  1. Like he said, it's going to be very very difficult as it is to keep track of USA only - and he's not as familiar with other countries - perhaps someone else from a different country should start up one. :) The point is that Tip.It is not an american community. It's an italian website that is home to a community of players from all around the globe that share a common interest in a game. It is agaisnt the very spirit of Tip.It to make a thread only a portion of users have a right to participate to. It's like creating a private club.. :shame: I do know spooferfish meant no harm but splitting the community in two is madness. And this forum is not madness.. THIS IS TIP.IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! (kicks thread into pit  ) Sorry for the unnecessary spam but this is what I think. :)
  2. Now I have to disagree. Summoning is not "Buyable". Buying a skill means to use your money to actually make the training faster, not to skip required steps to have it be longer and costier..
  3. The poll didnt update for me :wall: And both the summoning calculator and planner are offline.. How do you make it so the new poll appears? I forgot edit : Nvm just cleaned the cache Lol at all those who answered "Summoning?". They clearly havent been online this week.
  4. American only!? Sorry but that is plain rude! :x Dont we matter?! Are we not an important part of the Tip.It community!?
  5. Whatever dragon drops it is not really important for you unless you have 99 summoning, because you wont be able to use it until that level. It obviously will be untradable just like bird eggs.
  6. Considering when you use Protect from Mage they hit a 0 on you like any other NPC but then switch to other prayers, it seems like they won't be able to summon familiars/pets (possibly). What about Grayzag(or whatever)? He summons imps while you fight him. And Malignus summons noncombat creatures around his general area... lol forgot about that guy! Need to have a chat with him soon :)
  7. I found some monsters drop alot more of a certain kind. For instance I heard fire giants rarely drop anything then gold While Baby black dragon (level-83) drops gold, crimson, blue, and green at a perfectly equal rate. 1 at a time Since what players want to know is not what monster drops what we should have a frequency system to show how often you can explain a drop Gold charm (++) or something :anxious:
  8. Welcome to Tip.It forums! To answer your question you need to ask to see, then touch the key. Next time you have a question please ask it in Help & Advice! :) edit : As Skatepank said Tip.It has plenty of very useful guides on quests http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest
  9. They just released an entire multi combat dungeon with many high level monsters, and many high level dungeons in the game are multi already (Tarn's lair)
  10. What I saw is a dungeon with monsters ranging from 40 to 111, but I'm sure I only saw a part of it, there are lower level monsters and much higher levels in there. Most of the portals lead you to a set location but there is a chance they send you to a completely different room. edit: The entrance I used was garded by gargoyles level 111
  11. Here's your setup. Get in there and see if they it you alot with your magic defence gear. If they do come back with prayer bonus and potions instand of food and kill them with protection prayers.
  12. What do you mean rune for a visage? Do you have any idea of the time it might take you to find one? There's a great deal of luck in all of that. Players have spent over 10k black dragons without a visage drop.
  13. Maybe after a certain level (say 70 for iron) level doesnt matter anymore? Maybe everybody has the same chance at that level and you losing is just plain badluck?
  14. And I do believe you can expect a small reward from the guy who'se grave you repaired. After all it's because of you he got to keep his items and you did use precious prayer points for him. You dont have to give a reward at all but it woud be pretty rude :) (in my opinion) If giving a small reward for grave repairing became common then everybody would take the time to repair your grave.
  15. I believe it is rude not to repair someone's grave. But he's right he doesnt have to at all. On a side note I really suggest you buy a better grave (at least 4 minutes) and never bring hard to get items with no protective bonus in a dangerous area :XD:
  16. That is very wrong!! 1) They didnt made it longer for you to pick up stuff. You just cant see stuff on the ground that price is above your trading limit. 2) you can NOT revive other players, no matter how. The blessing option allows the grave to stay up to 1 hour allowing the dead player plenty of time to go back. If you cant bless it you can repair the grave adding up to 5 minutes to the time it stands. Basic grave gives you 1 minute. Best grave 5. You can buy them in Lumbridge's church or (better ones) at Keldagrim's stone masson
  17. Last time I saw someone drop nitro he got hit for 35. Be ultra cautious with these.
  18. My toughts exaclty. I'm guessing it's because the update is so huge they're slowly updating the game bit after bit. Which means a big part of the back end of summoning is already ingame. What they have left to add is the visible part of summoning. An exemple is that most summoning graphics have been ingame for at least a month now.. They're doing it to reduce the server load the day of release :)
  19. Will anybody try dying that way with a bird/vulture egg on them? Worse that can happen is you retrieve your egg intact :)
  20. Why are some people even assuming this could be "The" summoning obelisk? :-s First it looks nothing like the official pictures of it Jagex gave us. And there obviously wont be just one in the whole world.. Would make the use of that skill very unconvenient.
  21. That is just scenary, and sort of an easter egg. This is the only trace of the life rune we will ever get to see ingame. It clearly states the life rune is "Ancient" and we can forget about it. Summoning obelisks dont look at all like it anyway.
  22. Sorry to break your fun here but you will have to explain how training at jogres could possibly be better then training at moss giants. Moss giants pros: - Moss giants actually have more health, so that's more xp. - Moss giants are weaker - You can eat faster at moss giants, and need to eat less. No need to save many invent spaces for pinnaple slices. - More xp an hour since you hit them better. Jogres pros: - Somehow closer from a bank, but your training method doesnt require banking so that is irrevelent. - Alot less crowded but it's still easy to find an empty world at moss giants - May have better drops but they're very similar. And we're here for xp. - Slightly faster prayer xp if you are a really high level and hit them as much as you hit moss giants. if not it's actually less xp. - Hidden pro I'm unnaware of? This is just how I see it if they really are worth the trouble please explain how :o If you cant tell why they're better to train at I suggest you replace jogres in your guide by Moss Giant(lvl48). This magificient (and mossy) beast has 25 more hitpoints then regular moss giants and only is 6 levels higher. However it requires good stats to access and that is why it would be high level. Pros: - More health so more xp per giant - Alot less crowded then regular moss giants. - They can be safespotted easilly. Cons: - No reliable source of healing but the bank is pretty close and I'm sure anyone can afford training food. Now it's all up to you :XD: edit: Re-read trough the thread and saw this had already been suggested but my point still stands. If jogres where meant to be used by "High levels" as stated in your guide then why shrug on lunar diplomacy? And then if it's a lower levels guide moss giants is real fine for them! It's a good training spot up to until you hit 25 each hit! And since they have more health and a lower combat level they definitly are better for xp then jogres.
  23. And you never heard about the party room in falador? You never saw bankers shouting 32 million drop party in party room then used them to go check it out? I'm sure you knew about that somehow, and since there cant be 2 party rooms they had to put another thing at that place
