I know if you sell the obsidian weapons to the shops in the tzhaar place, you get tokkul. I know buying things from these shops require tokkul. When you sell these items to the GE, you get gold pieces. My question is: what happens if you high alch them? I'm going to assume GP, but I just want to be sure.

I have a Toshiba Satellite gaming laptop with upgraded gaming software and I use cox high speed cable for a connection. It's not my computer or connection. I rarely lag out walking around or skilling.

So I just died at fight caves. Nothing new, people die there quite often. In fact, most people don't get fire cape on their first try. Today was the first day in 7 years (not all of which there was even a fire cape, but for drama purposes) that I tried for a fire cape. I spent a lot of time reading guides and watching clips, so I knew exactly what I was doing. I started off breezing through waves 1 - 40. Didn't take any damage, only used 1 super restore. Perfect run. At wave 45, where it's a 360 and the first 180 appear, I did exactly what I was supposed to. I trapped the 360 behind a wall, ran all the way across to the other side of the rock, and lured the 180 to the safe spot. So far, so good. The second I click attack on the 180, my screen starts moving very slow. Luckily, if I was going to lag, this was the ideal time. No prayer was on, and nothing was attacking me. Or so I thought. During my lag, my character thought it would be a great idea to run out about 20 feet in the open when I clicked one square ahead of myself. Needless to say, when my lag stopped, I see about 10 yellow magic spells fly from the sky and hit my character. Dead. Oh well, I didn't use many supplies, just my time. I tried it again a few hours later. Once again, perfect run. On wave 60, the wave with a 360, a 180, and 2 90s, I killed both 90s first, taking minimal damage. I lured the 180...and then it happened again. Full lag, this time screen completely frozen...only I had my sound on, and I could hear attacks being fired. I didn't have auto retaliate on so I clicked the ground even though I knew it wouldn't do anything. If I didn't kill the 180, the 360 wouldn't round the corner as it was stuck. After about 30 seconds of frozen screen, it came back, just like that. I killed the 180, overjoyed that I was 1 360, and then 2 rounds away from Jad. I took 3 steps forward to attack the 360...........and my account logged out. How does this happen? How can my luck be SO bad that I log out not once, but TWICE. Both times - perfect runs. Both times - would have easily gotten to Jad. Both times - would have more than likely killed Jad. How does one's account log out on his own mid round? I hadn't clicked log out, I didn't do anything. I even attacked a monster AFTER the lag was over. Yet the second I move my character...cya later. I log back in...and I'm standing outside the cave. No tokkul. No fire cape. Just a bunch of empty vials, and a significantly smaller ammo quiver. Awesome.

I'm starting to think my account is "broken" because I can't even get the General to half health. My stats are 98 87 85 and I'm wearing all the recommended melee equipment but I'm using whip/obby shield. I've tried this 6 times now...and I can't get him past half hp. I even use my super set, and put it in my t bird along with the hammer in place for 4 more sharks...and still...can't hit him, and Im getting hit for constant 30s, and usually hits at the same time from 2 or more of the bosses.

Yes, random events are good for the game. I'm not saying they should all be removed. I also know that Jagex is fixing and removing some of the randoms soon. This is basically a rant for what's happened in the PAST. So I like to train at aggressive monsters since they auto attack me, and I like to multitask to avoid boredom. Nothing wrong with that. But how the hell does Jagex expect me to answer the calls of the Sandwich Lady and The Mysterious Man Box!?!?! I was at Metal drags the other day doing an iron drag slayer task. It was very crowded, but I had controlled the area all the way in the back with 1-2 drags being mine with a few interruptions. I get a sandwich lady random while they are aggressive. No big deal, I'll just run north a bit and she'll go away. But what about when I'm IN combat. Later on I had just attacked an iron drag, and she appears. This is a problem. I cannot talk to her mid combat, and running north is an issue because I'm wasting prayer points during the process, or I risk the chance of being attacked by a different dragon. And if it's steel, I'm just wasting my time on my task. If I don't run, and I don't kill the dragon fast enough, she hits me over the head. Also, what if I'm at a spot where I CAN'T run away? I'm doomed. The mysterious man "mystery box." How I hate you at aggressive monsters. Same situation. I'm at iron drags, and they're aggressive. He gives me the box. 1 box turned to 2 boxes. 2 into 3. Before I knew it, I had accumulated 16 boxes in my inventory. While I do enjoy a puzzle, asking me "what shape has the number 3" and other variations 16 times in a row is VERY annoying. Simply put, I hope they remove these randoms from aggressive monsters. Stick to the click-and-get-reward randoms. Hell, I'll even deal with the teleport-me-away randoms, just as long as they don't screw me out of a drag legs drop again.

put a Nietiznot helmet on the bandos instead of slayer helm, and the gap closes a little more. Personally, I'll take the loss of a few defense points for the extra strength and prayer bonuses of the Niet helm and bandos armor. Oh, and the fact that it's heaps cheaper.

I did it on my pure, who was lvl 50ish with 1 defense and 1 prayer at the time... I know a lot of other 1 def 1 pray pures have done it too. Can't be that hard...Use the tall grass.

I'll be honest...I didn't read EVERY word of this because I was looking for certain aspects. I'm pretty sure you didn't touch on the facts that for people with a decent defense level and good protective armor, there are safe spots for the Melee brothers. In each of their respective crypts, there is atleast 1 safe spot. I will make this part of the guide for you later today if you want - I'm currently in the fight caves going for a fire cape. Logged out for a break since I keep messing up. But to sum it up quickly - Along each of the walls of the crypt are rock formations. On the low definition game, they are like 3 little rocks in a bunch. With a high enough defense level, you can lure the brother against the wall either in front or in back of you. - Auto Retaliate should be off - He must be against the wall, being on your side will not work. To get him against the wall just run up or down the wall to get him behind you. I will post a crude MS paint picture I just made until I can go get actual pictures in a few hours. The green dot is YOU, and the red dot is the BROTHER. This will work if you have a high defense level, or good armor. I cannot stress this enough. You will not be using prayer here, so for a few seconds, you will be taking damage from the brothers. I recommend wasting a dose of prayer potion for dharok if you didn't kill him first as his axe hits aren't fun. When you attack the trapped brother, DO NOT click to the shooting spot to step out. If you click attack, you will run there on your own. The only spot you will be clicking is IMMEDIATELY back to the safe spot.Wasting any time could result in the brother side stepping the rock...and diagonal safe spots no longer work here. You will use ALOT of run energy doing this method, but save prayer potions in the meantime. I recommend bringing a 4 dose super energy restore, purple sweets if you have them lying around, or if you have a terrorbird, use it's scrolls. You'll be amazed at how fast your run energy drops. Here's how I recommend you kill the brothers if you're doing this method. 1.) Dagger spec karil to death with prayer on 2.) Melee/range ahrim with prayer on 3.) Dharok with safespot/1 dose prayer getting him to spot 4.) Verac with safe spot 5.) Guthan with safe spot 6.) Torag with safe spot There is a rock that will work in the final chest room, but it's very hard to get to. It's in one of the corners.

Since Ive just started playing again and I've never been to God Wars...when every says "you can kill 1 bandos or 2 bandos a trip" does that mean just the big guy? Or is "1" considered all 4 in the room?

I always see the dumbest of people at iron/steel drags: Rangers with chest/legs Rangers with chest/legs People meleeing in dragon/barrows but pray melee the whole fight
