I think it's better to have offense because you can just destroy your opponent... if you have defense, then you sit there hitting 1s... and then by the time you get them down to 5 hp, they can run and you'd keep hitting 0s and 1s...

Lol, love the guide! Although people don't scream at standing on fires anymore. It used to be very annoying because there was no "cook x" feature, but now that that's installed, people can cook happily with noobs standing on fire :D

Jagex moderators can do almost anything to the game, as long as the others agree. They create the game and its codes, so they could alter a few for their own benefit.

I don't think they have been released yet. Next time, please post all questions in the help and advice section.

I just completely forgot what I was going to say, but here's something that i just remembered... I was talking to a pmod... he said that if you think the person is breaking the rules, then report. So even without evidence like getting killed by a random or something, you should still report and jagex will just file through the people who are and aren't macroing...

This kinda reminds me of when I met a friend who I accidentilly deleted off my list... I was fighting lessers and I saw him... I didn't know at first, but then he started talking and I was like "OMG! IT'S YOU!" lol. we've been closer friends and i have stopped accidentally deleting people off my friends list, haahaa.

The system update only made it so that macroers only needed to modify their engines, but they'll be back once they get off their lazy behinds... (heard from a pmod friend...)
