I love how some of these "famous people" were subsequently later banned for cheating, hacking, account sharing etc...what idiots. biggest tool ever, killed people in fally while knowingly taking advantage of a temporary bug/glitch......total lack of any personal integrity. "muahahaha, so like I was cruising through fally, and noticed that attack was an option when i rolled my mouse over another player, so like *snicker* I attacked him, and took his stoof, hehe, wow, so being uber cool and all, I went through Fally like Columbine muahahaha, man it was like soooooooo awesome" :shock: :-X :wall:

Quite obvious jagex took random accounts and added them to the highscores to test if they worked. Seems like thier test worked. i concur :)

Well, I had a few concerns.... 1) nest eggs..uhoh, only had a total of 6 colored eggs from wcing to 97 over the years......hmmmm reading tipit forums I find out that most ppl with high numbers of eggs got them from MTK. So off I went to do that quest....done and threw in 7 mil gp to kick it off...so far in only 2 weeks....got 5 eggs from it. woot...also went back to wcing, got 2 raven eggs and a couple more colored...and 98 wc woohoo. 2) I was worried there would be pre requisite quests required for the wolf whistle, or any other sumon related quests. Being a long term, self admitted quest hater, I took a look at my quest points when all the summoning info came out...hmmm only 201, :oops: so I powered through all the quests, *huggz tipit quest walkthrus* woot, 6 days later 250 qps and a new cape 3) hmmm found out that hunter and summon will be like mining and smithing...uhoh, i said id never train that....*peeks at lev* oh god, its 16 from tears....runs to hunter, 3 days later 73, still not good, but should be enough to start it up. 4) grabbed 10 vulture eggs in 20 mins, and slapped around the undead pirate things for 4 pink squids. sick of boxing up chins, I go back to wcing to try for eggs and work towards the next 99 skil cape along the way. I'll do some more hunter later as it is hands down the weakest lamest fastest skill to 99 in. to be able to 99 a skill in 2-3 weeks without being able to throw money at it (which i dont do anyway) is lame. so thats where I am at so far. :uhh:

Agility got the penguin course, mithril grapples and the Dorgesh-Kaan course. Runecrafting got the ZMI altar. Mining and woodcut can't really be udpdated, well it could, knowing Jagex, but could you imagine that... :roll: hehe true and great idea :)

i got a red and blue from my one day mtk results collection yesterday. I have only gotten two ravens so far, but they were from cutting willows. No idea if they are tree specific, but wouldn't think so. I get several colored eggs a week though from MTK.

started rs as a member...lev 3...only $5 a month...who wants limitations? Only way to play IMHO :)

i had sara pot, ranger pot, 3 super restores, blk hides, barrow gloves, range helm, zammy book, rune c'bow with dragon bolts (e), DDp++, full load of sharks and clue junk, ardougne tele switched to lev 52...cut the spider web, walked to right *BAMM!* tele blocked, next hit as I switched on mage protect was ice attack...frozen....somehow I became poisoned shortly after as I was gobbling sharks like skittles and trying to move. Did I mention I forgot a freaking anti poison? as I can finally move I bolt for the web, slice, slice *BAMM* frozen again......$#@%! eat more...oh joy poisons at 8, how delightful......can move again...slice web, it opens, run inside...*BAAMM* teleblock...*BAAM* frozen as I near the switch, and die. Now I didnt lose anythign of consequence, I regained it all easily.....of course I hope that wasn't the 3rd age item clue I have been awaiting for but It was infuriating at my lev to die so easily. PKers were much easier to avoid or bury....can't avoid a yellow dot :) the four DDp++ specs, and dragon bolts hit nicely, but to no avail as he just healed as fast as I hit him......wonderful

here's a thought, how about we just *gasp* follow the rules, and play the game the way it is intended to be played, rather then constantly trying to find a way to cheat and "beat the system". the same type of tools who will then post a "ZOMG I just got wrongfully banned!" thread ....when their account gets locked for breaking the rules #-o :roll: ....sigh :uhh:

went and slaughtered vultures for about 30 mins and got 10 eggs, then I had to go do the eagle quest to get a rabbit's foot for tree killing, got raven egg first nest woot!

When Jagex starts to ban people with names like Krazyfaken or Pursesnatcher like the guy above posts, perhaps it is. Add on to that that some people even created those chars before the rule was even in place. Furthermore, it is just plain ridiculous that Jagex considered it normal for so long to ban people - who have played the game for years and spend thousands of hours on it - just because their name is offensive (in Jagex eyes). There is not ethical, fair or moral about that, and yet Jagex never considered the time people spent on those characters to be worthwhile to solve the issue, which is not difficult at all. That is certainly worrisome, for everyone who plays this game. i agree that pursesnatcher could hardly be considerd offensive by a reasonable person, however I am sure you have seen some names that are way over the limit.....I wont bother to type the ones I have seen, nor do they bother me enough to report them...I just don't think it is to hard to find a non offensive, non suggestive name

This is also so stupid scam emails can be detected and so player account safety is boosted as well. Snake went because JaGex thought his Russian-English translator was a macro device. He brought his whole computer to prove that he wasn't macroing to the JaGex head quarters. can you imagine if Jagex had email and phone numbers available the chaos that would create? Everytime rioting 12 yos don't like the latest update (everytime) they would be able to call the company, and/or email them ...um ya....think about it, no way in the world would they open up that pandora's box of immaturity.

I'm sorry, but the notion that Merchanting / PKing and Staking was money without work is quite unfounded. Like everything else in RuneScape, they are skills that must be developed. A successful merchant [And I mean a good merchant, not a lazy auto-typing robot.] Has honed his skills, in both market analysis and the ability to close a good deal just the same as a miner going for 85 mining or a RCer for 91. The only difference is his success is measured not in pixels in the stat bar, but by pixels in the inventory bar. Similarly for staking and PKing, to be succusful here, not only do you need to plan out and train your character well, you also need to learn and master the correct techniques. A poorly played staker or PKer will only end up losing a lot of money. A poorly played skiller will only end up making money slightly slower than his 'smart' counterparts. I prefer a playstyle that rewards the skill and ability of the player, rather than the skill and ability of the character. At the end of the day, these methods were perhaps easier in terms of boredom and repetiveness than skilling. However if one enjoys them more and finds them more effective, it's smarter to use them? I remember a wise man once played by the motto: 'Play smarter not harder'. ;) That's all these players were doing. money can buy you most things. true, but game wasn't designed to be able to buy max stats, and use best equipment with under 6 months total play time....there is other games for that...

was this a new account? because last night I gave my RL wife 50k pure ess, 20k steel arrows and 2300 iron arrows in one trade, with nothing on her side....dont rememeber the value but it was in the millions....went right thru, no warning or anything.....
