first of all, how do i recharge my tools? do i have to play another game? or drop them or what? also, these hammers do not give additional experience when smithing gold helmets/bowls. I reported this as a bug.

theirs different kinds of lag, connection lag and system lag. for example, i can play on HD but, it causes jerky animations. So i choose no to, plus i rather play on low detail it feels less dirty ro something. Quality isnt my main concern anyway. the lag you speak of is probably not system lag tho. i would say 80 is about where a skill SHOULD be. 85+ is where it starts to get high-ish you have to take into consideration right around 82-85 is 3mil exp. A considerable amount for some skills. Of course 80 fletch/cook not high, but other skills like RC yeah, im not at all like that either, hardly any of my skills are 80-85. but still, i get by with what i need to do.

I presume that would mean you dont get a drop either? otherwise the whole "safe pvp" thing would be seriously [developmentally delayed] well, in classic we have duel anywhere, but it was like dying without losing your items. Except the cool thing about dueling was you had to accept it or decline. A pvp style world would mean more "any thing goes" and personally, some people are correct about abusing it. But really, i dont see any thing bad about abusing it. In RSC you would get sent to lumbridge. If we could duel anywhere, it doesnt seem like the abuse level would be unacceptable. For example you goto godwars, and you get some kills and have a friend kill you so you respawn in lumbridge. Well, that does takes some risk away from godwars, but its nothing worse then teleporting out of godwars, simply put you have to make the return trip if your out of supplies and are determined to continue. So it didnt really save anything except a teleport. I really dont see anyone going with a friend to abby demons and just killing a friend over and over without ever using food/guthans/summoning healer. however, duel anywhere would add a new spin to dharoking. Especially with friends around. You both have a set and hurt each other down to 10-20 HP or so... and hurt each other whenever you start to regain HP. With that scenario i think the damage would be held over so that it goes back to the player and acts as a player vs player safe kill, or should theoretically. im not sure anyone is asking for that at all. To add the PVP risk rewards to an entirely safe part of the game seems dumb, and you should feel bad for thinking they would do that. And not just him, anyone who thought jagex would add those kind of drops to a safe PVP world. Pretty much sums it up. No, it doesn't. Use your head for God's sake. If you're on a safe pvp world it means when on slayer tasks and such, or while woodcutting or mining, if someone else is crowding your spot or trying to mine all your rocks or pick up all the respawns you're trying to get, you kill them, and problem solved. (Until they come back for revenge, that is.) It's basically a way of adding more events into the game. Imagine what you could do. Clans could have world wars where they try to dominate an area and keep out all non-clan members. Skillers could kill others invading their space. It would add a LOT more variety to the game for those that want that extra edge. So think before you post, please. Ironic that you tell us to think before we post... Anyway, a safe PvP world would serve no purpose, if and only if one were to use it to skill on. If you want to skill, there are plenty of worlds out there that aren't PvP. On the subject of overcrowded spots, I don't believe that an entire world should be made PvP to alleviate that problem; instead, change the way that we can gather materials (especially Mining). For those that want the extra edge, just skill on a PvP world. All the risk of death, and you'd get similar amounts of experience. I really hate the idea of safe PvP worlds, simply because it feels akin to a safe version of the Corporeal Beast. If you want save PvP, go to some minigame. If you want to skill and PvP, go to a non-safe PvP world. while i dont disagree with you entirely, asking to change the way we gather materials seems much more...unrealistic i guess, compared to a safe PVP in terms of amount of work involved. Personally, i think a Safe pvp world would bring about a new use of potions and food. Not armor or whatever, but stuff youll consume while you defend your spot. honestly, an entire safe PVP world would be a good idea for a mini-game instead of just an all out brawl of ANY WHERE. I would love to see a mix of castle wars without the team hood/cape with a similar respawn system but allow for us to play on a giant area. Have like a game thats like the fight cave but much more intense. probably 4 times the amount of NPC's per person.
