I'd say waste of time, I've made more things then you and I've got chest and bottom for both death lotus and tetsu, 1 scrimshaw and half the soup. I also didn't get a single scroll until i hit the bowl as i prioritized resources first.

Money sinks, I wish when they up'd the cost of barrows degrades they up'd it everywhere. The game has far far to much currency and needs to take a bunch out.

Get a royal cross bow, they are dirty cheap right now and are the best xbow in the game. Use Royal bolts with either a royal or chaotics if you get them. Karils is also an alternative but no point if you can make a royal, all other cross bows are garbage. Crystal bows are also decent to use and fairly cheap. Arma is fine, if your doing non slayer combat you'd probably be okay with void instead, obviously for slayer use slayer helm.

Has anyone looked at Fero rings to see if the buff makes them worth while? Isn't the Staff of Armadyl different from Armadyl's Battle Staff?

If you have the template for it, when we were in school make a webpage in word with the rs page on it, then view it as a webpage in word itself and that got around most blocks. Dunno if schools have caught up to that.

159 days played. I'd say I might average 2 hours a day mid week and 4 on the weekends. so 18 a week? Low compared to what I used to do, and tiny compared to my time played on WoW.

Oh, any word on what the new skill will be? I thought this was supposed to give a hint?

How long does it take? Do you get all the extra stuff in one go, or is there like little mini quests to do after for the extra stuff?

Is the story line as good as we hoped?

I thought there was something in the works about fixing jade statues? There is! But it still can take a month or 2 before it is going to be implemented.. What is going to be fixed soon (as in along TWW) is the degrade rate of the PoP armour. This is going to be similar to Nex gear! Yeah just because its in the works doesn't make Jade any use to me NOW. Plus they said they'd be addressing making them all more useful so even then jade could be a poor option. I'd go with at least a couple telescopes. I only have one and did good for about 12 days in a row and I've now gone 4 without a scroll :(

This is actually a really good idea. From what I understand, a lot of people have come back just to play 07Scape and have no interest in the main game at all. If they don't reach the level to make it one price for both, this, combined with OrTradeMe's idea of a reduced fee for both, would definitely be the way to go to ensure it's longevity. That sums me up, 07Scape is the only reason I came back to RS and started paying Jagex again. If I have to pay for the main game as well then I'll just quit again. Most of my friends are in the same boat. See what I hate about this whole thing is you and all your friend were too ignorant to read in the first place and shouldn't have voted if your not willing to back it. Had Jagex been more upfront about how things were going to work there would have been less knee jerk reactions and this farse wouldn't have made it nearly this far.

My favorite theory is still that the Empty Lord is thus not bound by the Edicts of Guthix. Perhaps he can pass the barrier shown in the video? I feel like that's going to happen, and Zaros is going to bring the walls down from the inside just so he/she/it can exact revenge on Zamorak and maybe just incite war for funsies. You're somewhat right. Zaros is still banished by the Staff of Armadyl, but he did shake the world when we got contact with him again in Temple at Senntisten, so he can affect the world. Maybe he will indeed return for this quest. Temple at Senntisten is a requirement to see all the new stuff. The Elder Gods seem to be based on nature elements. We see a rock / lava creature (probably the Elder that created the TokHaar), a rock creature with what seem to be veins of ore (the colour seems like Daeyalt to me), and a tree-like creature, probably signifying the force of life. The Stone of Jas was left unattended when the Elders Gods left. Guthix is referred to as "he". Take that, RS Wiki :D All the Gods that came after Guthix are portrayed as power hungry, brutal invaders. I suppose the propaganda about Saradomin being some sort of God of All that is Good, Love and Ponies will soon be busted. Zamorak used the Stone of Jas. I'm not sure whether that had been revealed before; I can't remember the Pretender having been a False User. Which leads us to the question: why didn't the Dragonkin intervene in the God Wars? Or... did they? The Edicts of Guthix are more than just laws; there is an actual barrier created by Guthix that keeps the Gods out. The Gods have been trying to break that barrier ever since, and it seems to be weakening. One of the focal points is definitely Daemonheim, where Bilrach tried to open the Rift to bring back Zamorak. Senntisten also seems to be a [racist term] in the armour as here Azzanadra has reestablished direct communication with Zaros. The Stone of Jas features twice in this video; I believe that is not just historical reference but foreshadowing. It will be found again. [*] I'm pretty sure it's official that Zamorak obtained both the Stone of Jas and the Staff of Armadyl prior to obtaining godhood (which is why Lucien got both). but I'm not sure where to go to confirm it. [*] So empty world visited by an advanced alien creature. This creature brings the Stargate with him and invites other peaceful sentient beings. Hostile beings find the coordinates for this stargate and a war emerges. He then kicks our the leader and buries the stargate. The World Wakes = Uncovering/Activation of said stargate? [*] Well it was already seen in meeting history (if i recall correctly) [*] The stargate is the Portal of Life, sometimes called the World Gate. As far as we know, it was closed when the First Age ended. Just some of the better points.

They've also repeatedly said that they wouldn't make a 2006/7/8 server. I would venture to guess they will either make its one fee for both, ie free 07 servers, or after a couple months of shit population on those servers they will reneg and offer membership fees for each.

I think you want blood runes not death runes, and make the mage pots flasks so you know you wont run out and you can use ice barrage the whole way.
