beneficial the higher you are so do it up.
