if ya wanna make pixels, paint is the best option. and don't complain it's hard. it is. there are some tutorials for pixels o these boards, a search should do it.
  5. a chaos terminator eeh? :D it looks good, I don't really see the head, though. Also, you could try to make it more detailed, also,. that standard green paint color is terrible :D
  6. agree with you Icedrop :) hopefully Nistelroy will be united's saviour this year.
  7. Robinho and Real Madrid, awesomeness :)
  8. my first, an Ericsson T10, got it when I was 14 I think, pretty normal when I was taht age, but now, 14 is probably very late her in sweden... and my current, I looove this phone, it has nothing but the standard stuff: but is the best looking phone I've seen, and since it does what I want, it's mine for 2 years...lol, damn 24 month contracts ;)
  9. good idea :) looks great, kinda like iso pixeling...but different :D

well, weezcake is pretty darn random weezy ;) Korla was taken both on xanga and AIM I think...which I found odd...the only times I've heard it besides me is in a book by Catherine Cerr where Korla is an old maid to a smallish lord in som obscure lands, and in the Indian folkartist Korla Pandit. Also it's a region in china...anyway, none of the three seems really attractive as names go :D
  11. *chuckles̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâè yep, can't say no to that...maybe I should start thinking of some of the stupid things people in my team ahev said/done...aah, another time eeh :) OnT: I've never heard of anything of the sorts...sounds very unlikely, there's probably a much greater chance of getting knocked out by an elbow anyway
  12. Does EVERY thread with a "render" in it have to turn into a "render" discussion? Don't you guys have any distance to yourselves?
  13. absolutely wonderful, a piece of art :) I'd say one of your best tttia. I think your characters could use some work, but I think they're the hardest. But the background with the sname and the trees and the plants... ...stunning

nice piece, I really like the colours, and the linework is awesome. I don't really like the faces on the chars, but I suppose that's just my personal preference. keep up the good work
  15. http://www.google.com type in pro/DEKSTOP, voila, you have the world at your fingertips ;)
  16. yes it should, I thought you knew better than to make another post punkage
  17. this is media discussion, and you haven't made that, also, since it's old, I wont even move it.
  18. they're both nice, but since 2 is severely flawed, I choose 1.
  19. :) looks kinda funny, it looks intentionally funny, but I'm not sure it is :D anyhow, the perspective is off, both on the cloud, as has been said, and on the boat, if you see the boat like that, you shouldn't be able to see the horizon. If you do see the horizon, you should se abit into the boat, as if you saw it from a slight angle from above. But it's very good drawing, the colours are well-chosen and the shapes are excellent. Still not gonna call you a pixeler, though, tttia :) but I think you're happy about that hehe
  20. Maybe it's just media showing more of this now, as these things sell? That's the way media's worked the past decades I'd say. But ofcourse it's just as sad as any other accident, I just don't see how they can give so much coverage to plane crashes when there's many more people dying of other causes every day...

    locked for reasons given.
  22. What is lazy is trying to get your point across with flaming.
  23. Yea, that's what I meant with you having a different approach, with what you're acheiving, seeing as you come from drawing. Anyhow, if there's something I like about pixeling it's the challenge of representing as much as possible with as little material as possible, like you said, and I'd like to see some more of that around here :)
  24. 1. It's a style to me, the game Chrono Trigger and the old parts of the final fantasy series are that style. But it doesn't necessarily look like that always, but those styles are "good" pixeling styles to me 2. No, but that's a great part of the challenge, and one of it's definite strengths, using few colours is the reason it's ever used if it's not the style you're looking for. 3. No, for example most paint tools are okay, you can say excactly what color the computer will use, I.E. no computer made antialiasing, like you were already on. 4. None, really, but since you said pixel art, I suppose it has to be something more than a blank white document ;)
  25. yours should look like the "poster" he's made, it's in the "works" section: http://www.pixelfreak.com/ ;)
