Very, very interesting change. Screws f2pers out of one of their best money earners, which is a pity for them. I bought 20k rune ess last week so i was -very- worried for a minute there, but as long as it's turned to pure i should be ok. My big question is will this rise the price of rune ess, and by how much? The supply is going to fall massively.

ROWs definately don't effect barrows chests, only monster drops. p.s. I have a feeling that what you kill is as important as how much you kill, so i don't think these results will give the full picture.

Seems you can't kill spinners if you're standing diagonally on?

The ladder on the left hand side as you leave the boat (not sure on direction). If you're not directly in front of it when you click, you start to climb up... then fall back down. Annoying when there's 5 torchers hitting you from the other side of the wall and you can't hit back :P

Ancients is so much fun :D Crazy expensive tho, and i must have died 100 times :P With 200 ice barrages i spent 250k and got about 150k xp. not sure how long it took, but it wasn't that long.

Time to crack out the ancients i think :D *realises there isnt a teleport anywhere near port sarim and his glory isnt charged. bugger* **remembers the jail teleport :D*

It always said that, it's possible they haven't gotten around to changing it yet. Altho it would make 'some' sense as staying alive that long is a far harder challenge. But still, 3 minutes for half xp or 20 for normal? no contest if you're there for the exp.

This game does have one problem with it, and i can't really think of a way around it. With 25 people playing you aren't going to lose out 'that' much if one player doesnt play. So what's to stop someone joining the team, afking, collecting the points for a win etc?

Normally if you want to go somewhere but there's an obstruction right in front of you, the game works out another route. if you want to go somewhere and there's a monter in front of you, it seems to get confused and you dont move :/ Not massively a 'bug', but extremely annoying having to run backwards and around things.

Exp gain halved already :(

P-roblem is it's pretty impossible to coordinate atm :P The way to win is to just hit the portals hard as you can, and hope a few people stay back to defend.

Exactly what i was going to say. It starts out ok, but then you get crazy numbers of monsters coming thru. I'm having a problem moving about as well, not sure why, and it's annoying having to right click every monster.

A lvl 50 gets 415 prayer exp :/ Not really great xp unless you kill off the portals quickly.

A new place for rune arrowheads and magic runes :) Excellent.

I finished putting everything in my bank. The only reason i got members was because of the ridiculously stupid amount of bank space on f2p :P I was pretty happy rcing and maging at the time, or cutting willows in draynor, so it was a few weeks before i really explored the p2p world or skills.

I believe that generally, the more expensive items (like d legs) are rarer than more standard ones (like rune kites). I have no first hand experience of killing metal drags, but i do know someone who kills them. This person made a post on these forums saying that they're getting cheaper items (like rune kites and 2hs) more often than they're getting the expensive drops (like dragon chain and legs). Perhaps they're getting more of them because they're less rare? :)

There is no doubt whatsoever that the Ring of Wealth increases the quality of drops, not just the number of stackables. I've never tested it with rares, and i think it would be very very very difficult to do such a test to a reasonable standard. Killing 500 drags with and without is not a large enough number given the ...erm... rare nature of rares. OP, why on earth do you think a rune kite is rarer than a dragon drop? I've never tested it so i can't say for sure, but that sounds completely stupid to me. Where are you getting these 'facts' from?

It wasn't there when i smithed 6000 cannonballs three or four weeks ago. Must have been really annoying having to open two doors :/

I built up a small pile of money, but i'm enjoying just spending it on small things atm. If i get myself back on track i'm vaguely saving for full guth, but i might end up spending everything on Ahrim's and/or Torag's instead :P

Even so...if you look on the map, the guy trading u is green...so obviously it was "set up" :P Nearly everyone i trade is on my friends list because i contact them after reading that tehy're selling stuff on the forums :P

Varrock, no doubt. Fally's too small and Ardy's too new.

I think aiming for a d chain is always a bad idea because they're so extremely rare you might drive yourself insane :P Justy aim to have fun killing the dust devils, forget about the chain, and you'll enjoy it a lot more fun imo.

I think that by removing the need to log in to initially view the forum (like they did with highscores a few months ago), Jagex are missing the bigger picture - that it's irritating and poor website design to force people to log in more than once to access different sections of the game. There should be a universal log-in that means i can access both the game and the forums and any other things that shoudl require a log in, without having to mess around putting my password each time.
