Exams are on!!!! This has been such a good day on so many levels :D It's been interesting to see how the students and faculty came together. Something that kind of kept us all updated was this blog by a professor.

You haven't taken a wide variety of classes then :P. Generally though, yes. Your thesis statement should contain some sort of reference to your main points, but it shouldn't be in the same sentence as your actual thesis.

Using colours to highlight specific words in a sentance is one thing. But writing entire sentances, paragraphs or even entire posts in one colour (no matter which one) is just lame. It's bad netiquette for others users who are using a different theme and just causes grief from people who get fed up not being able to read. One could argue that the posts from the people who post entire comments in once colour arnt worth reading, but i'd rather have it put in the rules not to do it just to stop the grief. Gotcha. I thought at first the default colour was considered "one colour" and thus came my confusion.

The one thing I didn't like was the very last hand. One player has a flush. Next player has a full house. Le Chiffre has a higher full house. Bond's got a straight flush. I mean, give me a break :P that's just [developmentally delayed]ed.

I just saw this on Saturday and I really enjoyed it. The past few Bond films really disappointed me for a few reasons that were NOT in this film, which made it great. The chase scenes were believable, as were the explosions. The one-liners weren't as bad, and it was interesting to see why Bond became the no-trust guy that does a girl and then leaves her. This is easily the best Bond movie since Goldeneye.

Maybe it's because I just wrote an exam where we get marked as right or wrong, but I find this entire truth conversation hilarious.
