It all depends on your stats, but I can't see the sig or the link. However, most probably you'll be praying a lot, so bring prayer boosting gear (proselyte armour, monk robes, holy symbol, helm of netiznot, a God book), but a weapon won't be necessary. Bring some Ardounge teleports for getting out of there quickly (also useful if you mess up). Bring a lot of ppots and a lot of food, in a 1:2 proportion (you might like to trun prayer off in some places, or you might run out of prayer pots). Also, don't fear to bank often, it might be longer, but safer.

However, it's hard to get trades constantly in world 66 (as a runner), so you might try world 99 as well. It's the same, but you have to provide the ess.

Buying ores and smelting steel and mith bars give good money but quite slow exp, so you could try that.

For restore pots, 8 doses will work, and for ppots, 12 doses are more than enough, IMO.
