  1. If you are looking to get all your stats up for Quest Cape while you are still f2p then you might consider training smithing some. You definitely need to get that up to be able to get Quest Cape. Maybe make steel bars and sell them and make a little profit on the way. Others may have better ideas or suggestions as far as smithing for you. I am sure I speak for a lot of others, but at least for me personally. You are asking about a broad range of skills what should I do? I myself have all the required levels for Quest Cape, but I don't remember what they all are. You asking a question like you are leaves a lot of guesswork to anyone that may be willing to help. I suggest you figuring out what all skills you need to get up for the Quest Cape and figure out which ones you can actually raise on f2p. You could then make a list of them and say these are the skills I need to/want to raise while I am still f2p. You might get a lot better feedback from people willing to help. I find this a lot on these boards. People asking for questions and leaving a lot of guesswork for responders to do instead of doing some simple things to make it easier for people to help. I don't mind helping. But I am sure not going to look at your stats, look up the requirements, see which ones you need to raise, then give suggestions. Good luck
  2. I thought it was pretty easy. The only ones I had a problem with (don't remember which color) were the ones you to the west that you had to prod through where the Warrior chicks are. Took me about five tries but I got em in the pen. I am pretty sure two of them took me one try, the other don't really remember. But it wasn't to bad. It took me longer to find the stupid (almost invisible to me) ice trail in Desert Treasure than it did to do the whole Sheep Herder quest.
  3. I suppose that is as easy as logging on to a f2p server and finding out? I know I read somewhere they were going to/thinking about giving it to f2p. Don't know if they did yet or not. Probably not to hard to find/figure out though.
  4. If you don't mind me jumping in and asking, why would you use Ring of Wealth solo and Ring of Life team? Seems to me it would be the other way around but what do I know. The only time I went in to a boss chamber was when I was setting everything up. Did it just for kicks. Needless to say I didn't last very long.
  5. It is annoying as all hell to me too. Certain things just annoy certain people. Like the smoke in the smoke dungeon bothers some people and not others. It is annoying, but my best advice is to just ignore them. Leave the area as soon as possible. Thats what I always do.
  6. I am not going to advise you one way or the other except to say. You could always buy it and see if you like it. When you are done with it sell it back. I mean they have stayed at a pretty steady price for a while now haven't they? I really don't know because I don't track them, but I think they have. I wouldn't think you would lose to much money on it if you did lose any. Makes a better weapon for randoms if you fight randoms and don't carry another weapon like some people do .
  7. I don't play mini games so..... Do people even really attempt to auto in mini games!? I surely would not think so. Random hell has gone to far!
  8. If you are following the guide I am thinking of, you should be fine. I remember on my original account back in the day I used to use monk robes and melee them succesfully. I didn't use the guide, don't even think that guide was around then, but was basically doing the same as guide. I was around the same stats you are too using monk robes, so you should be fine with todays fancy smancy stuff. And I wasn't using whip either back then. Edit: You may want to use Ring of Life at first till you are comfortable with them? Once you get comfortable I would suggest going to the Ring of Wealth
  9. Most definitely. I only use rune armour and don't even use prayer or fire pots and a full inventory of sharks gets me a full inventory. Sometimes I have to eat to make space in inventory. You may need prayer, better armour or just do it like I do? Some use Proselyte and pray the whole time. Or I suppose you could use Barrows. But you most definitely can melee them successfully.
  10. First off, I cant even read that small text. But thanks for clearing that up for me. I see it now and know it is there.
  11. Hmmm...kinda off topic. I thought account trading was illegal. I notice tip.it has a banner for a site that sells RuneScape accounts. I know tip.it is a reputable site. So is this some kind of hack, or has it become legal to trade accounts for cash now!?
  12. Not to flame or anything, but isn't it kind of hard to give good advice on something you have not done. I am very curious myself. The things you have mentioned I think most of us who have not done the whole course already know. Maybe hear from someone that has actually done it. And tell us things like, did you find magic logs necessary? Were maple or yew good enough? Did you have any problems with beacons going out? Edit: By the way, I did do the first six. I just used a few energy potions and carried the logs with me. I used oak. Did not use any kind of beast of burden. I know I didn't give person at the sixth beacon logs, what would be the point? I succeded. So I don't know about the whole course, but it is just that easy to do the first six. And I just did them in order with no teleports. Double edit: Then again, exactly what are you wanting to know OP? I see you can only do the first nine. Have you attempted it at all. Do you want to know just about the first nine? Are you looking for details on how someone that has done the whole course went about accomplishing that. One sentence questions on things like these leave it up to the people wanting to help having to read a lot into it to figure out exactly what it is you want. I explained earlier how I did the first six. Not much to it. Now with nine the same might work but you might have to go to maple? Oak might work with a terrorbird on nine? I haven't tried more than the first six myself. But seeing as how I did the first six successfully I wouldn't think three more would be much harder than that? Still in my opinion, you leave a lot to the imagination for the reader as to exactly what information you are wanting? Beacon Network
  13. I am like outsanity, it would probably be anywhere between 10,000 to 16,000 dollars before I would even consider it. I would laugh at several thousand. I guess that is why a lot of people say no one would be willing to pay what I would want. I have to many hours of my life vested in my account to consider anything less. And who in their right mind would pay that?
  14. randox, I saved my bell so I could go back to the spot you mention. Has spots to fish and you could cut/burn logs there if you just wanted too.
  15. Ahhh...thanks compfreak, that makes sense to me. Seems like maybe this has been answered before too? Do you keep that potential over time, such as logging off. You come back on the next day is it still there? Or do you have to build it up every 24 hours, every time you log back on....?
  16. I was thinking the same. So wouldn't you just need one Dragon longsword on you to begin with?
  17. the cooking part. You don't get experience for making flour or for putting the ingredients together. You only get experience for cooking toppings. (Anchovies) For cooking the pizza and adding toppings. (Anchovies, Pineapple)
  18. Have check boxes on the stat sorter and the option to hide checked options. I think it would be nice to be able to hide some items you don't want to have to sift through as the list can be pretty big
  19. Sweet wizard!!! You mind writing a short tutorial on how to get all items like that to compare on one page? I saw the compare two items button, but exactly how did you get so many items on one page? That is super dooper awesome saweet!!! Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out. Should spend a little more time messing with stuff and looking at them before asking questions.
  20. Besides being a bannable offense. It is offensive. You don't really need to talk that quick! Because chances are you want it to sell things.
  21. You are more than likely right troacctid. I may have went from compost to supercompost or something and didn't really think about it at the time, just noticed bigger yields. Cause at one point I do remember starting to get better yields on potatoes back when I was farming them.
  22. troacctid may be correct on that, I really do not know. I am pretty sure it increases you yield some. I have heard some say it doesn't. But on my account it does. It does for allotments anyway I am for sure. I'm thinking it may not increase yield on herbs for what ever reason?
  23. Check out this guide. I used it before. My stats were higher than yours, but it should be useful. I would especially think so when you get stats up some more. Good luck
